本实用新型公开了一种保险柜锁舌控制装置，包括限位卡、弹性部件、门闩固定片；限位卡的前端穿过门背框的限位槽设置在门背框外，限位卡的中端显凸状，弹性部件设置在该中端及门底框之间，限位卡后端与门底框固定连接，门闩固定片显倒置的“L”形，该固定片设置在门闩及推板之间并与这两者分别固定连接。本实用新型可解决如何避免打开门柜后，门闩容易碰到箱体的问题。

本实用新型涉及一种保险柜，具体的说是一种在保险柜开门后可防止锁舌伸出破坏箱体的装置。
背景技术
目前在保险柜门打开后用户在不经意时还会旋转把手，这时门闩是伸出来的，这样在关门时，门闩就碰撞到了箱体，这样对箱体的油漆就产生了破坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种保险柜锁舌控制装置，解决如何避免打开门柜后，门闩容易碰到箱体的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
保险柜锁舌控制装置，包括限位卡、弹性部件、门闩固定片；限位卡的前端穿过门背框的限位槽并设置在门背框外，限位卡的中端显凸状，弹性部件设置在该中端及门底框之间，限位卡后端与门底框固定连接，门闩固定片显倒置的“L”形，该固定片设置在门闩及推板之间并与这两者分别固定连接。
所述限位卡前端与中端之间具有一个朝上倾斜的导向面。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于采用了保险柜锁舌控制装置，用户再次转动把手时，这时由于弹簧由原先的压缩状态变为伸展状态，进而使限位卡的中端朝向推板运动，这时门闩固定片就被限位卡的中端凸起的部位挡住，从而使门闩不能伸出，进而保护了箱体。

具体实施方式
请参考图1至图4，图中所示的保险柜锁舌控制装置，包括一个限位卡9、一个弹簧7、一个门闩固定片6；限位卡9前端水平，中端凸起，前端与中端之间有一个斜坡导向面2，限位卡9前端穿过门背框3的限位槽11并与门底框12具有一定的间隙，限位卡9的中端与门底框12之间有一个弹簧7，该弹簧7在柜门关闭时显压缩状态，在柜门打开时显伸展状态从而将限位卡9提升一定的高度，从而卡住门闩固定片6，限位卡9的后端使用固定螺钉10固定在门底框12上。门闩固定片6显“L”形，其横边使用固定螺钉10固定在推板5上，竖边与门闩4固定在一起。
柜门关闭时，柜门挤压限位卡9前端使其贴紧门底框12，同时限位卡9中端的弹簧7成压缩状态，当柜门打开时，此时弹簧7伸展，限位卡9中端高度提升，推板5向内运动，进而带动门闩固定片6向内运动，这时门闩固定片6在限位卡9中端凸起右侧紧贴卡位面1，这样等再次旋转手柄时，门闩固定片6向外运动被限位卡9中端挡住，这样使得门闩不能伸出，进而避免发生门闩4碰撞箱体。

1.保险柜锁舌控制装置，包括限位卡、弹性部件、门闩固定片；其特征在于：限位卡的前端穿过门背框的限位槽并设置在门背框外，限位卡的中端显凸状，弹性部件设置在该中端及门底框之间，限位卡后端与门底框固定连接，门闩固定片显倒置的“L”形，该固定片设置在门闩及推板之间并与这两者分别固定连接。
2.依据权利要求1所述的保险柜锁舌控制装置，其特征在于：所述限位卡前端与中端之间具有一个朝上倾斜的导向面。
