Multivariable real-time measurement calibration instrument device
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of industrial instrument and instrument detection calibration, concretely relates to multivariable real-time measurement calibration instrument device.
Background
In industrial field applications, in order to ensure the accuracy of the meters, the measurement values or indication values provided by the meter devices are usually calibrated. The basic way of checking the calibration is to compare the measured values or indications measured by the meter device directly with the standard values to determine whether the measured values of the meter device are accurate, and then to perform the calibration.
In the existing calibration application, a single variable instrument is generally used, and the single variable instrument is used for directly displaying a measured value of a measured physical quantity on an instrument after the measured value of the single physical quantity is connected into the instrument. However, there are often multiple varying physical quantities in a system that all affect the system, requiring calibration of multiple variables.
For calibration of multivariable meters, direct comparison calibration is currently commonly used. The direct comparison calibration is to input a plurality of physical quantities to the measured instrument and a dedicated calibration device at the same time to perform comparison calibration. After a plurality of physical quantities (pressure, temperature, electrical signals, etc.) are input to the instrument under test and the dedicated calibration device, the instrument under test and the dedicated calibration device process the physical quantities using built-in computation logic and give final test results, such as: the flow totalizer calculates flow information from pressure (differential pressure), temperature, liquid density, orifice diameter, etc. In a traditional direct comparison calibration mode, only a calibration device special for the field can be used in a certain field. For example, a flow-specific calibration device is used in the flow field, a valve-specific calibration device is used when the valve opening degree is tested, and a specific methane concentration calibration device is used when the methane concentration is tested. The user needs to equip each kind of equipment with a special calibration device, which not only brings inconvenience to the user, but also increases the cost of the user. In addition, a plurality of dedicated calibration devices are inconvenient to carry to the field or cannot be used in the field at the same time, and many instruments can only be calibrated in a laboratory, which causes great inconvenience to the calibration process, so that a multivariable real-time measurement calibration instrument device which can be applied to the field is highly needed.

Detailed Description
The instrument device of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. The meter device and the calibration method using the same according to the present invention are not limited to the following embodiments, and various modifications can be made. In all the embodiments, the same components are described with the same reference numerals. For convenience of explanation, the dimensional ratios in the drawings are different from actual ratios, and some of the structures may be omitted from the drawings.
The utility model discloses an embodiment's instrument device 100 includes: a physical quantity input/output unit 10, a physical quantity measuring unit 20, a physical quantity configuration unit 30, a display unit 40, a control unit 60, a human-computer interaction unit 70, and a storage unit 80.
The physical quantity input-output unit 10 is capable of inputting and outputting at least one first physical quantity. Here, the first physical quantity means: the meter can directly detect or generate physical quantities such as pressure, temperature, humidity, voltage, current, etc. The second physical quantity in the utility model is: the physical quantities which the meter is not able to directly detect or generate are based on first physical quantities, for example physical quantities which are calculated by means of a defined mathematical formula, such as (meteorological) height values, air leakage per day and night, volume flow, methane concentration, valve opening, etc.
The physical quantity input/output unit 10 may include, for example, at least one pressure input/output interface 11 (e.g., a gas line interface), at least one voltage/current input/output interface 14 (e.g., an electrical connection terminal or a plug and socket), a temperature measurement interface 13 for mounting a temperature sensor, and a humidity measurement interface 14 for mounting a humidity sensor, and the like.
The physical quantity measuring unit 20 measures the value of at least one first physical quantity input from the physical quantity input unit 10. The physical quantity measuring unit 20 may include, for example, a pressure measuring module 21, a voltage current measuring module 24 that measures voltage and current, a temperature measuring module 22, a humidity measuring module 23, and the like. The pressure measuring module 21 is in signal connection with the pressure input and output interface 11, the voltage and current measuring module 24 is in signal connection with the voltage and current input and output interface 14, the temperature measuring module 22 is in signal connection with the temperature measuring interface 13, and the humidity measuring module 23 is in signal connection with the humidity measuring interface 14.
The physical quantity configuration unit 30 generates at least one standard value of the second physical quantity from the value of the at least one first physical quantity or at least one standard value of the first physical quantity from the value of the at least one second physical quantity by operation.
The first physical quantity is typically in a functional relationship with the second physical quantity. For example, the functional relationship between the air pressure and the (meteorological) altitude value is shown in formula 1, and is referred to as a conversion formula in the present invention.
Wherein,
h: potential height (m) at a position above (below) the mean sea level;
p: atmospheric pressure at H (hPa);
p0: standard atmospheric pressure at average sea level (1013.25 hPa);
T0: atmospheric thermodynamic temperature at average sea level (288.15K);
l: the vertical gradient of the atmospheric temperature in the convection layer (-0.0065K/m);
g0: standard gravitational acceleration (9.80665 m/s)2);
R: dry air specific gas constant (287.05287J/K kg);
in the above formula 1, P is the atmospheric pressure as the first physical quantity, and H is the (meteorological) altitude as the second physical quantity. The conversion formula includes, in addition to the first physical quantity and the second physical quantity, other physical quantities (e.g., atmospheric thermodynamic temperature) and constants (e.g., gravitational acceleration). Since the atmospheric thermodynamic temperature and the like at the average sea level are relatively stable physical quantities, they appear as a fixed value in the conversion formula as constants such as the gravitational acceleration and the like, and are referred to as environmental parameters and the like in the present invention.
