本实用新型公开了一种嵌入式电力线通信网络远程终端控制器,包括嵌入式控制系统及作为传输介质的电力线,其中嵌入式控制系统包括中央微机控制单元、电力线载波通信单元、控制输出单元、面板控制单元和电源供应单元。本实用新型采用电力线作为信号传输介质,安装时不需要铺设网线或者设置无线网络,减小了成本,其嵌入式控制系统具有强大的信号处理能力和网络功能,通过电力线接入以太网网络后,用户能够在以太网的任意地方访问控制器,从而能够方便地对多个用电设备进行远程监控和控制。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及远程控制领域,具体是一种基于嵌入式控制系统利用电力线进行通信的远程终端控制器。
背景技术
目前,能够实现机器、家电等用电设备的远程管理的控制器采用的通信介质一般包括双绞线和无线。在家庭、办公室、公共场所等场合架设双绞线时具有布线繁多、接线麻烦等缺点,往往需要改变相应的布置和结构,特别是在已多年使用的建筑物上架设更加不便;而架设无线网络则需要加装无线发射器以及无线接收器,增加了大量成本,其信号稳定性不足和覆盖范围有限等技术上的不足也限制了其进一步推广。鉴于上述原因,人们需要寻找一种更加合适的传输网络用于远程控制,而电力线网络是一个近乎天然、入户率绝对第一的物理网络,具有巨大的潜在网络能力,目前电力线通信技术正在逐渐完善,利用电力线进行通信可以简单方便地把控制信号传送到几乎每一个角落,但在传送信号终端,现在还缺少一种能够很好支持电力线通信网络的远程终端控制器。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种嵌入式电力线通信网络远程终端控制器,能够方便地实现对用电设备的远程控制。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种嵌入式电力线通信网络远程终端控制器,包括嵌入式控制系统及作为传输介质的电力线,所述嵌入式控制系统包括:中央微机控制单元,接收并处理控制命令,输出N路控制信号,其中N为1,2,3,……,n;电力线载波通信单元,接收电力线传输的信号送入中央微机控制单元,并把中央微机控制单元的处理信息耦合到电力线上进行传输;控制输出单元,接收中央微机控制单元输出的N路控制信号,对N路负载回路的状态进行控制,其中N为1,2,3,……,n;面板控制单元,接收手动控制信号并将手动控制信号送入中央微机控制单元;电源供应单元,为所述嵌入式控制系统提供工作电源。
优选的是,所述电力线载波通信单元设有RJ45端口。
优选的是,所述嵌入式控制系统还包括温度传感器和湿度传感器,所述中央微机控制单元接收温度传感器检测的温度信号和湿度传感器检测的湿度信号。
优选的是,所述控制输出单元设有电流感应装置,电流感应装置检测得到的N路负载回路的电流信息送入中央微机控制单元,其中N为1,2,3,……,n。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型采用电力线作为信号传输介质,安装时不需要铺设网线或者设置无线网络,减小了成本,其嵌入式控制系统具有强大的信号处理能力和网络功能,通过电力线接入以太网网络后,用户能够在以太网的任意地方访问控制器,从而能够方便地对多个用电设备进行远程监控和控制。
此外,电力线载波通信单元设置的RJ45端口能够方便本地计算机接入以太网。
本实用新型能够实时监测环境的温度和湿度,用户能够根据温度和湿度数据了解现场信息,根据现场信息进行用电设备状态的调节。
本实用新型还能够监测每个用电设备电流参数,并把相关数据送到远程控制端,使用户了解用电设备的工作状态。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本实用新型的一种嵌入式电力线通信网络远程终端控制器,包括嵌入式控制系统100及作为传输介质的电力线,所述嵌入式控制系统100包括中央微机控制单元1、电力线载波通信单元2、控制输出单元3、面板控制单元4和电源供应单元5。中央微机控制单元1用于接收及处理本地和远程的控制命令,根据需要控制的用电设备的数量输出相应数量的控制信号到控制输出单元3,控制输出单元3把控制信号作放大、隔离处理后控制负载回路的状态,一般地,每一个控制信号对应一个负载回路,负载回路之间两两独立不互相影响。电力线载波通信单元2用于接收电力线传输的载波信号作相应处理后送入中央微机控制单元1,并把中央微机控制单元1的处理信息耦合到电力线上进行传输,解决了中央微机控制单元1与电力线的信号传播问题。面板控制单元5的输入信号同时送入中央微机控制单元1,使用户能够实现对用电设备的本地控制。电源供应单元将市电的交流电压转化成低压直流电压,给中央微机控制单元1和电力载波通信单元2等模块提供工作电压。
