本发明涉及一种无机包覆结构载银纳米SiO2抗菌剂的制备方法,其特点是将载银纳米SiO2抗菌粉配制成水悬浮体,再进行化学包覆处理。本发明将钛酸丁酯水解生成锐钛型TiO2,包覆在载银纳米SiO2粒子的表面,形成包覆结构的抗菌粒子。该抗菌剂白度好,光学稳定性和抗菌持久性好。其对大肠肝菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率为99%以上。

无机包覆结构载银纳米SiO2抗菌剂的制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种新型无机包覆结构抗菌剂的制备方法。尤其是涉及一种无机包覆结构载银纳米SiO2抗菌剂的制备方法。属抗菌剂的制备技术领域。
背景技术:
目前,用于大肠肝菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌剂有纳米SiO2载体的银系抗菌粉体,其主要存在以下不足:
1、白度较差
2、光稳定性较差
3、抗菌持久性较差
因此其对大肠肝菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率较低,一般仅为?%。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有更好的白度,更好的光稳定性和抗菌持久性的无机包覆结构载银纳米SiO2抗菌剂的制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种无机包覆结构载银纳米SiO2抗菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于是将载银纳米SiO2抗菌粉配制成水悬浮体,再进行化学包覆处理。
本发明将钛酸丁酯水解生成锐钛型TiO2,包覆在载银纳米SiO2粒子的表面,形成包覆结构的抗菌粒子。该抗菌剂白度好,光学稳定性和抗菌持久性好。其对大肠肝菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率为99%以上。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
将10g纳米载银SiO2粉体加入250ml烧杯中,加入100ml水,2000r/min搅拌15min,制得悬浮体A,将悬浮体A转移至250ml三口烧瓶中,搅拌升温至80℃保温。同时在50ml烧杯中加入20ml钛酸丁酯、15ml乙醇和1ml冰乙酸,搅拌得淡黄色透明体系B。将B缓慢滴加入A中,2.5小时滴完,在80℃下,保温1小时,过滤,120℃干燥得产品。
实施例2:
将10g纳米载银SiO2粉体加入250ml烧杯中,加入150ml水,1900r/min搅拌20min,制得悬浮体A,将悬浮体A转移至250ml三口烧瓶中,搅拌升温至85℃保温。同时在50ml烧杯中加入10ml钛酸丁酯、20ml乙醇和1ml冰乙酸,搅拌得淡黄色透明体系B。将B缓慢滴加入A中,3小时滴完,在85℃下,保温1小时,过滤,120℃干燥得产品。

Claims (2)

1、一种无机包覆结构载银纳米SiO2抗菌剂的制备方法,是将载银纳米SiO2抗菌粉配制成水悬浮体,再进行化学包覆处理,其特征在于:将钛酸丁酯水解生成锐钛型TiO2,包覆在载银纳米SiO2粒子的表面,形成包覆结构的抗菌粒子。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种无机包覆结构载银纳米SiO2抗菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于将载银纳米SiO2粉体按重量份1∶10~15加入水中,1900~2000r/min搅拌15~20min,制得悬浮体A,搅拌升温至80℃~85℃保温;将钛酸丁酯、乙醇和冰乙酸按重量份10~20∶15~20∶1混合搅拌得淡黄色透明体系B;将B滴加入A中,2.5~3小时滴加完,在80℃~85℃下,保温≥1小时,过滤,干燥得产品。
