Abstract
一种二代环保板，以中空内膜塑钢板为基材板，在中空内膜塑钢板两侧各复合一层无机纳米防水耐火材料保护层，在保护层外侧再复合木或布或纸或金属或瓷砖或石材的饰面材。二代环保板的两端设计成气密性防水卡槽，使板材间连接简易快速，同时柔性结构的设计提高气密性、防水性、抗冲击性、耐火性。适用于室内的装饰装潢，尤其是浴室厨房，亦可作外墙的防火保温饰材，是环保节能的绿色建材。

技术领域
本实用新型属于建材技术领域，涉及一种具有高气密性、防水性、抗冲击性、耐火性的二代环保板。
背景技术
目前市场上装饰装潢用板广泛使用实木板、木质纤维板、纸面石膏板等传统材料，普遍存在遇水易受潮、发胀、变形、发霉的弊端，板材间拼接缝气密性差，防火时效低。因此，如何能改良突破上述通病，提高气密性、防水性、耐火性，同时又环保节能，是绿色建材的发展方向。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：针对传统实木板、木质纤维板、纸面石膏板的不足，设计一种气密、防水、耐火的二代环保板。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：二代环保板，以5mm-80mm厚度的中空内膜塑钢板(1)为基材板，在中空内膜塑钢板两侧各复合一层2mm-10mm厚度的无机纳米防水耐火材料保护层(2)，在保护层外侧复合木或布或纸或金属或瓷砖或石材的饰面材(3)。二代环保板的两端为气密性防水卡槽(4)，使板材间的连接方便简易，同时柔性结构的设计提高气密性、防水性、抗冲击性、耐火性。
本实用新型的有益效果是：上述这种二代环保板，与传统实木板、木质纤维板、纸面石膏板相比较：
1.气密性防水卡槽设计，具高气密性。
2.防水性佳，不易变形发霉。
3.同等厚度条件下，防火时效佳。
4.柔性结构，抗冲击。
5.中空设计，保温性佳。
6.重量减轻、易安装。
7.饰面材选择范围广，外观多样化。
8.适用于室内装饰装潢，也可用于外墙的防火保温。

具体实施方式
二代环保板以5mm-80mm厚度中空内膜塑钢板(1)为基材板，在中空内膜塑钢板两侧各复合一层2mm-10mm厚度的无机纳米防水耐火材料保护层(2)，在保护层外侧可复合木或布或纸或金属或瓷砖或石材的饰面材(3)。二代环保板两端设计为气密性防水卡槽(4)，安装施工时将两块板材的卡槽对接即可，简易快速。

1.二代环保板，其特征是：一种以中空内膜塑钢板(1)为基材板，在中空内膜塑钢板两侧各复合一层无机纳米防水耐火材料保护层(2)，在保护层外侧再复合木或布或纸或金属或瓷砖或石材的饰面材(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二代环保板，其特征是：中空内膜塑钢板(1)厚度为5mm-80mm，两端设计有气密性防水卡槽(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的二代环保板，其特征是：在中空内膜塑钢板(1)两侧复合的无机纳米防水耐火材料保护层(2)的厚度为2mm-10mm。
