Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于外科器械的器械把手,它包括一个装有一设计用于接纳器械的头部的柄部和一个环形的锁紧部件,该锁紧部件被安装成能沿柄部滑动,所述柄部在头部下面装有锁紧装置,后者与头部相配合,以便将器械锁定在头部上,所述柄部被一螺旋弹簧推靠在头部上。
这种类型的器械把手可具体地从欧洲专利0,704,191和美国专利5,236,433中得知。
例如为安装髋部假体而作准备用的外科器械是在一种能使器械和器械把手变得很脏的介质中工作的。此外,外科器械把手必须经受非常频繁的和非常精心的清洁,以便避免存在任何感染的危险。不过,外科器械的清洁是很困难的,特别是清洁柄部与锁紧部件之间的空隙,因为有骨屑和凝结的血存在。
本发明的目的在于为快速清洁提供最佳的条件。
为达到此目的,按照本发明的器械把手以如下所述的事实为其独有特征,即推力弹簧靠在一个在柄部上滑动的环上,而且柄部和环具有以这样一种方式接合的连接机构,即环的松开使锁紧部件,弹簧和环能在柄部上自由滑动。
器械把手的零部件的这种几乎是瞬时的拆分使之能得到完美的清洁,而且可以非常快地进行清洁工作。
按照本发明的一个优选实施例,柄部在头部下面有一段其直径大于柄部其余部分的直径的部分,在该段部分上通过卡口连接固定所述环。
组成锁紧机构的各部件在柄部上的运动允许进行良好的清洁,而无需将这些部件从柄部上取下,这样就避免了丢失部件或将它们混淆的危险,同时取消了将各部件装回柄部上的操作。环的紧固和松开能在瞬间进行,这标志着可以节省时间。这样就可确保一整套器械不会因为单个部件不起作用而变成无用的。
器械的头部和紧固及锁紧机构可以被设计成许多种形式。这些机构并不构成发明的一部分。
附图以举例的方式示出了本发明的一个实施例。
图1示出了处于拆开状态的器械把手。
图2示出了处于锁紧状态的器械把手。
所示的器械把手包括一个圆柱形的柄部1,在其一端固定有一个与在EP0,704,191(US3,658,290)中描述的头部相同的头部2。大家都记得,这个头部有一个中间凹座,头部围绕此凹座形成一个冠顶。此冠顶有四个沿直径方向成对地相对的卡口式抓爪3。在这些抓爪3中固定着与EP0,704,191中所示并描述的铰刀相似的铰刀。如EP0,704,191中所述,铰刀由一个装有一板5的环形锁紧部件4锁定在抓爪3中,所述板5具有四个平行的指状件6,它们穿过头部2,以便封闭卡口式抓爪3。
锁紧部件4不直接在如图1所示的柄部的部分1上滑动,而是在其直径大于柄部其余部分的直径的部分7上滑动。此部分7可以由布置在柄部1上的管形部件构成。在部分7的远离头部2的一端上形成至少一个卡口式抓爪8。如同在下面将要看到的那样,这些抓爪最好在数目上是两个并且沿直径方向相对,以便于装配。在此部分7上还布置有一个螺旋弹簧9,它插入锁紧部件4的一个成截头圆锥形的扩大部分10中并支靠在锁紧部件4上,其中间部分可在部分7上自由滑动。器械把手最后还设有一个环11,它也可在部分7上滑动并在内部装有一个径向的销钉12,即装有一个朝柄部1取向的销钉。
从图1所示的拆分状态开始,为了装配该器械把手,要使锁紧部件4处于头部2的下面,使其锁紧指状件6穿过头部2,然后用环11将弹簧9推靠在锁紧部件上并使该弹簧受到压缩,与此同时,将环11转至左面,直至其销钉12与卡口式抓爪8接合,分别位于一个卡口式抓爪中,在抓爪中它通过把持被弹簧9往后推的环11而紧固。于是,便可以像在EP0,704,191中所描述的那样使用该器械把手。成截头圆锥形的扩大部分10使姆指和食指便于抓握,以便抵抗弹簧9的作用往回拉动锁紧部件4,从而松开固定在器械把手上的器械。
反之,为了拆开器械把手,只要抵抗着弹簧9的作用往前推动环11并沿顺时针方向将其旋转以使其销钉12被弹簧9推出卡口式抓爪8就可以了。
可以看出,本发明器械把手的装配与拆分可以在瞬间进行,并且可以用一只手来完成。
如图1所示,柄部1允许部件4、9和11整个地从柄部上脱开。假设部件4和11在柄部1上有较大的间隙,则不必出于清洁的目的而进行这种整个的拆开操作。因此,有可能在柄部的端部提供一支座,以便将各部件保持在柄部上。
柄部的远离头部2的端部在图中为圆柱形,但是它也可以有其它形状,特别是具有六角形横截面的形状,用以将器械把手紧固在用于驱动器械把手旋转的机构上。
环11可以通过螺纹而与柄部成为一个整体,也就是说,在环与部分7上都设有螺纹。
头部2和指状件6只是所有可能的用于连接器械的机构中的一个例子。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于外科器械的器械把手,它包括一个装有一适于接纳一器械头部(2)的柄部(1)和一个环形的锁紧部件(4),所述锁紧部件被安装成能沿柄部滑动,柄部在头部下面装有锁紧机构(6),它可与头部相配合,以便将器械锁定在头部上,锁紧部件(4)被一个螺旋弹簧(11)推靠在头部上,其特征为,推力弹簧(9)支靠在一个可在柄部上滑动的环(11)上,而且柄部(1)与环(11)具有以如下所述方式接合的连接机构(8,12),即,环的松开允许锁紧部件,弹簧和环在柄部上自由滑动。
2.如权利要求1所述的器械把手,其特征为,柄部在头部下面有一段其直径大于柄部(1)其余部分的直径的部分(7),在该部分上,环(11)用一卡口式连接机构(8,12)固定。
