Abstract
一种膨胀烟丝改良技术，是在烟叶切丝前首先向烟叶喷洒由高沸点香料和保润剂组成的料液，料液添加比例为烟叶重量的0.1％－2％，在烟叶切丝膨胀后，对膨胀烟丝进行加香处理，料液由CO2超临界萃取烟草精油、改性烟草提取物、丙二醇、改性浓缩果汁、反应香料组成，所喷洒的料液比例为烟丝重量的0.1％－3％。本发明根据烟叶膨胀前后化学成分的变化，有针对性地进行加香加料处理，最大限度地保持和补偿了膨胀烟丝的香气质、香气量，提高了膨胀烟丝的内在质量和可用性。

背景技术
CO2烟丝膨胀是我国烟草行业近年来逐渐推广的一项新工艺、新技术。该技术具有显著提高烟丝填充能力、节省卷烟烟叶消耗、降低卷烟烟气焦油量及提高吸烟安全性等优点，其生产介质CO2无毒、无味、无污染，且价格便宜，但CO2膨胀烟丝生产工艺也存在烟草香气丢失、吸味差、易造碎等缺点，不仅影响了膨胀烟丝的有效利用率，而且大量用于卷烟配方时会直接影响产品内在质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种膨胀烟丝的处理方法，以改进膨胀烟丝的品质，提高膨胀烟丝的可用性。
本发明的技术方案是包括以下两个步骤：一是在烟叶切丝前首先向烟叶喷洒料液，进行加料处理，料液由高沸点香料和保润剂组成，二者重量比为1∶2，料液添加比例为烟叶重量的0.1％-2％；二是在烟叶切丝膨胀后，对膨胀烟丝进行加香处理，所喷洒的料液添加比例为烟丝重量的0.1％-3％，料液由CO2超临界萃取烟草精油、改性烟草提取物、丙二醇、改性浓缩果汁、反应香料组成，各组分重量比为CO2超临界萃取烟草精油∶改性烟草提取物∶丙二醇∶改性浓缩果汁∶反应香料-1∶2∶1∶5∶1。
本发明根据烟叶膨胀前后化学成分的变化，有针对性地进行加香加料处理。在烟叶切丝前，由于添加的是高沸点香料和保润剂，烟丝在进行高温膨胀时，自身的致香成分与添加剂结合而沸点提高，最大限度地保持了膨胀烟丝的香气质和香气量，并改善余味。在烟丝膨胀后进行加香处理，更进一步改良和补偿了膨胀烟丝的香气质、香气量，提高了膨胀烟丝的内在质量和可用性。

- 一种膨胀烟丝改良技术，其特征是包括以下两个步骤：一是在烟叶切丝前首先向烟叶喷洒料液，进行加料处理，料液由高沸点香料和保润剂组成，二者重量比为1∶2，料液添加比例为烟叶重量的0.1％-2％；二是在烟叶切丝膨胀后，对膨胀烟丝进行加香处理，所喷洒的料液添加比例为烟丝重量的0.1％-3％，料液由CO2超临界萃取烟草精油、改性烟草提取物、丙二醇、改性浓缩果汁、反应香料组成，各组分重量比为CO2超临界萃取烟草精油∶改性烟草提取物∶丙二醇∶改性浓缩果汁∶反应香料＝1∶2∶1∶5∶1。
