Abstract
一种复合板式排烟气管道，涉及一种室内排气管路。该排烟气管道由原来的一体式预制管道主体设置为分体组合结构，采用若干管体围板组成方形管体，去掉管内横筋，在管体围板内角连接处设置成型筋，成型筋截面为长方形，在方形管体围板的下部设置外接通孔，构成复合板式排烟气管道。本实用新型采用分体拼接组合结构，制作简便易行，与现有的排烟气管道相比，具有强度高，重量轻，取材广泛，造价低，运输方便，不易破损，具有防火耐腐蚀等优点。

本实用新型属于室内通风管道，用于厨房卫生间。
背景技术
目前在室内的排气管道为水泥砂浆预制一次成型，上面通风口处设置一横筋，在日常使用过程中，太阳能管道、抽油烟机的烟气排放也需要借助通风管道，需现凿孔增加管道接入排气管道。现有通风管道强度低、重量沉、运输不方便，穿凿易破损致使整体管道报废，凿孔不规则，安装使用不方便，分工费时，成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是是提供一种复合板式排烟气管道，以解决现有技术通风管道强度低、重量沉、运输不方便，穿凿易易破损，凿孔不规则，安装使用不方便，分工费时，成本高等问题。
本实用新型主要由管体、加强筋组成，解决其问题所采用的技术方案是将原来的一体式管道主体设置为分体组合结构，由若干管体围板组成方形管体，去掉管内横筋，在管体围板内角连接处设置成型筋，成型筋截面为方形，在方形管体围板的下部设置外接通孔。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是该管道采用复合板分体拼接组合，制作简便易行，与现有的排烟气管道相比，具有强度高，密度低，重量轻，取材广，造价低，运输方便，不易破损，防火耐腐蚀等优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示：排烟气管道将原来的混凝土预制一体管体改为管体围板2分体组合结构，由四块管体围板2组成方形管体，去掉管内横筋，在管体围板2内角连接处设置成型筋3，成型筋3截面为长方形，在方形管体围板2的下部设置外接通孔1。管体围板2及成型筋3采用高强度防燃复合板切割组合而成，其长度与楼房室内所设空间高度相同，边角及内角与成型筋3的连接处先涂抹粘合胶，后用钢钉钉合，根据需要在设置加入管道设备一侧钻出外接通孔1，构成复合板式排烟气管道。
Claims (2)
1.一种复合板式排烟气管道，主要由管体、加强筋组成，其特征是管道主体为分体结构，采用若干管体围板组成方形管体，在围板内角连接处设置成型筋，在方形管体围板的下部设置外接通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合板式排烟气管道，其特征是成型筋截面为方形。
