背景技术：
目前的圆盘剪包括具有轴孔的圆柱形剪体，轴孔上设有键槽，其剪刃刃口与圆柱形剪体同在一个平面。这种剪刃结构在生产厚度大于14mm的不锈钢板时，剪切2～3卷钢卷后，就会发生卷刃或崩刀现象，不能继续生产，特别是在剪切高强度钢或镍不锈钢板时，几乎无法生产。
发明内容：
本实用新型旨在提供一种使用寿命较长的一种剪切高强度镍不锈钢板的圆盘剪。
本实用新型包括具有轴孔的圆柱形剪体，轴孔上设有键槽，其特征是圆柱形剪体上设有剪刃，剪刃的刃口呈锥形，其锥面与轴孔呈30度角。
本实用新型可以有效地剪切厚度为16～20mm的高强度镍不锈钢板，且剪切效果较好，剪刃的使用寿命较长。

实施例：图1、图2所示，本实施例包括具有轴孔4的圆柱形剪体2，轴孔4上设有键槽3，其特征是圆柱形剪体2上设有剪刃3，剪刃3的刃口呈锥形，剪刃的斜面与剪体轴孔呈30度角，即角ABC等于120度。
