Abstract
一种管式加热炉的焦炉煤气喷嘴，其是在煤气喷嘴底部增设排污阀用以作为排水装置和排污口，这样就可以定期放出管道内的积水和清扫煤气喷嘴，保证煤气管道畅通。

本实用新型涉及一种管式加热炉的部件，尤其是一种管式加热炉的煤气喷嘴。
背景技术
管式加热炉是以明火火焰或热烟道气加热物料的设备，它能将物料加热到很高的温度(最高达1000℃)，是原油加工、石油产品加工的主要设备，在炼油，石化生产中得到广泛应用。管式加热炉主要由炉体、辐射室、对流室、加热炉管、煤气喷嘴、通风系统(烟囱和空气送入部分)等组成。
其中的煤气喷嘴用来点燃煤气，可以保证煤气喷嘴不熄灭，避免发生煤气爆炸事故。然而，由于使用的焦炉煤气中夹带焦油、水汽等物质，经过烧火后，杂质经常会堵住气孔，而水汽凝结成水后，封住喷嘴煤气管道，致使焦炉煤气无法通过，导致熄火，严重时发生放炮。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，防止煤气喷嘴点燃煤气使用过程中杂质堵塞气孔、以及水汽凝结成的水封住喷嘴煤气管道，从而避免熄火、放炮的发生。本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案：在煤气喷嘴底部增设排污阀用以作为排水装置和排污口，如图2所示，这样就可以定期放出管道内的积水和清扫煤气喷嘴，保证煤气管道畅通。
本实用新型的有益效果是，通过加设排污阀，避免了煤气喷嘴管道堵塞，保证煤气畅通。

具体实施方式
在煤气喷嘴1底部增设排污阀2用以作为排水装置和排污口，如图2所示，这样就可以定期放出管道内的积水和清扫煤气喷嘴，保证煤气管道畅通。
