Articulated framework linear motor bogie
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a bogie for rail vehicle belongs to the machine-building field.
Background
At present, the rail vehicle bogie applied to railway trains, subways and light rail traffic generally adopts a rigid framework structure. Due to the influence and limitation of the wheel-rail line of the vehicle, when the wheel set runs to a curve with a relatively sharp bend angle, the part of the outer side of the rigid framework, which is close to the wheel set, can bear a relatively large torque action. Furthermore, the connection between the frame and the primary suspension device is subject to large impact forces at high vehicle speeds.
Therefore, the structure and the traction force transmission mode of the existing rigid framework are difficult to adapt to the use requirements of high-speed operation and complex working condition wheel-rail lines to a certain extent. Accordingly, the framework has higher design requirements on the manufacturing quality and material quality, thereby increasing the production difficulty and manufacturing cost.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of the utility model is to provide an articulated framework linear electric motor bogie to solve above-mentioned problem and structural defect. The bogie is provided with 2T-shaped frames which are hinged with each other, so that the framework is provided with flexible connecting points to adapt to a curve with a relatively sharp bending angle, the limit of the framework for bearing the twisting force is improved, and the design difficulty of the bogie is reduced.
Another design objective is to improve the impact resistance of the frame to primary suspension connection.
In order to achieve the above design object, the articulated frame linear motor bogie has a horizontal frame connected to a vehicle body, and a linear motor is suspended below the frame. The improvement is that the device is characterized in that,
the framework is provided with 2T-shaped frames which are hinged with each other, and the middle parts of beams at two sides of the frames are connected with a central beam through rubber nodes;
the central beam is connected with the traction beam at the upper part through a longitudinal pull rod at the side part, and the central pin respectively penetrates through the traction beam and the central beam to be connected into an integral structure;
the traction cross beam is respectively connected with the side beams of the 2T-shaped frames through the oil pressure shock absorbers;
the central beam is connected with the linear motor through a longitudinal traction pull rod.
According to the technical characteristics, when the wheel pair runs to a curve with a relatively sharp bend angle, 2 hinge points between the T-shaped frames hinged with each other can bear relatively large torque and twist appropriately, so that the framework is protected randomly.
In order to improve the transmission traction of the bogie and improve the traction effect of the linear motor, the improvement scheme can be adopted that 2 longitudinal pull rods connected with the traction cross beam are respectively arranged and connected on two sides of the traction cross beam to form a Z-shaped plane structure.
In order to improve the capability of bearing the twisting force of the hinge points of the 2T-shaped frames, each T-shaped frame is provided with a cross beam and a side beam which are integrally formed and are perpendicular to each other;
the crossbeam is connected through hinge structure with the curb girder, and 2 hinge structure inside the framework are diagonal setting.
In order to reduce the impact force generated to the bogie and the vehicle body when the vehicle runs, the side beams are respectively connected with the axle boxes of the front and rear wheel pairs through 2 side herringbone springs and 1 top laminated spring.
In order to improve the installation space design of the linear motor, 3 hanging devices used for hanging the linear motor are respectively arranged on the cross beams of 2T-shaped frames to form a triangular hanging structure in a plane. The hanging device can ensure the clearance of the linear motor and simultaneously play a role in vibration reduction, and a spiral lifting and gasket adjusting mode is adopted to play a role in height adjustment of the linear motor; meanwhile, in order to limit the free swing of the linear motor, the linear motor is connected to the lower part of the side beam of the framework through 2 transverse pull rods.
In a further refinement, anti-roll torsion bars connecting the vehicle body are respectively connected to the outer side portions of the side members.
In addition, air springs are provided on both side members, respectively.
As described above, the articulated frame linear motor bogie has the advantages of:
1. adopt 2T type frames of mutual articulated to assemble into the framework for the framework has flexible tie point, can adapt to the more urgent operation curve of bent angle, improves the ability that the framework bears the torsional force betterly, and can reduce the design degree of difficulty and the material requirement of bogie.
2. The impact resistance of the connecting structure of the framework and the primary suspension device is effectively improved.
