Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于净化汽车尾气的催化剂,其特征在于在非金属载体上经浸渍、干燥、煅烧多种金属氧化物复合于载体上制成催化剂,它具有可同时净化CO、HC、NOx,能抗S、Pb、P适用于含铅、无铅汽油,启动温度低,净化率高,使用方便的优点及效果。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于净化汽车尾气的催化剂,具体地说它是在一种载体上复合多种金属氧化物的催化剂。
本发明还涉及催化剂的补气装置。
随着工业的发展,汽车成倍的增长,汽车尾气成为污染环境的主要源。据文献报导,在美国空气污染60%来自汽车尾气排放,汽车尾气主要是一氧化碳(CO)、碳氢(CH)和氮氧化物(NOx),目前用于净化上述有害成分的方法很多,但有的催化剂如希有贵重金属类,虽然有效,但要求燃油铅含量在0.002-0.005%,而S、P又可能导致催化剂的失活,有的在发动时启动,由于温度低,而催化剂无作用,温度太高又可导致催化剂失活,我国为了防止上述情况的发生,大力发展电动车,液化石油气,压缩天然气的清洁燃料车,它的污染排气虽然比汽车少,但不达标,而且还会造成严重的燃气蒸发污染,需增加加气站,因此又限制它的发展,除此之外,还有催化法,补气法,PVC法,添加剂法也存在不同程度缺点,治理效果不佳。
本发明的目的正是为了克服上述已有技术的缺点与不足,而提供一种用非金属粉料为载体,通过浸渍、干燥、烧煅,多种金属氧化物复合于载体上的净化汽车尾气的催化剂,从而可有效地净化汽车尾气,改善环境的污染。
本发明还提供催化剂的专用补气装置。
本发明的目的是通过下列技术方案实现的:
净化汽车尾气的催化剂,包括非外金属粉料载体和金属氧化物活性组分组合;其特征在于所述的非金属载体为陶瓷粉料,所述的金属氧化物为铜、镍、钴、铬、锌、锰、铁、镁的氧化物,各氧化物是将其盐的水溶液浸渍载体,然后取出浸渍后的载体,在空气中于70℃-120℃温度下干燥,干燥后在120℃-700℃温度下煅烧。将金属氧化物复合于载体上,制成催化剂,各金属氧化物含量按载体重量百分比计为:
氧化铜 5-15%
氧化镍 2-4%
氧化钴 1-3%
氧化铬 2-5%
氧化锌 2-6%
氧化锰 0.1-2.0%
氧化铁 1-4%
氧化镁 0.1-1%。
在载体还复合有铝的氧化物r-Al2O3,该氧化物是将其盐加入铜、镍、钴、铬、锌、锰、铁、镁的盐水溶液中,再浸渍载体然后取出浸渍后的载体,在空气中于70-120℃温度下干燥,干燥后在120-700℃温度下煅烧将金属氧化物复合于载体上制成催化剂,其r-Al2O3含量为载体重量的4-8%。
净化汽车尾气的催化剂的补气装置,它由进气管(1)和由冶金粉末制作的空气过滤器(3)组成,或催化净化器的进气口,其特征在于进气管为直角形弯管,端部为15°-70°角斜口(4),后端口与空气过滤器相通,空气过滤器为圆盘形体,边部有按装孔(2)。
该补气装置安装在化油器与发动机连接接口上,或按装在净化器的进气口上,进气管的倾斜斜口垂直于进气方向。利用负压原理进行补气,空气过滤器防止空气进入催化剂而降低其活性。

由于采取上述技术方案,使本发明技术与已有技术相比具有如下优点及效果:
a)该催化剂能用时净化CO、HC、NOx,能抗铅、硫、磷,适用于含铅
无铅汽油,启动温度低,净化率高。
b)制备方法简单,价格便宜,使用方便;
c)该催化剂与专用补气装置配套使用,提高催化剂的最佳效率。

