根据本发明的另一个特征,尤其是在支承件的正面的面积等于或大于大约100cm2时,制造如上所述的覆盖件的方法包括:第一步骤,其中,制成具有所需形状和尺寸的支承件;第二步骤,其中,单独制成饰面层,该饰面层的形状制成能覆盖支承件的正面、周向边缘以及可能的底面的预期部分;第三步骤,其中,在支承件的表面上洒上(撒布上)粘结材料;第四步骤,其中,将之前已成形的饰面层定位并接合在支承件的正面上;第五步骤,其中,向后弯曲饰面层的唇缘以至少覆盖支承件的周向边缘;以及可能的第六步骤,其中,所述唇缘还向下弯以粘接在支承件的底面上。
所述第五步骤以及可能的第六步骤有利地用刀片式折叠机执行,而饰面层通过抽吸装置保持就位。
相反,当每个支承件的正面的面积小于100cm2时,该方法有利地同时制造多个覆盖件。在此情况下,在第一步骤内,将表面已洒有(撒布有)粘结材料的不同支承件设置在平面上,使得它们相邻并彼此相距预定的距离;在第二步骤内,将饰面材料的单张片材布置在不同支承件的正面上;然后,在第三步骤内,将单张片材切割成应有(相应的)尺寸,以便形成用于每个不同支承件的饰面层;然后将每个饰面层分别向后折叠以便使其覆盖每个支承件的周向边缘,并且还可能将饰面层向下弯以使其靠接底面。
有利地,上文所述的方法的不同步骤用自动化的机器执行,该自动化的机器设有加压装置以将饰面层压靠在支承件上,该自动化的机器还设有能加热粘结材料以再激活该材料的加热装置。

具体实施方式
参照附图,标号10总体上标识用于覆盖建筑物例如地面或墙壁、家具等的表面的根据本发明的覆盖件。
在图1和2所示的实施例内,覆盖件10为砖片,并包括形状基本扁平并由刚性合成材料例如塑性树脂制成的支承件11,该支承件由毛皮制成的饰面层12覆盖。
有利地,支承件11基本为平行六面体,并具有方形基体,该基体具有2.5×2.5cm、5×5cm、10×10cm、20×20cm、30×30cm的标准尺寸,或者为最大30×40cm或更大的矩形,但是支承件11以及覆盖件10为其它形状也在本发明的范围内。
更确切地说,在文中所示的示例内,饰面层12完全包围支承件11的正面11a即安放后朝向外部的表面、以及周向边缘11b,并且所述饰面层通过粘结剂13粘结在支承件上。
在优选实施例内,支承件11由玻璃纤维增强聚酯(FRP)或半发泡(semi-expanded)PVC或半发泡聚氨酯制成,毛皮层12通过基于聚氯丁二烯粘合剂的粘结剂粘结在该支承件上,该粘结剂中已添加了PVC粘结剂和稀释剂。
有利地,粘结剂中聚氯丁二烯粘合剂的量大于50%,PVC粘结剂的量在10%和40%之间,而稀释剂的量在5%和20%之间。
支承件11由塑料材料之外的材料制成、围绕支承件11的饰面层由与织物或毛皮相当的天然或合成的纺织材料或其它材料制成均在本发明的范围内。
覆盖件10可为任何其它的构造例如带材、板条等,这些构造即使具有非常有限的尺寸也在本发明的范围内。
使用由合成材料有利地通过模制而成的支承件11以及使用粘结剂13来粘结毛皮层12一方面可制成任意形状——平面的或弯曲的——覆盖件10,另一方面可使覆盖件的尺寸基本等于用于镶嵌式镶嵌物的尺寸。
根据图3内所示的变型,饰面层12包括侧唇缘12a,该唇缘12a向下弯成靠接在支承件11的与正面11a相对的底面11c上。
图4示出相对于下方的支承件11给出的饰面层12的有利的形状。可见尺寸S对应于支承件11的厚度,而尺寸L对应于将被向下弯成靠接在底面11c上的唇缘12a的厚度。
特别是当正面11a的面积等于或大于约100cm2例如为10×10cm或更大规格时,制成前述覆盖件10的方法包括制成具有预期形状和尺寸的支承件11的第一步。
分别通过使饰面层12形成如图4所示的形状而制成饰面层12,使得饰面层可覆盖正面11a、周向边缘11b以及可能地与周向边缘11b相邻的支承件11的底面11c的至少一部分。
至少在支承件11的表面11a和11c上,并且如果需要的话在支承件11的周向边缘11b上洒有粘结材料13,该粘结材料例如为能够用热量再激活的类型。
随后,利用常规类型的加压装置将已形成一定形状的饰面层12安置和接合在支承件11的正面11a上。在此步骤内,有利地通过产生热量的装置例如电阻或通过吹送热空气来使粘结材料13再激活。
在随后的步骤内,将饰面层12的唇缘12a向后折叠,以至少覆盖支承件11的周向边缘11b。
在可能为最后的步骤内,还将所述唇缘12a向下弯以使它们粘在支承件11的底面上,在该底面上已存在粘结剂13(图3)。
