Abstract
一种节能装置，能够提高电磁灶的热效率、减少电磁灶的电能消耗。它是在电磁灶台面与加热容器的侧表面之间利用了一种由保温材料制成的保温装置，这样可减少加热容器的散热量，缩短加热容器内食物的加热时间，达到节约电能的目的。且通过保温装置，可固定加热容器的位置，而不会由于在外力的作用下使加热容器移位。
Description
本实用新型属于能够提高电磁灶热效率、减少电磁灶电能消耗的一种节能装置。
目前市场上出售的电磁灶热效率在说明书中通常介绍高达80％以上。其实，这只是在环境温度为25度以上时才能达到的热效率；当环境温度低于25度或者更低时，电磁灶的热效率就很难或者不可能达到80％。电磁灶的加热原理是通过电磁灶台面上的加热容器与电磁灶内绕有线圈的金属体形成一个闭合回路，加热容器通常是用导磁材料制成的平底锅头，当线圈通有交变电流时，在闭合回路中即会产生很大的涡电流。这样在加热容器的底部将放出大量的焦耳——楞次热来，使加热容器内的食物从底部开始逐步往上加热。这时在加热容器的侧表面将通过空气要散发一定的热量，特别是在煮汤之类的食物时，热量散发更大。实际上，热量的散发是与环境温度有关，环境温度越低，热量的散发就越大，电磁灶的电能消耗也就越大。在另一方面，电磁灶的台面采用微晶玻璃制成，表面很光滑，在与平底锅头底面接触并用在炒、烧等烹调时，锅头容易移位，使用很不方便。
本发明的目的是公开一种能够减少电磁灶台面上加热容器的散热量，达到提高电磁灶热效率并可保证加热容器不容易移位的装置。
本实用新型是这样实现的，用一种如石棉、木灰之类的保温材料制成一个上下两面为一通孔的环形保温装置，将保温装置放在电磁灶台面上。一个加热容器能置放在保温装置的通孔内，并保证加热容器的底面与电磁灶的台面达到良好的接触。
本实用新型的优点在于：在电磁灶台面与加热容器的侧表面之间利用了一个保温装置，这样减少了加热容器的散热量，缩短了食物的加热时间，达到节约电能的目的。且通过保温装置，固定了加热容器，而不会由于在外力的作用下使加热容器移位。

参照图2，一个环形外壳（3）的容器内置放有保温材料（4），外壳（3）是用金属如铝、铜或者非金属如石棉之类的耐温材料制成。外壳和保温材料构成保温装置。保温装置放在电磁灶（1）的台面（2）上，一个加热容器（5）能放入在保温装置的内环孔中。保温装置的内环上缘呈凹形，一个环形圈（6）置放在保温装置的内环凹形中。环形圈（6）采用硬质耐温材料制成，其作用是能够制成可配合各种规格的加热容器。

1、一种用于置放在电磁灶台面上的节能装置，其特征在于它是由一个环形保温体和置放在保温体上的环形圈构成。
