Abstract

The invention relates to a device (2) for receiving elongate goods which are to be cooled (5) in a refrigerator (1). Said device comprises a frame with lateral strips (13). Said frame can be inserted into the refrigerator (1) in a horizontal manner. Said device thus comprises a support for the goods which are to be cooled, in addition to comprising at least one first bar (8) and at least one second bar (9) provided with bearing surfaces in order to arrange goods which are to be stored (5) and the first bar (8) can be tilted between a horizontal position and a vertical position. According to the invention, the second bar (9) is rigidly connected to the frame or support for the goods which are to be cooled.

Description

Apparatus for receiving refrigerated goods in refrigerating appliances

The invention relates to a device for receiving an elongated refrigerated object in a refrigerating appliance, the device comprising: a frame or a refrigerated object support that can be installed in the refrigerating appliance in a horizontal orientation; at least one first arcuate A part and at least one second bow, which has a support surface for placing refrigerated goods, in these bows, the first bow can be turned between a horizontal position and a vertical position. The device is suitable for lying as flat as possible to support bottle-shaped refrigerated objects, such as mineral water bottles, beer bottles and wine bottles or similar items.

Such a device is disclosed by WO 98/05910. The device is a device with a horizontal frame and two reversible bows, wherein the frame can be hung on a shelf for refrigerated goods in a refrigeration appliance. The two brackets are then connected to each other via a connecting element, so that they can perform a synchronized pivoting movement. The device is cumbersome and expensive to manufacture due to the large number of moving parts.

The object of the present invention is to provide a device for receiving refrigerated goods in a refrigeration appliance which does not have the disadvantages of known devices.

This object is achieved by a device with the features of claim 1 and by a device with the features of claim 4 .

In the device according to the invention, the rigid design of the second bow allows the use of connecting parts to be dispensed with. This reduces costs and, moreover, simplifies assembly of the device in a considerable manner.

In particular if the second bracket is formed integrally with the frame, for example as a common injection-cast part, only the first bracket needs to be mounted on this one-piece part for assembly of the device.

In a device having the features of claim 4 , the shelf for the refrigerated goods can be, for example, a plate-shaped intermediate partition made of glass or a storage grid.

If the device according to the invention does not also include a shelf for refrigerated goods, as defined in claim 4, the frame of the device is expediently equipped with a mechanism for mounting the device on a shelf for refrigerated goods. The refrigerated goods support can be, as described above, a plate-shaped intermediate partition made of glass, or it can be a storage grid. The means for attaching the device to a refrigerated goods support can be, for example, hooks or hook-like elements which surround the front and rear edges of the refrigerated goods support.

The device can be moved to different positions along its front edge and rear edge on the refrigerated goods support. As a result, people have increased flexibility when placing refrigerated items in the refrigerating appliance.

Preferably the device is mounted below the shelf for the refrigerated goods. In this way, the device does not take up space on the upper side of the refrigerated goods holder, which is intended for storing refrigerated goods, so that this top side is free for storing further refrigerated goods. Thus, the device makes use of the space directly under the shelf for the refrigerated goods, which space would normally remain unoccupied without such a device.

The device with the features of claim 4 can also have a frame, but this frame surrounds the shelf for the refrigerated goods and on which the first and second brackets are arranged. Here, the frame or at least a part of the frame can be formed in one piece with the second bow.

It is particularly advantageous if the frame mounted on or surrounding the refrigerated goods support is made of plastic, since such a frame can be produced particularly easily in one piece together with the second bracket in a single production step.

In contrast, the first bracket is preferably machined from metal.

The second bow can include a first support surface and a second support surface for placing refrigerated goods at different heights. If the refrigerated object is in the form of a bottle, one of these support surfaces can be used to receive the body of the bottle, while the other can be used to receive the neck of the bottle.

It is also particularly advantageous in the case of bottle-shaped goods to be cooled if at least one of the support surfaces has a curved section. However, a bearing surface of one of the brackets can also have such an arcuate section independently of the shape of the other bearing surfaces of the bracket or independently of the shape of the bearing surface of each other bracket.

The second bracket can have a vertically oriented stop for the refrigerated goods. Such a stop prevents the cold items from falling off the device.

Particularly preferably, the stop is a vertical wall, the upper edge of which forms the other bearing surface.

Advantageously, the first bracket can be locked in a horizontal and/or vertical position in order to fix the bracket in the desired position in this way.

The first bow can be designed in one piece, but it can also consist of a plurality of mutually independent pivotable parts which are each dimensioned in such a way as to receive one or more bottles.

Particularly preferably, the device is installed in the refrigerating appliance in such a way that the second bow is adjacent to a rear wall of the refrigerating appliance. This ensures that, when the device is not in use, the device interferes insignificantly with respect to the use of the storage compartment of the refrigerating appliance.

