背景技术
在现有技术中,背光源的线路板上,由于连接线与焊盘之间的连接是单独的焊接点,当折弯时,如果出现焊接点的线路断路,整个背光源的电路就出现故障,令整个线路板在抗故障及可靠性方面非常脆弱;有鉴于此,当前背光源线路板上的焊接结构存在的技术缺陷,成为本领域技术人员急待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术目的是克服现有技术中,背光源线路板存在着可靠性及抗故障性能差的技术问题;提供一种具有极高的抗断路性能的新型LED背光源的焊接点结构。
为实现以上技术目的,本实用新型的技术方案是
一种新型LED背光源的焊接点结构,包括有线路板,其特征是:所述线路板上设有连接线,所述连接线与焊盘之间的连接为网状连接结构。
在本实用新型中,由于连接线与焊盘之间的连接为网状连接结构,即是连接线与焊盘之间通过一个网状线来进行连接,即使在网状线其中一个连线折断之后,网状线上的其它连线仍然能继续发挥连接作用,具有极好的抗断路性能。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是:通过网状连接结构,本实用新型提高了整个LED背光源的可靠性,在其中一个网状线出现断线时,背光源能正常使用不受影响。
