一种机油收集器,用于过滤油底壳中较大的杂质。主要解决现有机油收集器因采用球形滤网而存在的吸油管折弯多、需配置辅助支撑支架、焊接工艺较复杂的缺陷。本实用新型包括一端设有连接法兰的吸油管和滤网,其特征在于所述滤网为片形结构且与所述吸油管的另一端焊接连接。本实用新型具有吸油管折弯少、结构紧凑、无需辅助支撑支架的优点。可简化焊接工艺,有效降低生产成本。

本实用新型属于机油收集器,具体地说是一种用于过滤油底壳中较大杂质的机油收集器。
背景技术
现有机油收集器的滤网大多采用球形滤网,导致吸油管的折弯多,使其存在以下不足:1、需配置辅助支撑支架,增加零件成本;2、焊接工艺较复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足提供一种吸油管折弯少、结构紧凑、无需辅助支撑支架的机油收集器。
本实用新型包括一端设有连接法兰的吸油管和滤网,其特征在于所述滤网为片形结构且与所述吸油管的另一端焊接连接。
所述滤网为网眼小而密集的金属网格结构。
本实用新型采用片形结构的滤网,使得吸油管的折弯少,长度短,结构紧凑,不仅无需配置辅助支撑支架,而且可简化焊接工艺,有效降低生产成本。并且,吸油管的折弯少,吸油面平整,还有利于减少油压损失。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
实施例:滤网3为片形的、网眼小而密集的金属网格结构,与吸油管2的一端焊接连接,所述吸油管2的另一端与连接法兰1焊接连接即成为本实用新型。
滤网3采用整体的金属网格结构,网眼小而密集,可大大增强机油除杂能力。

1.一种机油收集器,包括一端设有连接法兰(1)的吸油管(2)和滤网(3),其特征在于所述滤网(3)为片形结构且与所述吸油管(2)的另一端焊接连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的机油收集器,其特征在于所述滤网(3)为网眼小而密集的金属网格结构。