实施例1:
取硝酸铜153g,硝酸镍155g,硝酸钴38g,硝酸铬292g,硝酸锌73g,硝酸锰70g,硝酸铁47g,硝酸镁64g,混合后溶解水,加入100g陶瓷粉载体进行浸渍,然后取出浸渍后载体,在空气中于70℃温度下干燥,干燥后,再在700℃温度下煅烧,铜、镍、钴、铬、锌、锰、铁、镁的氯化物复合于载体,得到本发明的净化汽车尾气的催化剂,经检测氧化物为载体重量百分含量为:氧化铜5.02%,氧化镍4.05%,氧化钴1.03%,氧化铬5.04%,氧化锌2.04%,氧化锰2.01%,氧化铁1.04%,氧化镁1.03%。
实施例2:
取硝酸铜306g,硝酸镍106g,硝酸钴38g,硝酸铬235g,硝酸锌146g,硝酸锰35g,硝酸铁94g,硝酸镁32g,混合后溶解水,加入100g陶瓷粉载体进行浸渍,然后取出浸渍后载体,在空气中于100℃温度下干燥,干燥后,再在500℃温度下煅烧,铜、镍、钴、铬、锌、锰、铁、镁的氯化物复合于载体,得到本发明的净化汽车尾气的催化剂,经检测氧化物为载体重量百分含量为:氧化铜9.88%,氧化镍3.01%,氧化钴1.98%,氧化铬4.01%,氧化锌3.98%,氧化锰0.98%,氧化铁2.01%,氧化镁0.51%。
实施例3:
取硝酸铜459g,硝酸镍77g,硝酸钴114g,硝酸铬117g,硝酸锌293g,硝酸锰3.5g,硝酸铁189g,硝酸镁6.4g,混合后溶解水,加入100g陶瓷粉载体进行浸渍,然后取出浸渍后载体,在空气中于120℃温度下干燥,干燥后,再在120℃温度下煅烧,铜、镍、钴、铬、锌、锰、铁、镁的氯化物复合于载体,得到本发明的净化汽车尾气的催化剂,经检测氧化物为载体重量百分含量为:氧化铜15.1%,氧化镍1.99%,氧化钴2.88%,氧化铬2.1%,氧化锌6.01%,氧化锰0.1%,氧化铁4.01%,氧化镁0.11%。
实施例4:
在实施例1中的硝酸盐水溶液中再加入硝酸钴盐174g,再按上述方法制备催化剂。
实施例5:
在实施例2中的硝酸盐水溶液中再加入硝酸钴盐348g,再按上述方法制备催化剂。
实施例6:
将上述实施例中催化剂在有补气装置的汽油化油器使用,补氧装置安装上化油器与发动机的接口处,由于进气管斜口垂直于气体进气方向,形成负压,从而进行补气,调整缸内空燃比,使催化剂发挥最佳效率。

1、净化汽车尾气的催化剂,包括非外金属粉料载体和金属氧化物活性组分组合;其特征在于所述的非金属载体为陶瓷粉料,所述的金属氧化物为铜、镍、钴、铬、锌、锰、铁、镁的氧化物,各氧化物是将其盐的水溶液浸渍载体,然后取出浸渍后的载体,在空气中于70℃-120℃温度下干燥,干燥后在120℃-700℃温度下煅烧。将金属氧化物复合于载体上,制成催化剂,各金属氧化物含量按载体重量百分比计为:
氧化铜 5-15%
氧化镍 2-4%
氧化钴 1-3%
氧化铬 2-5%
氧化锌 2-6%
氧化锰 0.1-2.0%
氧化铁 1-4%
氧化镁 0.1-1%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的净化汽车尾气的催化剂,其特征在于在载体还复合有铝的氧化物r-Al2O3,该氧化物是将其盐加入铜、镍、钴、铬、锌、锰、铁、镁的盐水溶液中,再浸渍载体然后取出浸渍后的载体,在空气中于70-120℃温度下干燥,干燥后在120-700℃温度下煅烧将金属氧化物复合于载体上制成催化剂,其r-Al2O3含量为载体重量的4-8%。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的净化汽车尾气的催化剂的补气装置,它由进气管(1)和由冶金粉末制作的空气过滤器(3)组成,或催化净化器的进气口,其特征在于进气管为直角形弯管,端部为15°-70°角斜口,后端口与空气过滤器相通,空气过滤器为圆盘形体,边部有按装孔(2)。
