本实用新型涉及漆包线的技术领域,尤其是一种铜漆包线,包括铜导线,铜导线外表面涂覆有镀锡层,镀锡层外涂覆有绝缘漆层。本实用新型的铜漆包线,在铜导线外表面涂覆镀锡层,起到了防氧化作用,从而提高了产品的品质,而且易着色、高频性能优良,并且能够不去漆而直接焊接工作,可以提高工作效率,高波特性能优越,耐热性好,另外无盐水针孔而且还适合高速绕线。

本实用新型涉及漆包线的技术领域,尤其是一种铜漆包线。 
背景技术
目前,耐高温漆包线存在漆膜一致性差、粘结性不良、剥皮工序长等缺点,由于现有的漆包线选用的漆一般耐温等级较低,所以很难适应耐高温产品的使用环境,以前的铜漆包线在生产和制作电子元件时,由于铜对漆皮的老化有催化作用,故铜表面极易形成氧化斑点,在使用漆包线进行焊接时更容易出现虚焊、假焊的现象,焊接质量不好。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:为了克服上述存在的问题,提供一种结构合理、制作成本低、导电性能良好、易焊接具有防氧化性能的铜漆包线。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种铜漆包线,包括铜导线,由于铜对漆皮的老化具有催化作用,所述的铜导线外表面涂覆有镀锡层,镀锡层外涂覆有绝缘漆层。 
为了达到更佳的绝缘效果,所述的绝缘漆层为聚氨酯漆绝缘层。 
此种铜漆包线主要用于通信器件的绕线、电算化机用线圈和中频、高频线圈,另外还适用于漆包绞线和各种继电器、电感线圈。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型的铜漆包线,在铜导线外表面涂覆镀锡层,起到了防氧化作用,从而提高了产品的品质,而且易着色、高频性能优良,并且能够不去漆而直接焊接工作,可以提高工作效率,高波特性能优越,耐热性好,另外无盐水针孔而且还适合高速绕线。

本实用新型的铜漆包线比起以前普通的漆包线而言,其具有更高的抗拉强度,因此更接近现代电机行业对漆包线在机械性能方面所提出的较高要求。