相反,当每个支承件的正面的面积小于100cm2时,该方法有利地可同时制成多个覆盖件10。在此情况下,在第一步内,将表面已洒有粘结材料13的不同的支承件11设置在平面例如自动化的机器20的下部板21(图5)的表面上,从而不同的支承件相邻且彼此相隔预定的距离。
在此情况下,下部板21包括能够容纳四个支承件11的四个底座22。在图5内用虚线指示的单张片材12布置在不同支承件11的正面11a上,该单张片材由将构成每个覆盖件10的饰面层的材料制成。然后,在随后的步骤内,利用具有四个冲头26的上部模具25将该单张片材12切割成应有尺寸,该冲头设有刀片并且与底座22对应地设置。
以任何常规的方式使上部模具25靠近下部板21,从而冲头26的切割刀片可将叠放在四个支承件11上的四个饰面层12切割成应有的尺寸。在上部模具25向下移动期间,与底座以及分别与冲头26对应设置的压力部件28和29将各饰面层12压靠在对应的支承件11上,从而确保饰面层可利用支承件11的表面11a、11b和11c上已涂敷的粘结剂13(与支承件)粘结。
通过下部压力部件28和上部压力部件29随后向上运动,支承件11进入冲头26内形成的凹腔,从而将唇缘12a向后折叠在周向边缘11b上。
压力部件28和29在内部均具有能够被选择性地激活以加热并再激活粘结材料13的电阻。
图6、7和8内所示的变型示出包括基体14的覆盖件110,被饰面层12覆盖的具有有限尺寸的多个支承件11例如通过粘结而接合在该基体上。支承件11安置成彼此稍微远离,从而限定了设置成格状的多个中间凹槽15,从而使覆盖件110具有装饰性的镶嵌式效果。
根据第一实施例,基座14由基本刚性的材料例如塑料或金属制成,从而覆盖件110根据其尺寸可呈现砖片或镶板的外观。
根据如图8所示的变型,基座14由柔性材料例如天然或合成橡胶制成,从而覆盖件110可变形以便适合于该覆盖件将应用于其上的表面。
由柔性材料制成的基体14以及中间凹槽15的存在使得可根据需要模造覆盖件110,并使用该覆盖件来非常精确并容易应用地覆盖例如与陈设品或柱状体相关的弯曲或有角度的表面,而连续性不会有任何破坏。
但是,很明显可对前文所述的覆盖件10的各部分进行修改和/或添加,而不会背离本发明的领域和范围。
例如,由毛皮12、织物或其它类似材料制成的层可仅覆盖支承件11的外表面11a的一部分,并且外表面11a的其余部分可被由另一种材料例如木材、金属、玻璃或其它材料制成的插入物覆盖。
此外,由毛皮12、织物或其它类似材料制成的层基本可具有任何装饰、色彩、标记或其它个人化图案。
还很明显,尽管已参照特定示例说明了本发明,但是本领域内的技术人员可实现覆盖件的许多其它的等同形式,这些等同形式具有权利要求中阐述的特征并都在权利要求限定的保护范围内。

Claims (21)

1.一种用于覆盖表面的覆盖件,该覆盖件包括至少一个具有正面(11a)、周向边缘(11b)和底面(11c)的支承件(11),并包括由毛皮、皮革、毛皮和皮革的副产品、仿毛皮或天然或合成织物制成的饰面层(12),其特征在于,所述饰面层(12)至少部分地覆盖所述支承件(11)的所述正面(11a)和所述周向边缘(11b),并且所述饰面层(12)通过粘结剂(13)接合在所述支承件(11)上。
2.根据权利要求1的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述饰面层(12)还至少部分地覆盖所述底面(11c)。
3.根据权利要求1或2的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述饰面层(12)仅覆盖所述支承件(11)的所述正面(11a)的一部分,并且所述正面(11a)的其余部分被由与制成所述饰面层(12)的材料不同的材料制成的插入物覆盖。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述饰面层(12)的厚度在十分之几毫米和数毫米之间,而所述支承件(11)的厚度大约为几毫米,从而覆盖件(10)的总厚度小于1厘米。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述支承件(11)由基本刚性并稳定的材料制成,该材料可以是合成材料或天然材料。
6.根据权利要求5的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述天然材料包括石材、玻璃、陶瓷、砖或从草本植物例如稻米、玉米、大豆等获得的材料之一。
7.根据权利要求5的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述合成材料为玻璃纤维增强聚酯(FRP)或半发泡PVC或半发泡聚氨酯。
