Abstract
本实用新型提供一种钢板弯折用模具，其特征在于包括水平底板，以及设于水平底板上的两夹板，且两夹板之间设有间隙。只需根据所要制作的楼梯的高度和踩踏面宽度，选择不同高度的夹板将钢板夹住，就能通过常规卷板机将钢板沿夹板的高度进行弯折，从而制作出符合需要的楼梯。采用该夹板能保证较高的制作精度，并且能根据现场的需要调整楼梯宽度和高度，并能弯折不同厚薄的钢板，同时也解决了运输困难的问题。

本实用新型涉及一种模具，特别是一种钢板弯折用模具，属于模具设计制造技术领域。
背景技术
钢制楼梯是目前较为普遍的一种楼梯结构，因其具有强度高、施工效率高、美观等特点，而广泛应用于各种建筑物中。现有的钢制楼梯都是在工厂将钢板弯折加工好以后，再运送到施工现场进行组装焊接成型的。对于一些结构较为简单并且体积较大的钢制楼梯来说，一些厂家所制作的精度和完整度都非常不理想，造成组装后楼梯变形严重。不仅影响楼梯的整体效果，而且还会随使用时间的延长而存在安全隐患。另外，较大的体积也给运输带来不便，并增加成本。因此有必要对现有技术加以改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种钢板弯折用模具，以根据现场安装要求对钢板进行弯折，以满足现场施工或安装需要。
本实用新型通过下列技术方案完成：一种钢板弯折用模具，其特征在于包括水平底板，以及设于水平底板上的两夹板，且两夹板之间设有间隙，以便将需要弯折的钢板放入两夹板之间的间隙中，并由两夹板夹住后，即可通过卷板机将钢板沿夹板高度进行弯折。
所述夹板设为平行的两块垂直板，其中两垂直板设为滑动板，滑动板的底部置于水平底板上的滑槽中，而背部与调节螺钉相连，以便通过调节螺钉使滑动板在滑槽中移动，以固定不同厚度的钢板，同时便于更换不同高度的夹板。
所述夹板设为不同高度的多块，以便根据楼梯的踩踏面宽度和楼梯高度选用不同高度的夹板。
本实用新型具有下列优点和效果：采用上述方案，只需根据所要制作的楼梯的高度和踩踏面宽度，选择不同高度的夹板将钢板夹住，就能通过常规卷板机将钢板沿夹板的高度进行弯折，从而制作出符合需要的楼梯。采用该夹板能保证较高的制作精度，并且能根据现场的需要调整楼梯宽度和高度，并能弯折不同厚薄的钢板，同时也解决了运输困难的问题。实为一理想的钢板用模具。

本实用新型提供的钢板弯折用模具，包括水平底板1，以及设于水平底板1上的两夹板3，且两夹板3之间设有间隙，夹板3设为平行的两块垂直板，其中两垂直板设为滑动板，滑动板的底部置于水平底板1上的滑槽2中，而滑动板的背部与调节螺钉4相连，以便通过调节螺钉4使滑动板3在滑槽2中移动，以固定不同厚度的钢板，同时便于更换不同高度的夹板，需要弯折的钢板5放入两夹板3之间的间隙中，并由两夹板3夹住后，即可通过卷板机将钢板沿夹板3高度进行弯折。

1.一种钢板弯折用模具，其特征在于包括水平底板，以及设于水平底板上的两夹板，且两夹板之间设有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢板弯折用模具，其特征在于所述夹板设为平行的两块垂直板，两垂直板设为滑动板，滑动板的底部置于水平底板上的滑槽中，而背部与调节螺钉相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢板弯折用模具，其特征在于所述夹板设为不同高度的多块。
