Abstract

Description

一种用于固定自行车座支柱的夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及固定自行车座支柱到车座管的夹具。
背景技术
都知道自行车的鞍座是由管状件(车座支柱)支撑。管状件可滑动插入自行车架的垂直管即车座管的内部。支撑车座支柱的车座管在管的端部设置了通槽。通槽使所述端部具有径向弹性变形的特性。车座管的端部通过夹具可相对车座支柱的外表面夹紧。夹具设有与车座管的通槽对齐的开口。夹具的开口通过螺栓受到径向压缩,螺栓使夹具的两个可弹性变形的部分互相靠近。出于美观的考虑,旋紧螺栓设在车座管面对自行车后部的侧面。
近来,已经有由碳纤维制成的车座支柱进入市场。碳纤维材料是纤维织物嵌入塑性基体形成的。当与用铝合金或类似的轻型合金制成的具有相同特性的部件比较,用碳纤维制成的车座支柱可使重量减轻。
前面介绍的固定车座支柱到车座管的传统方法当车座支柱采用碳纤维织物嵌入塑性基体这种材料时存在许多缺点。本申请人已经发现当普通的夹具围绕车座管的端部夹紧时,由车座管的通槽所限定的两个内侧边向内变形,倾向于切入车座支柱的外表面内。这些切口形成了破坏的起始点。在某些情况下可能导致车座支柱的破坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种简单和有效的解决方法来克服上述的缺点,该方法可以不需要改动车座管并且可以保持旋紧螺栓位于车座管的后部。
本发明上述目的可以通过一种用于将自行车座支柱(14)固定到在纵向垂直平面(A)设有通槽(18)的车座管(12)的夹具来实现。所述夹具包括:一对限定了具有圆柱形内表面(20)的通孔的可变形部分(24a,24b);在所述可弹性变形的部分(24a,24b)之间的开口(22);一旋紧螺栓(26)可将所述开口(22)的两个表面(30a,30b)相互靠近并减少所述圆柱形表面的直径。在固定结构中,所述旋紧螺栓(26)在对应车座管(12)通槽(18)的位置延伸,夹具(10)的开口(22)开在所述圆柱形表面(20)上的可以相对车座管(12)的通槽(18)移动的区域。

具体实施方式
参考图1,数字10代表自行车的车座支柱组件,其包括车座管12,车座支柱14和夹具16。
参考图2,车座管12按照传统的方式设有延伸到车座管12顶端的通槽18。通槽18位于一纵向垂直平面上,该平面与图2所在平面的交线可由轴线A来表示。通槽18位于车座管12面对自行车后部的侧面。
夹具16是由金属材料制成,如铝或铝合金。并具有圆柱形表面20,用于从外面压迫车座管12的顶部。夹具16有一个开口22,其限定了两个弹性变形部分24a,24b,两个弹性变形部分24a,24可通过旋紧螺栓26来弹性地互相靠近以减少圆柱形表面20的直径。根据本发明,夹具16以这样的方式设置,在固定的结构中螺栓26位于相对通槽18的位置,开口22开在圆柱形表面上可以相对车座管12的通槽18移动的区域。本发明人进行的测试已经显示开口22和通槽18之间存在未对齐时,在旋紧螺栓过程中车座管12的端部将会径向靠近,并且不会产生向边28内的变形。
在图2所示的实施例,夹具16的开口22有两个互相面对的表面30a,30b,其是互相平行的平面,并相对与旋紧螺栓26的纵轴线A正交的平面倾斜。螺栓26的方向是这样确定的,在旋紧螺栓26的过程中开口22的互相面对的表面30a 30b仍旧要保持互相平行。由于夹具16的这种设置,两个互相面对的表面30a30b的互相靠近不会在车座管12靠近通槽28的边处产生应力集中。这样能够造成在车座管12径向接近时,开口18的互相面对的边在切线方向互相靠近,边18没有任何变形。通过这种方式,在车座支柱14外表面上出现能够导致破坏发生的切口的危险得到消除。
图4显示了根据本发明的夹具的一种变化。对应于前面介绍过的部件的零部件采用相同的标号。与前面介绍的实施例不同的地方是旋紧螺栓26沿横向于纵向轴线A的轴线延伸。另外在这个变型的实施例中,夹具的开口22是相对于车座管12的通槽18的切线方向移动。另外在这个实施例中,开口22的两个互相面对的表面30a,30b之间的接近是沿管的切线方向并处于不会对车座管12的边产生应力集中的位置。与前面介绍的实施例的主要差别在于在本例中开口22的互相面对的表面30a,30b是在各个互相平行的端部设有台阶状的表面。开在内圆柱表面上的端部基本上正交于螺栓26的轴线,即,基本上平行正交于螺栓轴线的平面,但是也可以与所述平面倾斜。
当然,在不违背本发明的原则,在不脱离本发明在附加的权利要求中限定的范围的基础上,实施例和结构的细节可以相对本文所介绍和图示的进行广泛的变化。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于将自行车座支柱(14)固定到在纵向垂直平面(A)设有通槽(18)的车座管(12)的夹具,所述夹具包括:
一对限定了具有圆柱形内表面(20)的通孔的可变形部分(24a,24b);
在所述可弹性变形的部分(24a,24b)之间的开口(22);
一旋紧螺栓(26),可将所述开口(22)的两个表面(30a,30b)相互靠近并减少所述圆柱形表面的直径;
其特征在于,在固定结构中,所述旋紧螺栓(26)在对应所述车座管(12)的通槽(18)的位置延伸,所述夹具(10)的开口(22)开在所述圆柱形表面(20)上可以相对所述车座管(12)的通槽(18)移动的区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹具,其特征在于,所述相互面对的表面(30a,30b)是互相基本平行的平面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的夹具,其特征在于,所述互相面对的表面(30a,30b)是台阶状的表面,其带有基本平行的端部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的夹具,其特征在于,所述所述互相面对的表面(30a,30b)相对与所述旋紧螺栓(26)的轴线正交的平面倾斜。
5.根据权利要求3所述的夹具,其特征在于,开在所述内圆柱形表面(20)上互相面对的所述台阶状表面(30a,30b)的端部基本正交于所述旋紧螺栓(26)的轴线。
6.根据权利要求3所述的夹具,其特征在于,开在所述内圆柱形表面(20)上互相面对的所述台阶状表面(30a,30b)的端部相对与所述旋紧螺栓(26)的轴线正交的平面倾斜。
