Abstract
一种塑料洗拖把桶脱水筛。本实用新型针对现有塑料洗拖把桶脱水筛使用时容易脱落的缺点，在脱水筛唇沿下端内侧设置若干防脱钩，脱水筛与桶身配合后能紧扣桶边，使用时不会脱落。这种脱水筛结构牢固、安装方便、使用可靠，经试验证明，可承受20公斤的拉力而不脱落。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种清洁用的器具。
现有的塑料洗拖把桶由桶身、脱水筛、提手所组成。脱水筛与桶身的连接是靠脱水筛的三支圆销插入桶边上对应的三孔而接合，连接不牢固，使用时容易脱落。而且圆销结构薄弱，使用不长时间便断裂，脱水筛失去了与桶身的连接件后更容易脱落，使用十分不方便。
本实用新型的目的是为克服现有脱水筛结构上的缺陷而设计一种结构牢固、使用可靠、安装方便的脱水筛。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下措施达到的：在脱水筛唇沿下端的内侧设置若干防脱钩，防脱钩的顶面与唇沿底面平行。当脱水筛与桶身配合时，防脱钩即紧扣桶边而紧密结合，使用时不会脱落。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
脱水筛的唇沿（1）下端内侧等分设置有3～10个防脱钩（2），防脱钩（2）的顶面与唇沿（1）的底面平行，其间距等于或稍大于外沿（3）的高度。防脱钩（2）的宽度可为1～5毫米。脱水筛与防脱钩为一整体，一次注塑成型。
本实用新型结构牢固、安装方便，与桶身配合后能紧扣桶边，使用可靠。经试验证明，本脱水筛可承受20公斤的拉力而不脱落。
Claims (4)
1、一种塑料洗拖把桶脱水筛，其特征在于脱水筛的唇沿(1)下端内侧设置若干防脱钩(2)，防脱钩(2)的顶面与唇沿(1)的底面平行。
2、根据权利要求1的脱水筛，其特征是防脱钩（2）的顶面与唇沿（1）的底面间距离等于或稍大于桶身外沿（3）的高度。
3、根据权利要求1或2的脱水筛，其特征是防脱钩（2）的宽度为1～5毫米。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3的脱水筛，其特征是防脱钩（2）等分设置3～10个。