在实际应用时,电力载波通信单元2与电力线之间设置有变压器10,变压器10高压一侧的传输线上还可以进一步设有作为高通滤波器的电容,电力线上传输的高压信号与电力线载波通信单元2传输的低压信号通过变压器10变换。
此外,为了实现本地计算机能够接入以太网,电力线载波通信单元2还设有RJ45端口6。
为了能够实时监测环境的温度和湿度,嵌入式控制系统100还包括温度传感器7和湿度传感器8,中央微机控制单元1接收温度传感器7检测的温度信号和湿度传感器8检测的湿度信号,中央微机控制单元1将温度信号和湿度信号通过电力载波通信单元2发送到远程控制端,用户能够根据温度和湿度数据了解现场信息,根据现场信息进行用电设备状态的调节。此外,为了能够监测每个用电设备的电流参数,控制输出单元3设有电流感应装置9,一般在每一路的负载回路中都设置有电流感应装置9,每个电流感应装置9将检测得到的负载回路的电流信息送入中央微机控制单元1,中央微机控制单元1处理后把相关数据送到远程控制端,使用户了解用电设备的工作状态。当然,嵌入式控制系统100还可以设置其他的传感器和监视器从而得到更多的现场数据,中央微机控制单元1处理后通过电力线载波通信单元2传到远程控制端,使远程用户能够连接更多的现场信息。
本实用新型以电力线及嵌入式控制系统为核心,利用其串口与底层I/O节点相连,上层则通过电力线载波技术接入以太网,兼容TCP/IP、DHCP、SMPT、HTTP、DDNS、UPNP、PPPoE等协议,并且具有动态域名解析功能,但本控制器接入电力线网络后,允许授权的用户在以太网的任意地方应用浏览器即可访问本控制器,对多个用电设备进行远程监控和控制.本实用新型在楼宇自动化、家庭智能家电控制及工厂底层网络等场合有着广泛的应用前景.

Claims (5)

1.一种嵌入式电力线通信网络远程终端控制器,包括嵌入式控制系统(100)及作为传输介质的电力线,其特征在于所述嵌入式控制系统(100)包括:
中央微机控制单元(1),接收并处理控制命令,输出N路控制信号,其中N为1,2,3,……,n;
电力线载波通信单元(2),接收电力线传输的信号送入中央微机控制单元(1),并把中央微机控制单元(1)的处理信息耦合到电力线上进行传输;
控制输出单元(3),接收中央微机控制单元(1)输出的N路控制信号,对N路负载回路的状态进行控制,其中N为1,2,3,……,n;
面板控制单元(4),接收手动控制信号并将手动控制信号送入中央微机控制单元(1);
电源供应单元(5),为所述嵌入式控制系统(100)提供工作电源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入式电力线通信网络远程终端控制器,其特征在于所述电力线载波通信单元(2)设有RJ45端口(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入式电力线通信网络远程终端控制器,其特征在于所述嵌入式控制系统(100)还包括温度传感器(7)和湿度传感器(8),所述中央微机控制单元(1)接收温度传感器(7)检测的温度信号和湿度传感器(8)检测的湿度信号。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入式电力线通信网络远程终端控制器,其特征在于所述控制输出单元(3)设有电流感应装置(9),电流感应装置(9)检测得到的N路负载回路的电流信息送入中央微机控制单元(1),其中N为1,2,3,……,n。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入式电力线通信网络远程终端控制器,其特征在于所述电力载波通信单元(2)与电力线之间设置有变压器(10)。
