Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种消烟除尘净化装置，解决了现有设施处理烟气效果不佳的问题，特征在于：包括净化烟道、沉淀池、高压水泵、循环水池，烟囱和净化烟道的上端共用一个可活动的封闭盖；净化烟道上端外面设置电机，里面设置多个球形多孔雾化器、高速风机混合雾化器、钢丝网过滤器、压风机，下端在沉淀池的液面上面；沉淀池与循环水池之间设有密度过滤器，高压水泵出口连接高压水总管，高压水总管通过高压水支管连接球形多孔雾化器；沉淀池上口设有空气过滤器、高密度空气过滤器。本实用新型可把烟气里的有害物质、灰分和颗粒物质以及有害气体处理达到国家标准排放的气体；适用于所有燃煤、燃油、燃气、燃烧木材、垃圾等以及工业生产加工过程中产生烟气的工业烟囱。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种净化装置，更确切地说涉及一种净化烟气的装置。
背景技术
烟气是气体和烟尘的混合物，主要来自于火电厂锅炉燃烧、金属冶炼、水泥制粉、化工生产、民用锅炉等工业场所，是污染大气的主要原因。烟气的成分比较复杂，气体中包括 SO2 、 CO 、 CO2 碳氢化合物以及氮氧化合物等，烟尘包括燃料的灰分、煤粒、油滴以及高温裂解产物，对人体、环境危害较大。目前处理烟气的设备投资较大、效果不明显。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足提供一种消烟除尘净化装置，结构简单、投资少，可有效处理烟气中的烟尘和二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮化物等其它气体。
本实用新型包括烟囱，所述的烟囱带有排烟口，其特征在于还包括净化烟道、沉淀池、高压水泵、循环水池，所述的净化烟道设在烟囱旁边，烟囱和净化烟道的上端共用一个可活动的封闭盖；所述的净化烟道上端外面设置电机，电机的扇叶在净化烟道里；在净化烟道里按顺序从上至下依次还设置多个球形多孔雾化器、高速风机混合雾化器、钢丝网过滤器、压风机；所述的净化烟道的下端在沉淀池的液面上面；所述的沉淀池与循环水池并排、之间设有密度过滤器；所述的高压水泵连接循环水池，出口连接高压水总管，高压水总管通过高压水支管连接球形多孔雾化器；所述的沉淀池上口设有空气过滤器、高密度空气过滤器，进一步净化烟尘，达到排放标准。
所述的沉淀池里还可放置一些处理二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮化物等有毒气体的化学处理剂，对进入沉淀池的混合液体进一步消毒净化。
工作原理：封闭盖关闭后，烟囱的烟气用带扇叶的电机下排进净化烟道内，球形多孔雾化器喷射水与烟气初步混合，经过高速风机混合雾化器组合雾化把烟气与水结合成混合液体，再通过钢丝网过滤器过滤进入沉淀池，烟气中颗粒物质等被阻隔在沉淀池里，可定期清理，处理后的气体从沉淀池上口排出。沉淀池里的水通过密度过滤器进入循环水池，实现水的循环利用，节能环保。
由上述技术方案可知，本实用新型可把烟气里的有害物质、灰分和颗粒物质以及有害气体处理到沉淀池，避免有害的烟气向大气排放，把烟气变成达到国家标准排放的气体，保护环境；适用于所有燃煤、燃油、燃气、燃烧木材、垃圾等以及工业生产加工过程中产生烟气的工业烟囱，如火力发电厂、钢铁厂、金属冶炼厂、化工厂、水泥工业和民用锅炉等行业。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如附图所示，本实用新型包括烟囱1、净化烟道2、沉淀池16、循环水池14等。所述的烟囱1带有排烟口3，所述的净化烟道2设在烟囱1旁边，与烟囱1并排为好；烟囱1和净化烟道2的上端共用一个可活动的封闭盖4。所述的封闭盖4可自动打开，便于净化烟道2出现问题维修或检修设备。
所述的净化烟道2上端外面设置电机5，电机6的扇叶5在净化烟道2里。在净化烟道2里按顺序从上至下依次还设置多个球形多孔雾化器7、高速风机混合雾化器10、钢丝网过滤器11、压风机12。所述的球形多孔雾化器7以5-10个为好。净化烟道2的下端在沉淀池16的液面上面，把混合液体排到沉淀池16里。带扇叶5的电机6把烟尘抽进净化烟道2，球形多孔雾化器7把烟尘与水初步混合，高速风机混合雾化器10把烟尘与水进一步组合雾化，压风机12把雾化后的水、气、烟尘组成的混合液体抽进沉淀池16。
所述的沉淀池16上口设有空气过滤器17、高密度空气过滤器18，对从沉淀池16排出的气体进一步净化。
所述的沉淀池16与循环水池14并排、通过密度过滤器15连接，液面基本一平。沉淀池16的水通过密度过滤器15的过滤进入循环水池14，实现水的循环利用。
所述的高压水泵13连接循环水池14，出口连接高压水总管9，高压水总管9连接高压水支管8，高压水支管8连接球形多孔雾化器7。

1.一种消烟除尘净化装置，包括烟囱，所述的烟囱带有排烟口，其特征在于还包括净化烟道(2)、沉淀池(16)、高压水泵(13)、循环水池(14)，所述的净化烟道(2)设在烟囱(1)旁边，烟囱(1)和净化烟道(2)的上端共用一个可活动的封闭盖(4)；所述的净化烟道(2)上端外面设置电机(6)，电机(6)的扇叶(5)在净化烟道(2)里；在净化烟道(2)里按顺序从上至下依次还设置多个球形多孔雾化器(7)、高速风机混合雾化器(10)、钢丝网过滤器(11)、压风机(12)；所述的净化烟道(2)的下端在沉淀池(16)的液面上面；所述的沉淀池(16)与循环水池(14)并排、之间设有密度过滤器(15)；所述的高压水泵(13)连接循环水池(14)，出口连接高压水总管(9)，高压水总管(9)通过高压水支管(8)连接球形多孔雾化器(7)；所述的沉淀池(16)上口设有空气过滤器(17)、高密度空气过滤器(18)。