As an example of a refrigeration appliance, FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a refrigerator 1 with an open door 3 and a device 2 according to the invention. This open door 3 allows us to see the internal storage compartment 6 of the refrigerator 1 . The storage compartment 6 is divided by four horizontally arranged refrigerated goods holders 4 , here in the form of glass panes. It is also possible to use a placement grid as the refrigerated object support 4 to replace the glass plate. A device 2 according to the invention is suspended on the uppermost shelf 4 for refrigerated goods. A bottle 5 , which is held by the device 2 on the underside of the shelf 4 for the refrigerated object, is inserted into the device 2 as the refrigerated object. The device 2 can be moved to any desired position in the transverse direction along the refrigerated object holder 4 .

The bottle 5 is held by the device 2 directly below the refrigerated object holder 4 in an area of the storage room 6 which is mostly not used without the device 2 , so that the bottle 5 is not on the support surface of the refrigerated object holder 4 . occupy any position. Instead, vacate the location to support other refrigerated items. Furthermore, the mobility of the device 2 increases the flexibility when filling the storage chamber 6 .

A side view of a device 2 according to the invention is shown in FIG. 2 . Figure 3 shows a top view of the device 2, while Figure 4 shows a front view. The device 2 mainly comprises: a rectangular frame 7, which has a front slat 12, a rear slat 11 parallel to the front slat, and two side slats 13 parallel to each other; a first bow 8 And a second bow 9. The second bracket 9 is arranged vertically on the frame 7 protruding vertically downward from the rear web 11 of the horizontal frame 7 . In this case, the bracket 9 extends from one end of the rear web 11 of the frame 7 to its other end. The bracket 9 can be produced in one piece from plastic with the frame 7 or at least with the rear web 11 of this frame, or can be fixed there permanently, for example by snap-fitting.

Whether along the rear slats 11 or along the front slats 12 , the frame 7 has rail-like hooks 10 projecting upwards extending the entire length of the slats 11 and 12 . Here, the hooks 10 face each other. Alternatively, instead of the rail-shaped hooks 10 , one or more conventional hooks can be provided in each case.

The brackets 8 each hang at the same height from the two side webs 13 . The bracket 8 is manufactured from a solid lacquered metal wire. The bracket 8 can optionally be swiveled from a vertical hanging position into a horizontal position resting on the frame 7 and is locked there. This is indicated in FIG. 2 by the bracket drawn in dashed lines and provided with a double arrow.

As can be seen from FIG. 4 , the bow 8 has three curved sections 14 which are each intended to accommodate a bottle. Corresponding to these sections 14 , the bow 9 also has three arcuate sections 17 (see FIG. 5 ) which extend horizontally over a depth of several centimeters. The segments 17 are reinforced by a vertical wall 16 formed in one piece with them. Arc-shaped notches 15 are formed on the upper edge of the wall 16 .

FIG. 5 shows a cross-section of the device according to the invention in the installed state in a refrigerator 1 and filled with a bottle 5 as a refrigerated object. Here, the device 2 is hooked on the refrigerated object support 4 via rail-shaped hooks 10 , whereby the bows 8 and 9 are installed below the refrigerated object support 4 . In the folded-out state, the bracket 8 hangs vertically downwards. The bottle 5 is placed with its body on this bow 8 . The L-shaped cross-section of the bow 9 can be seen, which has arc-shaped sections 17 which serve respectively as support surfaces for the bottom of the bottle 5 and walls 16 which form a stop which prevents the bottle from The bottom is in contact with the rear wall of the storage compartment.

The bottle 5 can also be loaded into the device 2 in the reverse orientation, as shown in FIG. 6 . In this case, the bottle 5 rests with its lower half on the bow 8 , while the thinner neck of the bottle 5 rests on one of the arc-shaped recesses 15 of the vertical wall 16 . This placement is particularly suitable for small bottles, while the orientation shown in Figure 5 is preferred for larger bottles.

In many bottles, the end of the neck is closed. By protruding the end of this closure from the wall 16 when the bottle is filled, the bottle can be stopped on the device.

FIG. 7 shows an alternative configuration of the pivotable bow. Instead of the above-mentioned bow 8 which is integrally bent from a wire, a multi-part structure is shown here, which has some parts fitted to the side bars 13 (they are only partially shown in the figure). The shaft 18 in the hole 19, on which the individual brackets 20, 21 can pivot and can be locked in vertical and horizontal positions by means of studs 22. The two individual bows 20, 21 can pivot independently of each other, whereby, depending on the number of bottles to be supported, there is only a single bow 20 with a unique arc-shaped section 14, or only two such A single bow 21 of the segment, or both, can be flipped up or swung into a vertical position simultaneously.

As an alternative to the device 2 according to the invention, the brackets 8 and 9 can be mounted directly on the refrigerated goods support 4 , so that the frame 7 which is detachably fastened to the refrigerated goods support 4 can be omitted. Such a shelf for refrigerated goods can be formed, for example, by a glass plate surrounded by a glass plate in profiles connected to form a fixed frame, wherein rigid bows 9 are fastened to the rear profile Alternatively, it can be integrally formed with the profile, while the pivotable bow 8 can be suspended from some side profile.