8.根据权利要求7的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述粘结剂(13)基于聚氯丁二烯粘合剂。
9.根据权利要求8的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述聚氯丁二烯粘合剂中添加了聚氯乙烯(PVC)粘结剂。
10.根据权利要求8或9的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述聚氯丁二烯粘合剂中添加了稀释剂。
11.根据上述权利要求中任一项的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述粘接剂(13)包括能够被热量再激活的基于水的聚氨酯粘结剂。
12.根据上述权利要求中任一项的覆盖件,其特征在于,该覆盖件还包括基体(14),至少部分地被所述饰面层(12)覆盖的多个所述支承件(11)接合在该基体上。
13.根据权利要求12的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述支承件(11)设置成彼此稍微远离以限定多个中间凹槽(15)。
14.根据权利要求12或13的覆盖件,其特征在于,每个所述支承件(11)的尺寸与镶嵌式镶嵌物的尺寸相关。
15.根据权利要求12到14中任一项的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述基体(14)由基本刚性的天然或合成材料制成。
16.根据权利要求12到14中任一项的覆盖件,其特征在于,所述基体(14)由至少部分柔性的天然或合成材料制成。
17.一种制造覆盖件(10)的方法,该覆盖件包括至少部分地被由毛皮、皮革、毛皮和皮革的副产品、仿毛皮或天然或合成织物制成的饰面层(12)覆盖的支承件(11),该饰面层通过粘结剂(13)接合在所述支承件(11)上,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
第一步骤,其中,制成具有所需形状和尺寸的所述支承件(11),该支承件具有至少100cm2的正面(11a);
第二步骤,其中,单独制成所述饰面层(12),该饰面层的形状制成能覆盖所述支承件(11)的所述正面(11a)、周向边缘(11b)以及可能的底面(11c)的预期部分;
第三步骤,其中,在所述支承件(11)的表面上洒上所述粘结剂(13);
第四步骤,其中,将之前已成形的所述饰面层(12)定位并接合在所述支承件(11)的所述正面上;
第五步骤,其中,向后弯曲所述饰面层(12)的唇缘(12a)以至少覆盖所述支承件(11)的周向边缘(11b)。
18.根据权利要求17的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括第六步骤,其中,所述饰面层(12)的所述唇缘(12a)还向下弯以至少部分粘接在所述支承件(11)的所述底面(11c)上。
19.根据权利要求17或18的方法,其特征在于,所述第五步骤以及可能的第六步骤用刀片式折叠机执行,而饰面层通过抽吸装置保持就位。
20.一种同时制造多个覆盖件(10)的方法,每个覆盖件包括支承件(11),该支承件具有小于100cm2的正面(11a),并且至少部分地被由毛皮、皮革、毛皮和皮革的副产品、仿毛皮或天然或合成织物制成的饰面层(12)覆盖,该饰面层通过粘结剂(13)接合在所述支承件(11)上,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
第一步骤,其中,将表面已洒有所述粘结剂(13)的所述多个支承件(11)设置在平面上,使得这些支承件相邻并彼此相距预定的距离;
第二步骤,其中,将饰面材料的单张片材布置在所述多个支承件(11)的正面(11a)上;
第三步骤,其中,将所述单张片材切割成应有尺寸,以便形成用于所述多个支承件(11)中的每个支承件的饰面层(12);
第四步骤,其中,将每个所述饰面层(12)分别向后折叠以便使其覆盖每个支承件(11)的周向边缘(11b),并且还可能将饰面层向下弯,以使其靠接在相应的底面(11c)上。
21.一种自动执行根据权利要求17到20中任一项的方法中的至少一些步骤的机器,其特征在于,该机器包括能够将所述饰面层(12)压靠在每个所述支承件(11)上的加压装置(28,29),以及能够加热所述粘结剂以便再激活所述粘结剂的加热装置。
