随着生活水平的不断提高,办公用纸的要求也越来越高,中高档办公用纸都要求再表面涂布有涂料,用以提高纸张的光洁度、平整度和挺度;因此在办公用纸的生产中就较多的使用涂布刮刀,传统的普通钢制刮刀虽然成本低廉、制造简单但是由于强度低、耐磨性差,影响纸机的连续工作,质量不稳定;现在也有一些陶瓷涂层的涂布刮刀,虽然解决了耐磨性问题,但是涂层厚度不好控制,增加了刮刀的成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种强度大、耐磨性好的涂布刮刀。
本实用新型的技术方案为,一种高强度耐磨涂布刮刀,它至少包括有一个钢制刮刀主体,所述的钢制刮刀主体上涂覆有碳化钨层;所述的碳化钨层上涂覆有陶瓷层。
所述的碳化钨层的厚度优选为0.01-0.2mm。
所述的陶瓷层的厚度优选为0.01-0.25mm。
本实用新型结构简单,制成的涂布刮刀强度好、耐磨性好,延长了涂布刮刀的使用寿命,改善了产品质量。
