Abstract
本发明公开一种电缆、通信线路的土建工程所必需的多芯电缆树脂管的制造设备及其生产技术。它包括第一锻压机及模具、第一冷却机、收容管,第二锻压机及模具、第三锻压模具及第二冷却机;第一锻压模具由末端在螺杆起始部圆筒内聚合的第一模具组成,用来压制电缆内芯管;第一冷却机连接到第一锻压机,以水冷却方式冷却由第一锻压机压制的电缆内芯管,收容管设置在冷却机末端,收容电缆内芯管;收容管末端第二锻压机的模具压制树脂管,再由第三模具压制电缆表面树脂管的皱褶,最终由第二冷却机冷却,从而形成多芯电缆树脂管。本发明采用多心电缆树脂管的连续压制成型方法,克服了手工生产方式的弊端,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,提高经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆、通信线路的土建工程所必需的多芯电缆树脂管的制造设备及其生产技术,尤其针对广泛使用于现代通信设施的光缆的生产加工。
背景技术
适用于电缆、通信线路的多芯电缆树脂管,因在土建工程时埋入地面,所以电缆树脂管大多采用表面皱褶型,用以缓冲地壳以及芯管内压变动时的树脂管内压。电缆树脂管的表面皱褶型,大部分以锻压模具的压制方式生产。亦即,流入到螺杆的原料,通过螺杆和圆筒状模具时,被压制成形,与模具两端的压制速度成比例旋转的螺杆,将使电缆表面产生适当的皱褶。最近,多重通信光缆大多采用这种皱褶型树脂管,而传统的电缆施工采用电缆内芯管上外装树脂管的加工技术,形成多重线路通信。
而传统的加工技术,需要对表面的树脂管和电缆内芯管分别进行加工以及组装,降低其产品的生产率和产品质量。亦即,加工的电缆内芯管,将被逐个套入树脂管内,树脂管的长度将直接影响管内压、工期、工程质量,进而提高了施工成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型的多芯电缆树脂管的制造设备及其生产技术,生产对表面树脂管和电缆内芯管进行同时加工,连续压制成型,并使两者一体化,从而提高产品的生产效率,降低成本。
同时,本发明将保持电缆内芯管之间的距离,在其表面套装皱褶型树脂管,使生产加工工序一体化,从而提高产品质量。
本发明所涉及的多芯电缆树脂管的制造设备,基本结构为把由进料口流入的原料用螺杆和模具锻压,从而压出多芯电缆树脂管的锻压机;其具体结构包括第一锻压机及模具、第一冷却机、收容管,第二锻压机及模具、第三锻压模具和第二冷却机;用来压制电缆内芯管的第一锻压模具是由末端在螺杆起始部的圆筒内聚合的第一模具组成;用于冷却第一锻压机压制的电缆内芯管的第一冷却机连接到第一锻压机,用于收容电缆内芯管的收容管设置在冷却机的末端;在收容管的末端依次连接用于压制树脂管的第二锻压模具、用于压制电缆表面树脂管皱褶的第三锻压模具和最终用于冷却多芯电缆树脂管的第二冷却机。
本发明所涉及的多芯电缆树脂管的生产技术的主要内容是:经压制工序后,在指定圆周空间内等间距安排的若干条电缆内芯管;在上述电缆内芯管表面,以压制方式印制表面皱褶的多芯树脂管。
本发明开发了多心电缆树脂管的连续压制成型方法,克服了手工生产方式的弊端,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,提高经济效益;此外,其提高产品的均匀度,精密度,进而增加了用户对产品的信赖性。
上述为对本发明使用例证的说明,而本发明并非局限在上述范围内,在下列情况下,可做适当的调节。

具体实施方式
图1为多芯电缆树脂管生产设备的全图。其生产设备大体可分为如下若干结构。10:第一锻压机,20:第一冷却机,30:第一锻压机,40:第二冷却机,50:牵动装置
本发明的特征结构为第一锻压机10和第二锻压机30,第一锻压机10压制树脂管内的电缆内芯管1,使其定位在树脂管2内的一定的位置,第二锻压机30压制树脂管,这两种锻压机的将形成连续工序,制造多重电缆内芯电缆树脂管,节省生产时间,提高生产效率。
图2为本发明第一锻压机10及第一冷却机20的侧面图,第一锻压机10将压制由进料口12流入的原料,使其通过螺杆被压制形成电缆内芯管1。如图3a和3b所示,锻压机起始端16装有第一锻压模具18,用以压制电缆内芯管1,将电缆内芯管1在树脂管圆筒内直径为L1的圆周内定位。圆周距离L1小于或等于第二锻压机30压制的树脂管2内径。此生产设备结构大大改善了传统的压制技术,传统的压制技术,调整锻压模具的位置方向,用以调整树脂管管壁厚度,即以内,外管组成的锻压模具,因内管被固定,需调整外管的方向来调整树脂管的厚度,而且锻压模具末端需定位在树脂管内部,进而使得模具的调整,需要高度的技术。而本发明所设计的生产设备,内设厚度调节装置,而不必对锻压模具进行调整。具体结构如下,第一锻压机10的头部16处固定垫片17上圆周L1内等间距安装第一锻压模具18,如图3b,用以压制电缆内芯管1。第一锻压模具18与固定垫片17以可拆分螺旋方式固定,由内管18a和外管18b组成,并由内管18a和外管18b之间的间距来调整电缆内芯管1的厚度。内管18a和外管18b之间的间距由厚度调整装置15来调整,用以防止电缆内芯管1厚度的不均匀。此调整装置通过在外管18b外侧、内管18a和外管18b之间自由移动的圆圈可变器15a三维方向结合,由调整螺丝15调整可变器15a。圆圈可变器15a的内径决定电缆内芯管1的外径。
