背景技术
目前所使用的壶铃，如图1所示，是以铸铁材质采用传统的砂型铸造工艺一次性浇铸而成。表面粗糙，砂眼、气孔等缺陷较多，需要用腻子等覆盖材料遮盖缺陷。而且，其最大缺点是把手处容易产生断裂，从而造成资源的严重浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型复合结构壶铃，以达到结构坚实、外表光洁、新颖美观的目的。
本实用新型所提供的新型复合结构壶铃，具有壶铃本体和与之联结的把柄，其特征在于，所述的壶铃本体具有外表层和芯体；所述的外表层和芯体是由不同材质分别浇铸成型的。
其中，壶铃本体的外表层可以采用铸钢、铝合金、不锈钢中的任意一种加工而成；芯体则可以由铸铁、铅、混凝土中的任意一种构成。
本实用新型所提供的新型复合结构壶铃，其积极效果主要是：
1、外表层采用具有良好加工性能的材料构成，可以通过机械造型、精密加工以获得美观的外形，表面自然光滑，产品尺寸精密。
2、芯体采用价格相对低廉的材料构成，在提供足够重量的前提下，可以降低制作成本。
3、外表层和芯体可以通过二次浇铸复合成型，结实耐用，不易损坏。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，本实用新型所提供的新型复合结构壶铃，具有壶铃本体和与之联结的把柄1。壶铃本体具有外表层2和芯体3。
其中，壶铃本体的外表层2可以采用铸钢、铝合金、不锈钢中的任意一种浇铸而成，优先选用铸钢。而芯体则可以由铸铁、铅、混凝土中的任意一种构成，优先选用铸铁。
本实用新型壶铃本体的外表层和芯体可以通过二次浇铸复合成型，即先利用铸钢、铝合金、不锈钢等任意一种材料浇铸成型外表层，然后，再向外表层内部再次浇铸铸铁、铅、混凝土等任意一种材料以构成芯体。显然，为实现上述加工工艺，所述的外表层成型后应具有二次浇铸的浇注口4。
另外，本实用新型壶铃本体的外表层2与把柄1之间可以通过焊接、螺栓等实现固定联结，但最好是通过一次浇铸成型而成为整体结构，具有更加坚固耐用的特点。

1.一种新型复合结构壶铃，具有壶铃本体和与之联结的把柄（1），其特征在于，所述的壶铃本体具有外表层（2）和芯体（3），所述的外表层（2）和芯体（3）是由不同材质分别浇铸成型的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合结构壶铃，其特征还在于，所述的外表层（2）和芯体（3）是通过二次浇铸复合成型的，即外表层采用铸钢、铝合金、不锈钢中的任意一种浇铸而成，芯体则采用铸铁、铅、混凝土中的任意一种在外表层内部再次浇铸成型。
