参见图1、图2，一种多功能凳子，包括凳面1、凳腿2，所述等面1上靠近边沿处设置有条形的凹槽4，该凹槽4与凳面1的侧面平行；在凳腿2间还设有与所述凳面1平行的置物板3，所述置物板3的一端面与所述凹槽4配合。所述凳腿2的向内侧面上设置有卡槽5，该卡槽5的槽宽与置物板3的厚度相对应，置物板3的两端卡入卡槽5中与凳腿2集于一体。当作为凳子使用时，将置物板3卡入卡槽5中，置物板即能方便人们在其上放置杂物；当人们需要靠背的时候，将置物板1与凳腿2分离，并把该置物板1的一端插入凳面1上的凹槽4中，置物板3即成了靠背，方便人们将后背靠在其上，让身体得到彻底的泄压。方便人们使用。
