Abstract

提出了一种移动无线终端，即使在装置壳体形成的角度出现变化时，天线和人头部之间的距离可保持相对恒定，可保持稳定的天线性能。根据本发明的移动无线终端可安装到上壳体，设有可从上壳体延伸出来的天线。当天线收回上壳体时，上壳体的上端突出超过线圈部分长度一半的位置，线圈部分是位于天线顶部的线圈件的顶部。

Description

一种移动无线终端
技术领域
本发明涉及一种移动无线终端，其设有可从移动无线终端的壳体延伸出的天线装置，更具体地，涉及可防止天线性能下降的对天线装置的改进。
背景技术
能够进行移动通讯的移动无线终端通常在转接期间对电磁波状况的广泛波动是非常敏感的，要求有稳定的天线性能，以保证稳定的无线特性。特别是当靠近人体进行通讯时，当天线非常接近人头部时易于出现损耗，天线性能由于人头部而极大地下降。当天线处于收回状态时，比之处于延伸状态，天线更接近人的头部，因此其性能非常容易因靠近头部而下降。
此外，由于移动无线终端的壳体和人头部形成的角度在通话期间是变化的，天线有时接近，有时移开人的头部，对天线的性能有不稳定的影响。
图1和图2显示了根据现有技术的移动无线终端在通话时所处位置的前视图。图中，传统的移动无线终端设有上壳体100，其上具有接收部分104；和下壳体101，两个壳体通过铰链部分103可转动地连接到一起。上壳体100容纳了可延伸的天线，可从壳体抽出，其顶部105从上壳体100的上端突出。图1和图2中的切线120是移动无线终端的上壳体100和人脸(脸颊)触点的切线，线121是天线的中心线。
根据现有技术，当上壳体100的内表面(当终端折叠时的内部表面)如图1所示与使用者的脸颊接触时，天线的顶端105位于距头部距离B处。
然而，当壳体绕与脸颊接触一侧的上壳体100的上端106转动时，上壳体100的内表面从脸颊移开，如图2所示，天线顶端105和头部之间的距离(D＜B)沿脸颊接近天线顶部的方向变化，使天线的电阻特性和辐射特性出现很大的变化。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种移动无线终端，即使在终端的壳体之间角度变化的情况下，也可防止天线和头部之间距离缩短，可保持相对恒定。由此，确保稳定的天线性能。
根据本发明，提出安装到壳体的移动无线终端，具有可从壳体的相邻上端延伸出的天线，其中从所述壳体的相邻上端在使用中与使用者的头部的侧面接触；当天线收回到壳体中时，壳体的上端突出超过位于天线顶部的天线件的线圈部分长度一半的位置较多。
更具体地，天线件的线圈部分从壳体表面沿厚度方向(离开头部的方向)突出。
根据本发明，壳体可重叠天线顶部一部分，以保护天线的顶部。
另外，根据本发明，天线可以是多节的天线件。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图详细介绍本发明的实施例。
图3和图4显示了根据本发明第一实施例的移动无线终端的前视图，其处于进行通话的位置。参考附图，处于本发明第一实施模式的移动无线终端具有设有接收部分4的上壳体1，和下壳体2，两个壳体通过铰链部分3可转动地连接到一起。移动无线终端最好是能够进行移动通讯的移动电话终端。
上壳体1容纳可延伸的天线，天线可以从壳体中拉出，其顶部5从上壳体1的上端突出。天线顶部5内部具有天线件的顶部(或螺旋线圈部分，后面简单称作线圈部分)。图3和图4中的切线20是移动无线终端的上壳体1和人脸(脸颊)接触点的切线，线21是天线的中心线。在附图中，切线20和天线中心线21形成规定的角度。
天线件的顶部不必是线圈部分，可以是任何其他的形状，只要天线具有满意的功能。
图5显示了图3所示的移动无线终端的上壳体和天线顶部的放大图。与现有技术的天线顶部不同，本发明的天线顶部包括从壳体上端突出的线圈部分，在本发明的实施例中，天线顶部5的大部分位于比上壳体1的上端6低的位置(沿天线中心线21的收缩方向上的位置，即朝铰链部分的位置)。更具体地，天线顶部5内部的线圈部分的中心50的位置(等于图5中线圈长度d的1/2)比上壳体1的上端6低。因此，上壳体的上端6重叠天线顶部5的长度不小于线圈部分长度的1/2。换句话，上端6要比线圈部分中心50延伸的远些。
如果上壳体1的上端6的位置与天线顶部5的线圈部分中心50处于同一水平或上端6处于较低的位置，当移动无线终端绕上壳体1的上端6转动时，线圈部分将接近人的头部。
然而，在本发明的实施例中，由于天线顶部5的线圈中心50(见图5)处于比上壳体1的上端6低的位置，当移动无线终端如图4所示绕上壳体1的上端6转动时，线圈部分从头部移开，直至到达与上端6相同的位置。
应当注意到，当线圈部分中心50位于上端6的附近时，头部和线圈部分中心之间的距离变化较小。
在上面介绍的本发明的第一实施例中，天线顶部和头部之间的距离变化较小取决于上壳体1是否接触(见图3)或未接触(见图4)脸颊，天线的电阻特性和辐射特性的变化因此也较小。
当上壳体的内表面从图3所示的密切接触脸颊的状态转动到图4所示的从脸颊移开的状态，同时接收部分区与耳朵保持接触，由于移动无线终端绕上壳体1的上端6转动，天线顶端5离作为转动中心的上端6越远，其移动的越多，在这个实施例中，天线顶端接近转动中心，距头部的距离(图3中的距离A或图4中的距离C)基本上没有变化。
图6和图7显示了本发明的第一实施例的移动无线终端，分别地，单节可延伸的天线件处于收回的状态，和单节可延伸的天线件处于延伸的状态。图8和图9显示了了本发明的第二实施例的移动无线终端，分别地，双节可延伸的天线件处于收回状态，和双节可延伸的天线件处于延伸状态。图6到图9中省去了铰链部分和下壳体。
本发明的第一实施例(见图6和图7)使用了单节可延伸的天线件50。本发明的第二实施例使用了双节可延伸的天线件，以便当天线件51延伸时，改进人头部区域的天线性能。第二实施例在其他方面与图3到图5相同。
如果天线件的线圈部分设置成与上壳体1重叠的长度不小于其长度的一半。当收回时可隐藏在壳体中的天线件的长度将短于现有技术的天线件。这样缩短的天线件当天线延伸时将使人头部区的天线性能下降。
为了防止这种性能下降，通过使用如图8和7所示的双节可延伸的天线件51，延伸状态的天线具有满意的性能。因此可保证具有与现有技术的天线相差不大的天线件长度。
图10显示了本发明的第三实施例的移动无线终端的前视图。在图10中省去了铰链部分和下壳体。
本发明的这个实施例具有凹进部分8，当如同第一实施例天线收回时，凹进部分围绕一部分天线端部5；上壳体1重叠一部分天线端部5以进行保护。天线顶部5内部的线圈部分的中心(对应于图5中线圈部分长度d的1/2长度位置50)处于比上壳体1的上端6低的位置。因此，包括上端6的上壳体1重叠天线顶部5的线圈部分的长度不小于线圈长度的1/2。换句话，上端6突出于线圈部分中心50。
第三实施例不仅具有第一实施例的优点，还有的优点是可以减少作用于处于收回状态的天线顶部的冲击对天线造成的损害。
根据本发明，通过使用作为连接天线和电路板的端子的销状电极(pin probes)可改进移动无线终端的无线电部分(未显示)的电路板与天线的连接，使端子可与无线电部分的电路基板垂直接触。
如前面所介绍的，根据本发明的移动无线终端，由于其壳体的上端突出超过位于天线顶部的天线件顶部长度的1/2位置，天线和人头部之间的距离可保持相对恒定，即使当无线终端于人头部使用时壳体与人头部之间形成的角度出现变化，因此可保证稳定的天线性能。
此外，由于处于收回状态的天线从天线件顶端部分的上端突出相对较小，从而具有额外的优点，天线顶端部分和使用者耳朵之间的接触可防止天线性能的下降。
尽管已经结合一些优选实施例对本发明进行了介绍，应当指出本发明的主题内容并不限于这些特定的实施例。相反地，本发明包括了在下面的权利要求的精神实质和范围内进行的改进、变化和等效形式。

