本发明涉及一种齿轮电动机,包括电动机和用法兰连接到所述电动机的传动装置,其中该齿轮电动机优选用来驱动例如门等的关闭构件。
背景技术
特别地,在车库门驱动装置情况下,已知为电动机设置有用法兰装配的传动装置。从传动装置延伸的驱动轴驱动例如链轮的输出装置,输出装置设置在滑轨部,在那里它们通过链条或某些其他传动装置来移动与例如车库门等的关闭装置连接的托架。根据所附连的输出装置,这里必须使用不同的输出轴。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改进已知的齿轮电动机,使这种齿轮电动机能够容易地与输出装置相连接。
根据本发明,该目的通过权利要求1的特征来达到。因此,创造了一种齿轮电动机,该齿轮电动机包括电动机和用法兰连接到电动机的传动装置,该传动装置包括居中的连续空心轴,插入轴可插入该空心轴内,该插入轴与空心轴的轮廓形状相适应并且用作输出轴。
根据本发明,输出轴可专门地安装在根据此解决方案的驱动装置内。这意味着能够以低成本安装空心轴,而不受任何外部影响或载荷。
能够根据对应的目标系统——即相应的输出装置——选择可插入的插入轴。
本发明的优选实施方式可由独立权利要求之后的从属权利要求得到。因此,插入轴能够通过卡环轴向固定。
空心轴优选具有齿轮状的轮廓形状。
突出超过传动装置的插入轴突出部能够用作旋转编码器。
具有与空心轴相同的轮廓形状的输出装置能够被推到用作输出轴的插入轴上。这种输出装置可以是链轮或者同步皮带轮。
相应的链轮或同步皮带轮可集成在滑轨部内。突出超过传动装置的插入轴突出部能够用作旋转编码器,但是在本发明的一个特别有利的方面,测速传感器单元集成在传动装置壳体内。为此目的,应当提供脉冲轮和安装在壳体上的传感器。脉冲轮可附连于驱动空心轴的蜗轮。
本发明的齿轮电动机无需驱动装置内的轴向导轨。
有利地,可为右侧装配组件以及左侧装配组件提供对称的壳体和对称的螺接点。根据空间条件,轴能够从左侧或右侧安装入空心轴内。由此,获得了可用于两种情形中的齿轮电动机。
由于空心轴延伸过传动装置的整个宽度并且用作输出轴的插入轴因此从空心轴的两侧突出,因此传感器单元可集成在传动装置壳体的与输出装置相对的一侧。该传感器单元例如可以是测速传感器单元。
由于输出轴能够容易地插入,因此能够通过一个轴相互连接多个电动机。

具体实施方式
图1a示出了根据本发明第一实施方式的齿轮电动机的俯视图,所述齿轮电动机由电动机10和用法兰装配的传动装置12构成。图1b的局部剖视图清楚地示出电动机10驱动蜗杆14,蜗杆在传动装置12内与未图示的蜗轮配合,以驱动集成在传动装置12内并且延伸过传动装置的整个宽度的空心轴16。空心轴具有空心轮廓,如图1c中俯视图所示。空心轴16的空心轮廓的形状还能采用俯视图1d所示的形状。用作输出轴的插入轴18能够插入空心轴内,该插入轴与空心轴的轮廓形状相适应。如图1b所示,该插入轴具有类似于齿轮的截面。
作为轴向系统,抵接件20形成在插入轴18上,这里该抵接件通过接合到相应的槽22内的卡环24形成。该实施方式能够通过图1e和1f分别示出的插入轴实现。插入轴18可按照需要以不同长度插入空心轴16内。插入轴18的突出部的延伸部分可用作例如用于速度测量的旋转编码器。在图1e中,可选地,插入轴18的相应地延伸的形式以附图标记19指示。未示出的传感器能够与此插入轴的延伸突出部相配合。由于该连续的插入轴18,速度传感器单元因此能够设置在传动装置的与图1中没有详细示出的输出构件相对的一侧上。
在图2所示的实施方式中,如图2a所示的带有用法兰装配的传动装置12的电动机10与插入轴18分离。在图2b中,插入轴18一直插入到其抵接件20,并且也通过卡环24轴向固定于传动装置的相对侧。在图2b中,示出了插入轴18的较长形式19,这里所述突出部19也能够用作旋转编码器。
图2b示出了输出装置——即在此情况下的链轮26——的分解视图,链轮26如相应的俯视图2c所示具有内轮廓形状28,该内轮廓形状28对应于空心轴16的轮廓。链轮由此能被容易地推到插入轴18上。在这里示出的实施方式中,示出链轮28处于通用的车库门驱动装置的滑轨部30内,其中托架可在滑轨部30内往复运动。在图2d中,链轮26安装在插入轴18上。
图3示出了齿轮电动机改进形式。在传动装置壳体内,设置了所谓的脉冲轮30,该脉冲轮能够被推到由蜗杆14驱动的蜗轮32上。脉冲轮还能够以涂层插入件的形式集成在传动蜗轮32上。以此方式,每个传动减速装置具有精确装配的脉冲轮30。在传动装置12的壳体内的合适位置处集成有传感器34。传感器34的位置选择为使得产生脉冲的脉冲轮30的孔36被引导经过传感器34。
在图3的不同视图中,示出了脉冲轮30的不同形式,图3a、3c和3d中示出的这些不同形式彼此相对应并且每个都包括有槽形开口36。在图3e和3f中,改变了脉冲生成槽36’和36”。如图3所示,脉冲轮30在传动装置12的壳体内无需任何额外空间。传感器34可构成为非常小的部件。这里可例如选择霍尔系统或者感应系统。由于其结构,传感器单元与所选择的传动减速装置或者电动机速度无关。通过略微调节脉冲轮而使其与传动数据相适应,传感器的输出信号对于所有传动减速装置和电动机速度而言都是相同的。结果,能够更容易地评估控制。

Claims (9)

1.一种齿轮电动机,该齿轮电动机优选用于驱动门,所述齿轮电动机包括电动机和用法兰连接到所述电动机的传动装置,该传动装置具有居中的连续空心轴和插入轴,该插入轴与所述空心轴的轮廓形状相适应并且用作输出轴。
2.如前述权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于:所述插入轴通过卡环轴向固定。
3.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:所述空心轴具有齿轮状的轮廓形状。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:突出超过所述传动装置的插入轴的突出部用作旋转编码器。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:具有与空心轴相同轮廓形状的输出装置被推到所述用作输出轴的插入轴上。
6.如前一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于:所述输出装置是链轮或同步皮带轮。
7.如前一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于:所述链轮或同步皮带轮集成在滑轨部中。
8.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:包括脉冲轮和传感器的测速传感器单元集成在所述传动装置的壳体内。
9.如前一权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于:所述脉冲轮附连于驱动空心轴的蜗轮。
