Abstract

本发明涉及电动车控制装置。
背景技术
在常规的电动车控制装置中,具有由整流器件和自消弧器件反并联连接形成的桥接电路的变换器经由高压接触器连接至主变压器的次级绕组,而滤波电容器则连接至变换器的输出端。随后,将从该变换器输出的DC功率变换成AC功率的逆变器连接至该滤波电容器的两端。此外,在激励该逆变器之前,当输入至变换器的AC电压的相位在π/2至π之间时接通高压接触器,并且从次级绕组提供的AC功率被整流器件整流,由此对该滤波电容器充电(例如,可参见专利文献1)。

发明内容
本发明要解决的问题
在常规的电动车控制装置中,当输入至变换器的AC电压的相位是π/2至π之间时接通高压接触器。然而,例如,当把AC功率供应给变压器的AC电源的频率是50Hz时,因为AC电压的相位从π/2至π的持续时间是5ms而高压接触器的操作时间通常是50ms至100ms,所以就存在着根据高压接触器接通的定时难以控制滤波电容器充电的充电控制问题。
做出本发明是为了解决上述问题,并且其目的是提供一种在对滤波电容器充电时能简便执行充电控制的电动车控制装置。
解决问题的手段
在根据本发明的电动车控制装置中,具有由整流器件和自消弧器件反并联连接形成的桥接电路的变换器连接至主变压器的次级绕组,而滤波电容器则连接至变换器的输出端。此外,将DC功率变换成AC功率的逆变器连接至滤波电容器的两端,并且在逆变器被激励之前执行对滤波电容器的充电。在该电动车控制装置中,具有在将所述滤波电容器充电至预定值的时候能限制冲流流动的内部阻抗的充电变压器经由开关设备连接至主变压器的第三绕组,并且由充电变压器升压至预定电压的第三绕组的输出电压由整流器件整流,由此对滤波电容器充电。
本发明的优点
根据本发明,升压至预定AC电压是通过经由开关设备连接至主变压器第三绕组的充电变压器充电来执行的,并且该电压由形成变换器的整流器件整流,从而对该滤波电容器充电。因此,就能简便地控制接通开关设备的定时。

实施例1
图1是根据用于具体实现本发明的实施例1的电动车控制装置的结构视图。在图1中,具有由整流器件1a至1d和自消弧器件2a至2d反并联连接形成的桥接电路的变换器3的输入端经由高压接触器4连接至主变压器5的次级绕组5a,其中整流器件1a至1d是飞轮二极管。主变压器5的初级绕组5b经由受电弓6连接至AC电源7。然后,滤波电容器8连接至变换器3的输出端。此外,将DC功率变换成AC功率的逆变器9连接至滤波电容器8的两端。逆变器9由整流器件10a至10d与自消弧器件11a至11d形成、并且输出三相AC功率。驱动电动车的三相AC电动机11连接至逆变器9的输出端。
充电变压器13的初级侧经由开关设备12连接至主变压器5的第三绕组5c,其中开关设备12是由接触器或半导体器件形成的。充电变压器13的次级侧连接至变换器3的输入端。在此,第三绕组5c的输出电压是用于照明、空调等的低电压。此外,充电变压器13被设置成具有能在将滤波电容器8充电至等于或低于整流器件1a至1d的额定电流值预定值的时刻抑制冲流流动的内部阻抗,并且执行升压直至预定电压,以使得滤波电容器8的充电电压变为能保证逆变器9工作的电压。
在如上构造的电动车控制装置中,在激励变换器3和逆变器9之前,接通开关设备12,并且由充电变压器13将主变压器5第三绕组5c的输出电压升压至预定电压。随后,被升压至预定电压的第三绕组5c的输出通过变换器3的整流器件1a至1d的整流动作转换成直流,从而充电滤波电容器8。因为滤波电容器8被充电,所以开关设备12被打开以接通高压接触器4。因而,就起动变换器3和逆变器9的操作,并起动三相AC电动机11的驱动。
如上所述,由具有能够在将滤波电容器8充电至预定值的时刻抑制冲流流动的内部阻抗的充电变压器13升压至预定电压的第三绕组5c的输出电压由形成变换器3的整流器件1a至1d整流,并且对滤波电容器8充电。这样就能简便地执行充电控制。
Claims (1)
1.一种电动车控制装置,其中具有由整流器件和自消弧器件反并联连接形成的桥接电路的变换器连接至主变压器的次级绕组,滤波电容器连接至所述变换器的输出端,将DC功率变换成AC功率的逆变器随后连接至所述滤波电容器的两端,并且在所述逆变器被激励之前执行对所述滤波电容器的充电,所述电动车控制装置的特征在于,具有在将所述滤波电容器充电至预定值的时刻能限制冲流流动的内部阻抗的充电变压器经由开关设备连接至主变压器的第三绕组,并且由所述充电变压器升压至预定电压的所述第三绕组的输出电压由所述整流器件整流,由此对所述滤波电容器充电。
