背景技术
喷漆室循环水池，主要是喷漆作业时通过水泵的作用，将水洗涤喷漆室作业区空气，以减少空气中漆雾和有机溶剂的含量，以保证作业工人的健康安全和产品的质量，在循环水的作用下把喷漆室内空气中的漆雾和有机溶剂转移到水中形成了喷漆废水，废水中含有大量漆雾颗粒和溶剂。对循环水池的污水，一般的处理方法是，在使用一段时间后，用泵排掉，有时因污水含漆泥量过浓，泵排不尽，只有停产用人工清理，即影响生产，又给操作者造成危害还造成环境污染等问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述缺陷，目的在于提供一种结构简单，能比较容易清楚循环水池内的漆泥的喷漆室循环水池。
本实用新型的技术方案是：本实用新型包括池体、设置在池体上的循环水泵、循环水进口，池体上设置有气管，气管延伸至水中。
池体底部设置集泥池，集泥池设置在水流的下流处。
所述的气管在水中的部分的出气口设置在池体的边角处，气管上设有阀门。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括池体、设置在池体上的循环水泵4、循环水进口5，池体底部设置集泥池2，集泥池2设置在水流的下流处，池体上设置有气管3，气管3延伸至水中，气管3在水中的部分的出气口设置在池体的边角处，气管3上设有阀门。
本实用新型的工作过程为：循环水池工作时，循环水经循环水泵4打出循环水池，进入喷漆室下部，完成它的工作后，在经循环水进口5进入循环水池，这时循环水中会混和着许多漆泥，由于漆泥的比重大于水，因此会逐步沉入池底，对循环水池的池角，因水流较缓，漆泥容易沉积，可定期打开气管阀门，通过气管3，用压缩空气来搅动池底的漆泥，使沉淀的漆泥再回到流动的水体中，再在水流的作用下，迫使它们继续向集泥池2方向流动，直到进入集泥池2，再由潜污泵6抽到污水处理池，进行进一步处理，去除水中的漆泥，把清水送回循环水池。
当循环水不能使用，需要排放时，可直接用潜污泵6把循环水(污水)抽入污水处理池，在潜污泵6工作的同时打开气管阀门，通过气管3，用压缩空气搅动池底的漆泥，使沉淀的漆泥再回到流动的水体中，直到被潜污泵6抽出到污水处理池，进行进一步处理，达标后排放。

1、一种喷漆室循环水池，包括池体、设置在池体上的循环水泵、循环水进口，其特征在于，池体上设置有气管，气管延伸至水中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种喷漆室循环水池，其特征在于，池体底部设置集泥池，集泥池设置在水流的下流处。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种喷漆室循环水池，其特征在于，所述的气管在水中的部分的出气口设置在池体的边角处，气管上设有阀门。
