Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于医用输液管或类似物的套管,这种套管包括一个中空体,在中空体的第一端形成一个雌路厄氏(fermale luer)锁定连接器,和一个抵靠在第二端上的轴向的管状套筒(ferrule)。
背景技术
在这种套管中,雌路厄氏锁定连接器将会连接输液配送管中的互补雄路厄氏锁定连接器或连接注射器,而且,管状套筒适合安装于用于保护输液管的带有弹性开关的适当的连接器。
传统上,这些套管备有一个以可移动方式加到中空体上的保护帽,通过这种方式来封住套筒直到插入连接器。使用之后,保护帽再次被加到管状套筒上,雌路厄氏锁定连接器脱离雄路厄氏锁定连接器以使套管能移动,它通常是单用的。
套管中空体的雌路厄氏锁定连接器和输液管的雄路厄氏锁定连接器之间的脱离操作可能很困难,并且由于制造这些部件的材料(通常为聚碳酸脂)的高摩擦系数导致各自锥形表面间的连接摩擦,总之都难以使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种简单有效地解决上述问题的方法。
根据本发明,这个目标实质上由于给所述中空体和所述保护帽提供相应的互相扭转连接结构,该连接结构在相应于旋开与雄路厄氏锁定连接器相对的所述雌路厄氏锁定连接器的旋转方向上起连接作用的事实而实现。
由于这个解决思路,从医用管的雄路厄氏锁定连接器分离套管能以实用、方便和容易的方式,通过用帽作为给予套管的雌路厄氏锁定连接器一个高旋开扭矩的控制元件来实现。
本发明提供两个可供选择的实施例,其中上述在套管的保护帽和中空体之间的扭转连接结构由互补的相应的侧面的和正面的齿组构成。所述齿组以这样一种方式恰当地设置,即以只在旋开雌路厄氏锁定连接器的方向,而不是相反的方向来扭转地连接保护帽和中空体的方式。

具体实施方式
首先参照图1到3,数字1代表一个根据本发明用于医用输液管和类似物的带有保护帽2的套管。
套管1通常由模制塑料材料(通常为聚碳酸脂)的单件形成,包括一个中空体3,其腔形成一个在图2中可见的路厄氏锥体4,中空体结合有一对位于中空体3的一端6上的径向相对的外螺旋齿5,其确定一个锥路厄氏锁定连接器,以及从中空体3的另一端8同轴伸出的管状套筒7。套筒7的自由端通常有一带横向流出口9的锥形轮廓。
中空体3的外侧壁形成有一个从端部8开始的坚固部分,具有一圆形环状的带有大体上锯齿形轮廓的倾斜侧齿9。其作用将在下面阐述。
帽2也是由模制塑料材料的单件组成,其外侧设有作为手动握持件的轴向延伸凸起10。在帽的内壁上从开口端11的边缘开始形成一系列的具有锯齿轮廓的、与中空体3的齿9互补的径倾斜向齿12。齿12轴向延伸到帽2的一个内环形法兰13,从而凸出一个轴向阻止凸起14。
图2和图3显示了套管1上连接状态下的保护帽2,开口端11以图3所明显示出的齿9和12相互连接的方式通过干涉结合在中空体3的侧壁。阻止凸起14用作一种轴向隔离物,通过这种方式来保持保护帽2的环形法兰13与套管3的端面8相间隔开。
齿9和12的锯齿形状是这样的,当帽2在相对于套管1的方向旋转,扭矩达到预定值时,帽轴向脱离套管。旋转方向相应于拧紧与医用输液管或类似物的雄路厄氏锁定连接器有关的套管1的雌路厄氏锁定连接器4-5的方向,使用中的套管1连接到输液管口,按照所述的布置,帽2和套管1之间的扭转拆开防止套管1的路厄氏锁定连接器4-5在过大扭矩下被旋入到医用管的雄路厄氏锁定连接器上,而这会使用后旋开变得困难。拆开无疑也允许从套管1上移走帽2。
在相反的旋转方向的,齿9和12的形状使帽2持久地与套管1的中空体3扭转连接。该旋转方向相应于旋开与医用输液管或类似物的雄路厄氏锁定连接器相关的套管1的路厄氏锁定连接器4-5的方向,使用中套管连接到输液管上。由于依靠握持件10旋转帽2的操作,通过这种方式使帽旋转移动,并同时靠齿12和9在相应于旋开与雄路厄氏锁定连接器相关的雌路厄氏锁定连接器4-5的方向上旋转驱动中空体3,这使得用后从所述医用管中移走套管1的操作变得非常简单和容易。
图4到6显示了与上面讨论的实施例相似的一种改变型式,不同点将在下面详细地讨论,相同或相似的部件使用同一数字。
该改变型式与图1-3的实施例的不同之处仅在于套管1的中空体3和保护帽2的侧齿9-12分别被以15和16表示的前齿代替。
前齿15相应于套管套筒7的底部周围的中空体3的端面8上形成,而前齿16相应于帽2的内环形法兰13获得。帽的内侧壁在环形法兰13和开口端11之间也设有螺旋形的槽17。
改变的实施例的操作全部与上面讨论的参照图1到3的实施例相似,在图5和6显示的帽2和套管1的连接情形下,齿15和16以这种方式相互连接以允许并事实上促进帽2在一个方向旋转脱离,而且使所述帽2和中空体3在相应于旋开与医用输液管或类似物的雄路厄氏锁定连接器和雌路厄氏锁定连接器5-6的旋转方向的反向扭转地形成一个整体,其中,使用中的套管连接在输液管上。
自然,在没有脱离下面权利要求限定的本发明的保护范围情况下,结构细节和实施例可以对此处的描述和说明作出极大地改变。
Claims (6)
1.用于医用输液管和类似物的有保护帽(2)的套管(1),其中所述套管(1)包括一个中空体(3),该中空体在其第一端(6)形成一个雌路厄氏锁定连接器(4-5),和一个抵靠在第二端(8)上的一个轴向管状套筒(7),其中,所述保护帽(2)以可移动方式加到中空体(3)上,以这种方式封住所述管状套筒(7),其特征在于:提供相应的结构(9,12;15,16)给所述中空体(3)和所述保护帽(2)以使它们在相应于旋开与雄路厄氏锁定连接器相对的雌路厄氏锁定连接器(4-5)的方向上相互扭转连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的套管,其特征在于:所述结构包括在所述中空体(3)的外侧壁和所述保护帽(2)的内侧壁上相应形成的互补侧齿组(9,12)。
3.如权利要求1所述的套管,其特征在于:所述结构包括分别在中空体(3)的所述第二端(8)和所述保护帽(2)的一内环形法兰(13)上相应形成的互补前齿组(15,16)。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的套管,其特征在于:所述互补齿组(9,12;15,16)这样成型,使得在上述相应于旋开所述雌路厄氏锁定连接器(4-5)的旋转方向上持久地扭转连接所述保护帽(2)和所述中空体(3),且在旋转方向的反向扭矩达到预定值时暂时地扭转连接所述保护帽(2)和所述中空体(3),从而防止以过大扭矩拧紧。
5.如权利要求4所述的套管,其特征在于:所述的互补齿组(9,12;15,16)具有大体上锯齿形状。
6.如前述权利要求中任何一项所述的套管,其特征在于:所述帽(2)在外表面上设有手动操作部件(10)。
