本发明公开了一种检测乙肝核心抗体的双夹心法酶联免疫诊断试剂盒,该试剂盒包括微孔反应板和酶结合物;微孔反应板是由90%以上纯度、效价为5×104~5×105u/mg的乙肝核心抗原重组蛋白包被而成;酶结合物是由辣根过氧化物酶标记乙肝核心抗原重组蛋白获得。本发明用于检测乙肝核心抗体具有检测特异性高、检测灵敏度高、可消除因操作时间差所产生的误差;检测结果易于目视判断;可有效方便地对乙肝核心抗体进行定性或半定量检测。
The invention discloses a double-sandwich ELISA diagnostic kit for detecting hepatitis B core antibody. The kit includes a microporous reaction plate and an enzyme conjugate; 10 4 ~5×10 5 u/mg recombinant hepatitis B core antigen protein is coated; the enzyme conjugate is obtained by marking the hepatitis B core antigen recombinant protein with horseradish peroxidase. The invention has high detection specificity and high detection sensitivity for detecting hepatitis B core antibody, and can eliminate errors caused by operation time difference; the detection result is easy to judge visually; and can effectively and conveniently perform qualitative or semi-quantitative detection on hepatitis B core antibody.
