Abstract
一种柴油发电机组机油自动补给装置，后备机油箱放置于柴油发电机组的上端，后备机油箱通过机油管路连接光电感应补给器，光电感应补给器通过法兰连接小油箱，小油箱通过机油管道和透气管分别连接柴油机油底壳。光电感应补给器可以检测柴油机油底壳内机油容量，如机油容量过低，发出信号将后备机油箱中的机油流入柴油机油底壳内，如机油容量过高，则停止流入。

本实用新型涉及一种自动补给装置，尤其涉及一种柴油发电机组机油自动补给装置。
背景技术
传统的机油自动补给技术方案为：利用机油补给箱与柴油机油底壳的液位差通过电磁阀控制机油的自动补给，机油落下传感器下限位时，后备机油箱内机油自动通过电磁阀流入柴油机油底壳内，当机油升到传感器上限位时，电磁阀自动关闭；此种机油自动补给系统存在几个问题：1、需要调节机油液位传感器高度；2、需要多次试验来校验机油自动补给系统，浪费了燃油和机油消耗；3、浪费了机油自动补给系统装配时间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种柴油发电机组机油自动补给装置，该装置装配方便，不需要重复试验，更能准确的检测到柴油发电机组的机油容量，再发出指令。
本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括后备机油箱、机油管路、光电感应补给器、小油箱、透气管、机油管道,其特征是后备机油箱放置于柴油发电机组的上端，后备机油箱通过机油管路连接光电感应补给器，光电感应补给器通过法兰连接小油箱，小油箱通过机油管道和透气管分别连接柴油机油底壳。
本实用新型的技术效果是：1、能准确的检测到柴油发电机组的机油容量；2、不需要重复试验来调整机油液位传感器的高度，节省了机油自动补给系统的试验、装配的时间。

如图1所示，本实用新型是这样来实现的，后备机油箱1放置于柴油发电机组的上端，后备机油箱1通过机油管路2连接光电感应补给器3，光电感应补给器3通过法兰连接小油箱4，小油箱4通过机油管道6和透气管5分别连接柴油机油底壳，光电感应补给器3可以检测柴油机油底壳内机油容量，如机油容量过低，发出信号将后备机油箱1中的机油流入柴油机油底壳内，如机油容量过高，则停止流入。
