化工衬氟泵,是由泵体、聚乙烯复合层、叶轮所组成。在泵体的内腔、叶轮、泵盖、轴端与介质接触的表面,都覆盖有高分子聚乙烯复合层材料;轴与叶轮的联接设置为螺纹联接,并在轴的顶端与叶轮连接处设置一个防转套。本实用新型由于在泵的内腔中,与介质接触处覆盖了一层高分子聚乙烯材料,使泵的耐腐蚀性能得到了很大的提高,叶轮与轴的联接采用螺纹联接,不使用螺母在顶端固定,而是采用在叶轮与轴之间设置一个防转套,从而使叶轮在运动时不会跟转,提高了泵的使用寿命。

背景技术:在制药、石油、冶金、电力、电渡等行业广泛使用泵,因长期输送高浓度的强碱、强酸等腐蚀性液体,容易造成泵体内部结构的腐蚀,所以这些泵的使用寿命不长。或者需采用很贵重的金属制成,费用昂贵,是一般企业所承受不起的。而且老式的泵一般叶轮与轴的连接均采用螺母固定,当叶轮高速运转时,有时固定螺母也会跟着一起运动,因没有防反转措施,容易造成叶轮脱落,损坏泵体结构。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种化工衬氟泵,它能很好地克服以上产品所存在的问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,化工衬氟泵,是由泵体、聚乙烯复合层、叶轮所组成,其特征在于:在泵体的内腔、叶轮、泵盖、轴端与介质接触的表面,都覆盖有高分子聚乙烯复合层材料;轴与叶轮的联接设置为螺纹联接,并在轴的顶端与叶轮连接处设置一个防转套。本实用新型由于在泵的内腔中,与介质接触处覆盖了一层高分子聚乙烯材料,使泵的耐腐蚀性能得到了很大的提高,叶轮与轴的联接采用螺纹联接,不使用螺母在顶端固定,而是采用在叶轮与轴之间设置一个防转套,从而使叶轮在运动时不会跟转,提高了泵的使用寿命。

化工衬氟泵,是由泵体1、聚乙烯复合层2、叶轮3所组成,其特征在于:在泵体1的内腔、叶轮3、泵盖4、轴6端与介质接触的表面,都覆盖有高分子聚乙烯复合层2材料;轴6与叶轮3的联接设置为螺纹联接,并在轴6的顶端与叶轮3连接处设置一个防转套5。具体实施时,将高分子聚乙烯复合材料熔化注朔在所需的泵体内腔、叶轮、泵盖、轴端与介质接触的表面上,凝固成型、冷却、脱模,得所需零件。加工叶轮螺纹孔、退刀槽及键槽。在轴左端加工与叶轮相吻合的螺纹及键槽,加工防转套,并设有键槽。将防转套放入叶轮退刀槽中,轴旋入叶轮中,顶端套有防转套,再镶上键固定定位。当叶轮在轴的带动下高速旋转时,因设有防转套及键,叶轮不会脱落,只会越旋越紧。
