Abstract
一种水由下向上过滤的设备，在圆形设备壳体内，立式滤网多组，滤网上方连接振动器，下方与花板连接为一体，同步振动清洗滤网。花板与壳体之间为动连接。设备内上方为水位浮标，与设备外控制器电连接。控制器，按顺序电连接进口阀，振动器，排污阀。

背景技术：
目前企业对水处理过滤设备有二种：
第一种，沉淀池此种方法建一个几百平方的水池，将加入水处理剂的水截留在池中反应悬浮颗在水中重力沉淀，清水由上方溢出，悬浮颗粒在水中重力沉淀，到池底部截留，由底部多个均部排污口排出，此方法沉淀慢，占地面积大，排污时间长，浪费水。
第二种，过滤器，这种方法：将水中悬浮物通过滤料，或石英沙，过滤，经过过滤的水进入生产区循环使用。悬浮物粘在滤料上，用水反冲洗后，在正常使用，此方法平面单层过滤面积小反冲洗时间长，滤料洗不净浪费水。
发明内容：
为了克服所有过滤器，单层过滤低效和滤料洗不净的问题，本实用新型提供一种立式滤网多组组合并自动清洗滤网的水由下向上过滤装置。
本实用新型是这样实现的，一种水由下向上过滤的装置，在设备外壳中，花板，立式滤网，振动器，顺序连接，浮标与控制器电连接，其特征是：多组立式滤网，排列连接在花板上，滤网上方连接振动器，花板与壳体之间为动连接，花板下为锥度水箱，水箱侧连接进口阀锥底连接排污阀。
当打开排污阀，水由锥度水箱向上溢，清水透过滤网向上溢到出口处进入生产区循环使用。水中悬浮颗料在立式滤网内不断截留，使其过滤器，水流量受阻，水位下降到设计的位置，水位浮标，将信号电连接传输到控制器，控制器按顺序电连接，关进口阀，开启振动器，使其滤网上的悬浮物，脱离滤网，重力沉淀，进入排污状态，控制器电连接开启排污阀进行排污，在排污过程中，过滤器内的水、重力下降，倒流对滤网进行反冲洗。恢复过滤器的正常使用。
本实用新型的有益效果是，一过滤内可排列多组立式滤网，过滤面积大，并由振动器自动清洗滤网，结构简单高效。

具体实施方法：
在图1中，进口阀(2)与排污阀(10)共用一水箱(3)便于集中排污。花板(4)滤网(5)振动器(9)连为一体同步振动，花板(4)与壳体(1)之间为动连接，浮标(7)与设备外控制器(8)电连接，控制器(8)分别按顺序电连接进口阀(2)振动器(9)排污阀(10)。

1、一种立式滤网多组组合水过滤装置，在设备外壳中，花板，立式滤网，振动器，顺序连接，浮标与控制器电连接，其特征是：多组立式滤网，排列连接在花板上，滤网上方连接振动器。
2、根据权利要求1所述的立式滤网多组组合水过滤装置，其特征是：多组立式滤网，排列连接在花板上，花板与设备外壳为动连接。
