Abstract
一种微创手术用椎弓根螺钉，包括主体，主体的上端设有固定连接棒的U型槽，U型槽内螺纹连接有压紧螺帽，其中主体的上端设有向外延伸的圆筒杆，圆筒杆的两侧设有与U型槽相匹配的开口，并在圆筒杆与主体之间设有便于折断的凹槽。本实用新型结构设计合理，采用U型槽与压紧螺帽的结构固定连接棒，结构简单，便于生产，且增加该椎弓根系统在治疗胸腰椎骨折手术中的复位能力；采用该结构的螺钉可在手术中建立工作通道，减小手术创伤。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医学骨科临床使用的脊柱内固定装置，尤其是一种微创手术用椎弓根螺钉。
背景技术
目前，临床上常使用椎弓根螺钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折及其脊柱疾病，常规手术需要切开皮肤和棘旁肌肉等软组织，创伤较大。近几年脊柱外科逐渐向微创化发展，这就需要改良原有的设计，符合微创手术要求。
微创手术时切口很小，所以需要建立一个工作通道，目前临床上使用的几个国外引进的脊柱手术微创内固定系统，如Sextent系统、SQIRIT系统等，在手术中需要原椎弓根螺钉基础上添置和安装工作通道，操作复杂繁琐，延长了手术时间，增加了术中出血。
另外，这几个微创内固定系统的椎弓根螺钉均为万向设计，主要针对的是脊柱退变性疾病，其在治疗胸腰锥骨折手术时存在明显的缺陷，其复位力量较弱，不能有效恢复伤椎的高度及脊柱生理曲度。因此急需出现一种设计简单，操作方便且具有良好的复位能力的胸腰椎骨折微创手术用的新型椎弓根螺钉。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点，提供一种自带微创通道的微创手术用椎弓根螺钉，具有良好的复位能力，且可防止螺帽旋入时通道螺纹变形。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案：这种微创手术用椎弓根螺钉，包括主体，主体的上端设有固定连接棒的U型槽，U型槽内螺纹连接有压紧螺帽，其中主体的上端设有向外延伸的圆筒杆，圆筒杆的两侧设有与U型槽相匹配的开口，并在圆筒杆与主体之间设有便于折断的凹槽。其中主体固定在脊柱上，向外延伸的圆筒杆可伸向皮肤外，该圆筒杆可形成工作通道，可在直视下置入连接棒，并旋入压紧螺帽，手术结束后沿着凹槽处将圆筒杆折断拿走，不影响脊柱的固定。
为了更进一步完善，圆筒杆的外端套有环形固定圈，其中圆筒杆的外端设有外螺纹，其中环形固定圈螺纹连接在外螺纹上。由于圆筒杆较长，圆筒杆的外端给于螺纹设计，螺纹连接一个环形固定圈，以保证该工作通道不会发生扭曲变形。
凹槽为V型结构的槽体。该凹槽采用V型结构，便于手术结束后将圆筒杆折断。
圆筒杆与主体为一体结构，圆筒杆与主体连接处的内壁设有内螺纹。采用一体结构，便于一体制造，生产容易，且圆筒杆内壁上的内螺纹便于旋入压紧螺帽。
本实用新型有益的效果是：本实用新型结构设计合理，采用U型槽与压紧螺帽的结构固定连接棒，结构简单，便于生产，且增加该椎弓根系统在治疗胸腰椎骨折手术中的复位能力；采用该结构的螺钉可在手术中建立工作通道，减小手术创伤。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
参照附图：这种微创手术用椎弓根螺钉，包括主体1，主体1的上端设有固定连接棒7的U型槽2，U型槽2内螺纹连接有压紧螺帽3，其中主体1的上端设有向外延伸的圆筒杆4，圆筒杆4的两侧设有与U型槽2相匹配的开口4-1，并在圆筒杆4与主体1之间设有便于折断的凹槽5，凹槽5为V型结构的槽体。圆筒杆4的外端套有环形固定圈6。圆筒杆4的外端设有外螺纹4-3，其中环形固定圈6螺纹连接在外螺纹4-3上。圆筒杆4与主体1为一体结构，圆筒杆4与主体1连接处的内壁设有内螺纹4-2。
在微创手术时作约1-2cm的小切口，在C型臂X线机等定位后，利用扩张套管依次扩张，并用开口器和椎弓根探子做一个椎弓根螺钉通道，利用定位杆C型臂X线透视确认，空心丝攻等处理后即可旋入本实用新型的螺钉。
本实用新型上的圆筒杆4较长，高出皮肤，故不需要另外再安装工作通道，可在直视下置入连接棒7，利用工具撑开复位骨折后旋入压紧螺帽3，简单方便。在内固定安装完成后，取出环形固定圈6，将圆筒杆4在凹槽5处折断，取出圆筒杆4，即可完成实施手术的复位内固定步骤。
虽然本实用新型已通过参考优选的实施例进行了图示和描述，但是，本专业普通技术人员应当了解，在权利要求书的范围内，可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。

1. 一种微创手术用椎弓根螺钉，包括主体（1），主体（1）的上端设有固定连接棒（7）的U型槽（2），U型槽（2）内螺纹连接有压紧螺帽（3），其特征是：所述主体（1）的上端设有向外延伸的圆筒杆（4），圆筒杆（4）的两侧设有与U型槽（2）相匹配的开口（4-1），并在圆筒杆（4）与主体（1）之间设有便于折断的凹槽（5）。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的微创手术用椎弓根螺钉，其特征是：所述圆筒杆（4）的外端套有环形固定圈（6）。
3. 据权利要求2所述的微创手术用椎弓根螺钉，其特征是：所述圆筒杆（4）的外端设有外螺纹（4-3），所述环形固定圈（6）螺纹连接在外螺纹（4-3）上。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的微创手术用椎弓根螺钉，其特征是：所述凹槽（5）为V型结构的槽体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微创手术用椎弓根螺钉，其特征是：所述圆筒杆（4）与主体（1）为一体结构，圆筒杆（4）与主体（1）连接处的内壁设有内螺纹（4-2）。