固定垫片17装有调节原料流量的调节装置11,第一锻压模具18上装有维持电缆内芯管1内压的通风孔13。
第一锻压机10的后方设有第一冷却机20,第一冷却机10以水冷方式冷凝由第一锻压机10的第一锻压模具18压制的电缆内芯管1。第一冷却机10设有上开口的长方舰型水槽22和整形模具24,此整形模具24位于水槽前端,并贯通水槽的里外侧,与第一锻压机10的锻压模具18对应,收容由第一锻压模具18压制的电缆内芯管1,整形模具24上装有冷却喷嘴,喷射通过水槽外侧热交换器26的冷却水。此时,循环水泵将推动第一冷却机20水槽22内的冷却水,冷凝由第一锻压模具18压制、并通过整形模具24的未成型电缆内芯管1。
图4为电缆内芯管表纹压制设备即整形模具24的结构示意图,整形模具24与水槽前外端的组件24a通过螺纹结合,设有调整电缆内芯管1外径的整形管24b,留有真空管24c,用以吸附未成型电缆内芯管1的外壁。
第一冷却机20的末端设有与第一锻压机10并行的第二锻压机30,第二锻压机30收容由第一锻压机10压制的电缆内芯管1,并在电缆内芯管1上面利用由进料口32流入的原料压制树脂管2,如图5,6所示,与起始段36通过螺丝结合的第二锻压模具38用来压制树脂管2。第二锻压模具38的内管38a留有空间,使第一锻压机10压制的电缆内芯管1按照原位置通过。第二锻压模具38的外管38b与内管38a保持一定的距离,并利用此空间压制外围的树脂管2,此时,外围树脂管2的内径将大于或等于其内的电缆内芯管1的圆周外径。组件37内部留有真空空间37a,用以吸附树脂管2的外壁,在外管38b设有与组件37螺纹结合的调节螺帽39,以此调整树脂管2的厚度。第一冷却机20和第二锻压机30之间设有导向装置60用以维持通过第一冷却机的电缆内芯管10之间的平行状态。在导向装置60上设有利用冷空气的冷气喷嘴62,再由特殊热交换装置将进行空气冷却。
第二锻压模具38的后方安装第二冷却机40,将在由第二锻压机30和第二锻压模具38压制的树脂管,压制表面后,以水冷却方式冷凝。第二冷却机40设有上开口的长方舰型水槽42和第三锻压模具44,第三锻压模具44贯通水槽(42)的里外侧,并和第二锻压机30的第二锻压模具38相对应,收容由第二锻压模具38压制的树脂管2,并在尚未成型的树脂管2外壁上面压制皱褶。第三锻压模具44由特定电动机来驱动,并在转动时形成负载,印制树脂管2表面的皱褶。此时,树脂管2内部的电缆内芯管1与之并行,进行整形后,再由第三锻压模具44内部水槽42内的冷却水经循环泵由喷嘴45喷射,冷凝第三锻压模具44压制的未成型树脂管2。
第三冷却机40后方设有轮动牵引装置50,牵动已压制的电缆内芯管1、树脂管2。此牵引装置50由特定电动机驱动,并保持一定速度。
经牵引装置50的电缆包括内芯管1及树脂管2最终由圈制装置成圈,并保管。
总结上述本发明的生产全过程, 首先由第一锻压机10和第一锻压模具压制若干条电缆内芯管1,并限制在一定的圆周内,再由第二锻压机30和第二锻压模具38收容电缆内芯管1,并在其上面印制树脂管2,而且电缆内芯管1和树脂管2的制作将同时进行。
Claims (8)
1、一种多芯电缆树脂管的制造设备,其特征是:它还包括第一锻压机及模具、第一冷却机、收容管,第二锻压机及模具、第三锻压模具和第二冷却机;用来压制电缆内芯管的第一锻压模具是由末端在螺杆起始部的圆筒内聚合的第一模具组成;用于冷却第一锻压机压制的电缆内芯管的第一冷却机连接到第一锻压机,用于收容电缆内芯管的收容管设置在冷却机的末端;在收容管的末端依次连接用于压制树脂管的第二锻压模具、用于压制电缆表面树脂管皱褶的第三锻压模具和最终用于冷却多芯电缆树脂管的第二冷却机。
2、如权利要求1所述的多芯电缆树脂管的制造设备,其特征是:第一锻压机的第一锻压模具上设有用来调整电缆内芯管厚度、在其外管外侧和内,外管之间可自由移动的圆圈可变器,圆圈可变器上设有调整螺丝,圆圈可变器的内径用来决定电缆内芯管的外径。
3、如权利要求1所述的多芯电缆树脂管的制造设备,其特征是:第一锻压模具末端聚合在第二锻压模具压制的树脂管内。
4、如权利要求1所述的多芯电缆树脂管的制造设备,其特征是:第一冷却机内部设有用以调整第一冷却机冷凝的电缆内芯管外径的整形模具。
5、如权利要求1所述的多芯电缆树脂管的制造设备,其特征是:用于冷凝电缆内芯管的第一冷却机采用冷媒热交换器的冷却水。
6、如权利要求1所述的多芯电缆树脂管的制造设备,其特征是:第二冷却机上连接用于牵动由第一、第二锻压机压制的电缆内芯管、树脂管的牵引装置。
7、如权利要求1所述的多芯电缆树脂管的制造设备,其特征是:在第一冷却机和第二冷却机之间,以空气冷却方式冷凝由第一锻压机压制的电缆内芯管,并装有导向装置。
8、一种多芯电缆树脂管的生产技术,其特征是:经压制工序后,在指定圆周空间内等间距安排的若干条电缆内芯管;在上述电缆内芯管表面,以压制方式印制表面皱褶的多芯树脂管。
