Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种塑封电机,包括塑封定子(1)、转子(2)、转轴(3)和轴承(4),转子(2)安装在塑封定子(1)的容腔(5)里面,它具有至少一个端盖,端盖中央设置有安装轴承(4)的轴承室(9),轴承(4)支撑着转轴(3),端盖通过其外沿处的翻边(8)嵌套在容腔(5)里面与容腔(5)内壁配合实现径向定位,端盖的外沿处往外伸出若干个安装脚(10),塑封定子(1)的外端面设有若干个结合部(11),安装脚(10)与结合部(11)相配合并安装连接起来。通过翻边嵌套在塑封定子的容腔里面,使轴承室部分延伸到容腔里面,有效缩短电机两端轴承室之间的距离,使轴承室中轴承之间的同心度更加精确,提高产品稳定性。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种塑封电机。
背景技术:
目前,绝大多数塑封电机都包括一个独立端盖、一个集成了另一端盖的塑封定子、转子、转轴和滚动轴承,独立端盖采用自攻螺钉安装在塑封定子的端部结合处,它们的端盖轴承室是从塑封定子端面往外凸出的,使两边的轴承室之间距离较远,电机内部轴承室中滚动轴承间的同心度的精确度还不够高,有待改善。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于改善现有技术存在的上述技术问题,提供一种结构紧凑,装配定位精确,能有效缩短电机两端轴承室之间的距离,使轴承室中轴承之间的同心度更加精确的塑封电机。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案予以实现的。
一种塑封电机,包括塑封定子、转子、转轴和轴承,塑封定子包括定子铁芯、缠绕在定子铁芯上的定子绕组以及包裹在定子铁芯和定子绕组的外围通过树脂制作成型的壳体,转子安装在壳体内部的容腔里面,它还具有至少一个端盖,端盖中央设置有安装轴承的轴承室,轴承支撑着转轴,端盖的外沿处沿轴向凸出有翻边,翻边嵌套在容腔里面与容腔内壁配合实现径向定位,同时使端盖的轴承室部分伸入到容腔里面,端盖的外沿处往外伸出若干个安装脚,塑封定子的外端面设有若干个结合部,安装脚与结合部相配合并安装连接起来。
所述安装脚上开有安装孔,在结合部的位置、塑封定子上开有通孔,外用螺栓穿过安装孔、通孔,用螺母锁紧将端盖安装在塑封定子的外端面上。
上述所述的结合部是凹槽结合部,安装脚嵌入结合部里面,使端盖端面与塑封定子的端面平齐。
该塑封电机具有前端盖和后端盖,通过螺栓、螺母将前端盖和后端盖连接在一起。
该塑封电机的轴承为含油轴承。
本实用新型的有益效果是:电机结构紧凑,端盖与塑封定子之间装配定位精确,特别地,它通过设置在端盖外沿处沿轴向延伸的翻边嵌套在塑封定子的容腔里面与容腔内壁配合实现径向定位,使端盖的轴承室部分延伸到容腔里面,能有效缩短电机两端轴承室之间的距离,使前、后端盖轴承室中的轴承之间的同心度更加精确,定转子的外径同心度得到提高,提高电机产品的一致性、稳定性。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
如图1至图5所示,一种塑封电机,包括塑封定子1、转子2、转轴3和轴承4,塑封定子1包括定子铁芯、缠绕在定子铁芯上的定子绕组以及包裹在定子铁芯和定子绕组的外围通过合成树脂制作成型的壳体,转子2安装在壳体内部的容腔5里面,它还具有前端盖6和后端盖7,所有端盖的中央都设置有安装轴承4的轴承室9,轴承4支撑着转轴3,端盖的外沿处沿轴向凸出有翻边8,翻边8嵌套在容腔5里面与容腔5内壁配合实现径向定位,同时使端盖的轴承室9部分伸入到容腔5里面,端盖的外沿处往外伸出若干个安装脚10,塑封定子1的外端面设有若干个结合部11,安装脚10与结合部11相配合并安装连接起来;安装脚10上开有安装孔12,在结合部11的位置、塑封定子1上开有通孔13,通孔13连通整个塑封定子1,外用螺栓14穿过安装孔12、通孔13,用螺母15锁紧将前端盖6和后端盖7连接在一起,使端盖安装在塑封定子1的外端面上;结合部11是凹槽结合部,安装脚10嵌入结合部11里面,使端盖端面与塑封定子1的端面平齐。
该塑封电机的轴承4采用含油轴承,使电机内部结构紧凑,同时成本较低、使用寿命较长。
Claims (5)
1.一种塑封电机,包括塑封定子(1)、转子(2)、转轴(3)和轴承(4),塑封定子(1)包括定子铁芯、缠绕在定子铁芯上的定子绕组以及包裹在定子铁芯和定子绕组的外围通过树脂制作成型的壳体,转子(2)安装在壳体内部的容腔(5)里面,其特征在于:它还具有至少一个端盖,端盖中央设置有安装轴承(4)的轴承室(9),轴承(4)支撑着转轴(3),端盖的外沿处沿轴向凸出有翻边(8),翻边(8)嵌套在容腔(5)里面与容腔(5)内壁配合实现径向定位,同时使端盖的轴承室(9)部分伸入到容腔(5)里面,端盖的外沿处往外伸出若干个安装脚(10),塑封定子(1)的外端面设有若干个结合部(11),安装脚(10)与结合部(11)相配合并安装连接起来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑封电机,其特征在于:安装脚(10)上开有安装孔(12),在结合部(11)的位置、塑封定子(1)上开有通孔(13),外用螺栓(14)穿过安装孔(12)、通孔(13),用螺母(15)锁紧将端盖安装在塑封定子(1)的外端面上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种塑封电机,其特征在于:结合部(11)是凹槽结合部,安装脚(10)嵌入结合部(11)里面,使端盖端面与塑封定子(1)的端面平齐。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种塑封电机,其特征在于:该塑封电机具有前端盖(6)和后端盖(7),通过螺栓(14)、螺母(15)将前端盖(6)和后端盖(7)连接在一起。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种塑封电机,其特征在于:该塑封电机的轴承(4)为含油轴承。
