本实用新型涉及塑料编织袋圆织机部件制造，特别是圆织机棕丝装置。以往的棕丝装置中部设置一个穿丝块，其中间钻有圆孔，用于把经丝穿越过去，加工时方便，但由于经丝是塑料扁丝，穿过穿丝块中的孔时由于穿丝孔为圆弧面就很易产生卷曲，加上在跳杆部位时扁丝也是扭转的，因此就很易在编织时也扭转，造成编织质量受影响。该棕丝装置，包括穿丝部位与两端挂钩部位，其特征在于所述的穿丝部位中间的穿丝孔是长方形孔；所述的穿丝部位是棕丝体与穿丝块分为两体或合为一体；穿丝块中间钻有穿丝孔，穿丝孔为正方形孔。本实用新型的优点是由于扁丝与穿丝块中的穿丝孔是平面接触，始终保持扁丝的平整，在编织过程中扁丝的平整也就保证了编织袋平整度质量的稳定。

背景技术
以往的圆织机中，棕丝装置结构包括穿丝部位与两端挂钩部位，在穿丝部位中部设置一个穿丝块，该穿丝块一般为圆形，穿丝块中间钻有圆孔，用于把经丝穿越过去，加工时方便，但由于经丝是塑料扁丝，穿过穿丝块中的孔时由于穿丝孔为圆弧面就很易产生卷曲，加上在跳杆部位时扁丝也是扭转的，因此就很易在编织时也扭转，造成编织质量受影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述缺陷，提供一种圆织机棕丝装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是圆织机棕丝装置，包括穿丝部位与两端挂钩部位，其特征在于所述的穿丝部位中间的穿丝孔是长方形孔。
所述的穿丝部位是棕丝体与穿丝块分为两体或合为一体；穿丝块中间钻有穿丝孔，穿丝孔为正方形孔。
本实用新型的优点是由于扁丝与穿丝块中的穿丝孔是平面接触，始终保持扁丝的平整，在编织过程中扁丝的平整也就保证了编织质量的稳定。

具体实施方式
参照图1与图2，原先的棕丝装置结构是在穿丝部位中间的穿丝孔是圆孔，虽然加工起来很方便，但是扁丝穿越时很易发生卷曲，这也是过去不易发觉的缺陷，致使编织时经常发生塑料编织袋子的质量不好的原因。圆织机棕丝装置，包括穿丝部位与两端挂钩部位，所述的穿丝部位中间的穿丝孔改进为长方形孔。所述的穿丝部位是棕丝体与穿丝块分为两体或合为一体；穿丝块中间钻有穿丝孔，穿丝孔也可为正方形孔。本实用新型的创新点是将穿丝块中间的穿丝孔制成长方形孔或正方形孔，使扁丝与方形孔的平面段接触，从而保持扁丝在运行时的平整，也就保证了编织质量。
以上图1-图2所示的是本实用新型优选方式的实施例，显示出本实用新型的实质性特点和显著进步，可根据实际使用的需要，在本实用新型的技术启示下，对其进行形状、结构等方面的等同修改，但均在本技术方案的保护范围之内。

2.按权利要求1所述的圆织机棕丝装置，其特征在于所述的穿丝部位是棕丝体与穿丝块分为两体或合为一体；穿丝块中间钻有穿丝孔，穿丝孔为正方形孔。