Claims (14)

1.一种安装到壳体的移动无线终端，设有从壳体的相邻上端延伸出的天线，其中，
从所述壳体的相邻上端在使用中与使用者的头部的侧面接触；
当所述天线收回到所述壳体时，所述壳体的上端突出超过位于天线顶部的天线件的线圈部分长度一半的位置较多。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述天线件的线圈部分从所述壳体的表面沿离开人头部方向的厚度方向突出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述壳体可重叠所述天线件的线圈部分的一部分，以保护所述天线件的线圈部分。
4.根据权利要求2所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述壳体可重叠所述天线件的线圈部分的一部分，以保护所述天线件的线圈部分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述天线是多节的天线件。
6.根据权利要求2所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述天线是多节的天线件。
7.根据权利要求3所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述天线是多节的天线件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述移动无线终端是具有接收部分的移动电话终端。
9.根据权利要求2所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述移动无线终端是具有接收部分的移动电话终端。
10.根据权利要求3所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述移动无线终端是具有接收部分的移动电话终端。
11.根据权利要求4所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述移动无线终端是具有接收部分的移动电话终端。
12.根据权利要求5所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述移动无线终端是具有接收部分的移动电话终端。
13.根据权利要求6所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述移动无线终端是具有接收部分的移动电话终端。
14.根据权利要求7所述的移动无线终端，其特征在于，所述移动无线终端是具有接收部分的移动电话终端。
