Description
技术领域 一种方便食品,特别是一种以免淘洗的优质大米为主料,以少量杂粮、脱水蔬菜果品肉蛋类、食用油、调料为辅料的小包装方便复合生鲜米。
背景技术 目前,市面上销售的方便米饭、粥类,都是熟后深加工而成。尽管为了在口感上与用生米做的新饭相媲美,人们在技术上采取了许多先进措施,但总不如新饭那样清新口。
发明内容 本发明的目的,就是要提供一种可形成多种组配的免淘洗的方便复合生鲜米以满足人们方便地食用各种口味的新饭的需求。
本发明是这样实现的:以精选的免淘洗的大米为主,以少量杂粮、脱水蔬菜果品肉蛋类、食用油、调料为辅,装在可供一至数人食用的包装袋、包装盒或罐头盒的小包装中。
本发明可形成适合人们多种风味口味、丰富多彩的系列产品,居家外出食用均很方便,既可以用饭锅熟化,也可以将罐头盒直接放在加热器(炉)上熟化,粥饭皆宜,口感完全是新饭的感觉。生产容易,市场前景好。
实施方案 将精选的免淘洗生鲜大米和少量杂粮(如碎玉米等,可以掺在大米中;也可以单独装在小口袋中密封,供食用者自定是否掺在大米中),装入包装袋、包装盒或罐头盒中;将脱水蔬菜果品肉蛋类、食用油、调料分装在不渗漏的袋中密封,并和米一起装入可供一至数人食用的包装袋、包装盒或罐头盒中;然后进行处理(灭菌、抽真空或充氮)、密封。

1.一种方便食品,特别是一种方便复合生鲜米,特征是:以精选的免淘洗生鲜大米为主料,以小袋包装的少量杂粮、脱水蔬菜果品肉蛋类、食用油、调料为辅料;将主料和辅料一起装入可供一至数人食用的包装袋、包装盒或罐头盒中进行处理(灭菌、抽真空或充氮)、密封。保护范围是这种特征的方法。
