Abstract
本实用新型针对螺旋藻在水下养殖存在光照不足的问题,影响螺旋藻生长速度和生长质量,设计了螺旋藻水下LED补光装置。我们设计将LED补光装置固定到水面以下,所以整个LED补光装置采用密封防水结构。这样利用LED发出光照射螺旋藻,对生长起到了很好的补光作用。采用补光装置后,螺旋藻由于受到特定波段充足的光照,利于螺旋藻进行光合作用,能缩短螺旋藻的生长周期,为养殖用户带来了更可观的经济收益。

技术领域
本实用新型提供一种为水下螺旋藻补光装置,属于植物照明及农业养殖领域。
背景技术
螺旋藻在生长过程中需要30000~35000勒克斯光照,以便正常生长和进行光和作用,但是室内光照一般为1000~2000勒克斯光照,在水面下养殖螺旋藻存在光照不足的问题。本实用新型针对室内养殖螺旋藻光照不足的问题,采用特种波段LED作为光源,把LED安装在螺旋藻培养液里面,为螺旋藻提供光照,促进螺旋藻的生长发育。
发明内容
本实用新型针对螺旋藻在室内养殖存在光照不足的问题,设计了螺旋藻水底LED补光装置。我们设计将LED补光装置固定到养殖水池的水面以下,所以整个LED补光装置采用密封防水结构。这样利用特种两种波段,按照要求排列LED发出光照射螺旋藻,对生长起到了很好的补光作用。采用补光装置后,螺旋藻由于受到充足的光照,利于螺旋藻进行光合作用,能缩短螺旋藻的生长周期,提高螺旋藻产品质量,为养殖用户带来了更可观的经济收益。
本实用新型螺旋藻水底LED补光装置技术方案,主要由LED植物生长灯、防水外壳、玻璃罩、防水密封胶圈、水下固定支架、防水胶组成。将LED植物生长灯固定在防水外壳里,再用防水密封胶圈和防水胶把LED密封在防水外壳里。在水下找到合适的位置,用固定支架把它固定好。
本实用新型螺旋藻水底LED补光装置的有益效果:提供一种简单实用的方式,为螺旋藻的生长补充光照,达到促进螺旋藻生长的作用。

具体实施方式
根据图1,本实用新型螺旋藻水底LED补光装置的具体实施方式,是由LED植物生长灯1、防水外壳,2、玻璃罩,3、防水密封胶圈,4、水下固定支架,5、LED灯驱动电路,6、LED植物生长灯1LED灯驱动电路。6固定到防水外壳2里,用防水密封胶圈4将玻璃罩3固定到防水外壳2上,电源线从防水外壳底部引出,用防水胶将引出口密封。这样的制作工艺就能达到防水的效果,可以将LED植物生长灯放到水底。用这种装置进行螺旋藻的补光,能够弥补自然光照不足的缺点,促进螺旋藻的生长,缩短螺旋藻的生长周期。

1.螺旋藻水下LED补光装置,其特征在于是由两种不同光谱波段按照特定要求排列LED灯管、驱动电路板、防水外壳、玻璃罩、防水密封胶圈、水下固定支架、防水胶组成,将LED植物生长灯固定在防水外壳里,再用防水密封胶圈和防水胶把LED密封在防水外壳里,在水下找到合适的位置,用固定支架把它固定好。
