技术领域
本实用新型涉及园艺、汽车、建筑领域的防虫遮阳降温保温,光照控制技术,特别是一种免洗阻燃反射节能幕帘。
背景技术
在宾馆酒店的客房里我们常常可以看到一种窗帘,它由化纤面料制成,面向外面的是银白色的,面向室内的一面是黑色的。这种窗帘的银白色面多为化学涂层,或者是粘合在基材层上的铝箔材料,不环保。这种反光窗帘一旦受到污染后,必须采取水洗的方法洗涤,其次银白色的反光涂层非常不耐摩擦。使用较长时间就有可能把一部分涂层磨掉。所以不能采用机洗,只能用手洗。这种反光窗帘通常的宽幅都比较大,手工洗涤、漂洗、脱水等等都非常不方便。而且这种窗帘在水中浸泡时间也不能太久,否则也会发生涂层脱落现象。这种反光窗帘打开时从室外向里看有很多不规则皱折,影响建筑整体美观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种免洗阻燃反射节能幕帘,以解决遮阳幕帘易燃和不耐洗的技术问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种免洗阻燃反射节能幕帘,包含由彩色编织线平行分段间隔编织的网状框架和平行间隔设置在网状框架上的铝质反射膜条和空白条,所述的铝质反射膜条中间为铝层,上下两层为透明薄膜保护层,所述的编织线为聚酯切片加入抗紫外线剂和阻燃剂聚合纺丝的涤纶长丝,外层具有PVC包覆层的聚酯纱线。
空白条增加了幕帘的透气性能,进一步地:所述的空白条也可为透明膜条。
进一步地:所述的免洗阻燃反射节能幕帘外表面涂敷有水溶性化学品涂层。
本实用新型免洗、节能、防虫、保温、防窥、防紫外、防晒,条纹简洁明快,把我国的建筑遮阳技术提升到一个新的水平。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示一种免洗阻燃反射节能幕帘,包含由彩色编织线3平行分段间隔编织的网状框架和平行间隔设置在网状框架上的铝质反射膜条1和空白条2,所述的铝质反射膜条1中间为铝层4,上下两层为透明薄膜保护层5,所述的编织线3为聚酯切片加入抗紫外线剂和阻燃剂聚合纺丝的涤纶长丝,或外层具有PVC包覆层的聚酯纱线。
上述编织线为聚酯切片加入抗紫外线剂和阻燃剂聚合纺丝的涤纶长丝,或外层具有PVC包覆层的聚酯纱线。该铝质反射条膜中间为铝层,上层设置透明膜条或含有汽巴TINVUIN479、400和磷,经过改性的聚氨酯、
丙烯酸酯涂料和氟碳涂料。上述透明膜条特征为:包含沙伯基础EFR735(无卤阻燃薄膜),膜层染色膜,真空镀膜,防划伤镀层膜,纳米密集喷镀膜,防瓷纳米喷镀膜,磁控溅射镀膜,夹层合成膜,高透聚酯膜、聚烯烃膜、TPU膜、PVDC膜、PEN膜、PVDF膜、PC膜、聚乙烯亚胺薄膜和聚醚酰亚胺PET薄膜。
进一步地:所述的免洗阻燃反射节能幕帘外表面涂敷有水溶性化学品涂层。上述水溶性化学品包括:1.水溶性聚胺酯、水溶性聚酯、水溶性丙烯酸酯的硬挺剂。2.水溶性三防整理剂(防水,防油,防污)。3.水溶性高效阻燃剂4.水溶性防紫外线剂。5.水溶性防静电剂。另外所述的三防整理剂选用OLEOPHOBOL CO(奥利氟宝)杜邦特氟隆三防整理剂。阻燃剂选用HERST SAF8078.防紫外线剂采用HERSTHTUV100。
在幕帘不具有反射那一面,采用各种印花,扎花,烫金,珠光,夜光,植绒或两面均设置透明塑料涂层复膜处理。
本实用新型结合温室遮阳气候控制织物和装饰面料取长补短,结合了最大限度的遮阳效能和节能透视功能,它条纹简洁明快,它的铝质反射条通过漫反射有效阻止太阳光的紫外线及高温辐射,可按要求制成50-99%的遮阳率。在炎热夏日起到很好的隔热效果,使室温低于外界5~9摄氏度;在寒冷冬季,隔绝室外寒气进入室内,同时阻隔室内暖气不外流,起到保暖作用,从而有效降低空调负荷,最高可达60%,大幅节约空调电能。它还具有过渡炫目日光,获取自然光线,改善室内环境,提高视觉舒适度的作用。它可以降低黄色光线和水分的遗失,更有利于室内植物的生长。
根据光学原理,它又有单向透视功能,有力保障了室内的隐秘性。室外使用可以保护玻璃不受阳光直接辐射并减低热量的摄取。
本实用新型在铝质反射条旁的开孔设计形成节能透气面料,可以起到通风、遮阳、防虫、装饰作用,适用于隐形纱窗面料。本实用新型是使用对环境无害的处理方法,即以水溶性化学品为基础进行处理,增加了它的坚挺而且使它具有良好的免洗性,防水阻燃,防紫外线,防油污,液态污渍在织物表面形成水珠(类似荷叶上的水珠),便于擦去,耐酸碱腐蚀性等特点。
本实用新型可间隔使用彩色编织线和背面彩色铝质反射条进行连续排列编织,构成遮阳幕。
本实用新型可制作隐形纱窗面料,汽车帘,卷帘,垂直帘,罗马帘,百折帘,天棚帘,户外遮阳面料,广泛用于各种场合。

1.一种免洗阻燃反射节能幕帘,其特征是:包含由彩色编织线(3)平行分段间隔编织的网状框架和平行间隔设置在网状框架上的铝质反射膜条(1)和空白条(2),所述的铝质反射膜条(1)中间为铝层(4),上下两层为透明薄膜保护层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免洗阻燃反射节能幕帘,其特征是:所述的空白条(2)也可为透明膜条。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的免洗阻燃反射节能幕帘,其特征是:所述的免洗阻燃反射节能幕帘外表面涂敷有水溶性化学品涂层(6)。