By means of a conversion formula based on this functional relationship, a (meteorological) height value as a second physical quantity can be generated from the measured atmospheric pressure as a first physical quantity. The physical quantity configuration unit 30 may perform the above-described operation to convert at least one first physical quantity into at least one second physical quantity or to convert at least one second physical quantity into at least one first physical quantity, for example, based on a formula representing a relationship between the first physical quantity and the second physical quantity.
Here, the conversion formula of the first physical quantity and the second physical quantity may be directly input from the outside by a user using the man-machine interaction means 70 described below, or may be stored in the storage means 80 described below in advance. Of course, the relationship between the first physical quantity and the second physical quantity is not limited to the functional relationship as shown above, and may be other relationships, such as a table. Such a table may be stored in the storage unit 80 in advance. Based on the user's instruction, under the control of the control unit 60, the physical quantity configuration unit 30 can select a corresponding formula to perform an operation or convert a first physical quantity into a second physical quantity using a table or the like, or convert a second physical quantity into a first physical quantity.
The display unit 40 can display at least the name and the value of the second physical quantity, and may display the name and the value of the first physical quantity, and the like, based on the control of the control unit 60. The display unit 40 may be a commonly used display screen such as a liquid crystal display screen or an organic EL display screen. An important feature of the present invention is that the meter apparatus 100 includes the physical quantity configuration unit 30, and therefore the display unit 40 in the preferred embodiment of the present invention can also display a formula representing the relationship of the first physical quantity and the second physical quantity, and can also be used for the human-computer interaction unit 70 to perform the input and editing of the formula, as described below.
The control unit 60 sends instructions to the physical quantity configuration unit 30, the physical quantity measurement unit 20, the physical quantity input-output unit 10, and the like to control them. The control unit 60 may include a microprocessor, digital signal processor, or other hardware processor.
The human-computer interaction unit 70 is used for a user to operate the meter device 100, such as indicating a physical quantity to be measured, indicating the start of measurement, and the like. An important feature of the present invention is that the meter device 100 includes the physical quantity configuration unit 30, and therefore in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the human-machine interaction unit 70 includes a formula editing interface into which a conversion formula of the first physical quantity and the second physical quantity can be input and edited. The user can create or edit a corresponding conversion formula or select a formula stored or edited before through the formula editing interface. The human-machine interaction unit 70 may be a touch panel provided at the display unit 40, in which case the user can input and edit a formula through a formula editing interface shown in fig. 2, for example.
The storage unit 80 is capable of storing at least a conversion formula of the first physical quantity and the second physical quantity input or edited via the human-machine interaction unit 70. Of course, the storage unit 80 may also store the conversion formula of the first physical quantity and the second physical quantity, and commonly used coefficients, such as the circumferential rate, the gravitational acceleration, and the like. In addition, the storage unit 80 may store therein an operating state, environmental parameters, and the like regarding the calibrated meter.
The memory unit 80 may be any known volatile and/or non-volatile memory that stores data and/or instructions. The storage unit 80 may include, for example, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a flash memory, a magnetic storage medium, an optical disc, an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), and a programmable read-only memory (PROM). The storage unit 80 may be non-removable, or a combination thereof.
In the present invention, the control unit 60 controls so that the first mode is executed in the case where the physical quantity to be measured is the second physical quantity and the standard value of the at least one first physical quantity does not need to be generated and output by the meter device 100 to realize the measurement, and the second mode is executed in the case where the physical quantity to be measured is the second physical quantity and the standard value of the at least one first physical quantity needs to be generated and output by the meter device 100 to realize the measurement.
Whether or not the at least one standard value of the first physical quantity is required to be output may be specified by the user via the human-computer interaction unit, or may be determined by the control unit 60, for example, in accordance with the name of the second physical quantity indicated by the user or the operating state of the physical quantity input-output unit 10 (for example, when no input of any first physical quantity is made in the meter device 100), the control unit 60 determines that the at least one standard value of the first physical quantity, which is obtained by performing an inverse function operation on the standard value of the second physical quantity set by the user, is required to be output to complete the measurement.
In the first mode, the physical quantity measuring unit 20 is caused to measure at least one first physical quantity value related to a second physical quantity input from the physical quantity input-output unit 10, the physical quantity configuration unit 30 is caused to generate a standard value of the second physical quantity from the input at least one first physical quantity value, and the display unit 40 is caused to display the name and the standard value of the generated second physical quantity.
In the second mode, the physical quantity configuration unit 30 is caused to generate and output a standard value of the first physical quantity from the set at least one standard value of the second physical quantity, and the display unit 40 is caused to display the name and the standard value of the set second physical quantity. Here, the standard value of the at least one second physical quantity to be set may be appropriately set by the user based on a measurement value of the physical quantity to be measured (for example, an indication value of the calibrated meter) or the like, or may be automatically generated by the meter apparatus 100.
Although the above description has been given by taking the case where the measured physical quantity is the second physical quantity as an example, the first mode and the second mode may be executed similarly when the measured physical quantity is the first physical quantity. In this case, the conversion calculation of the first physical quantity and the second physical quantity may be omitted. This is self-evident.
An example of a formula editing interface of the human-computer interaction unit 60 is explained with reference to fig. 2. The functions of creating, editing, selecting and deleting the formula are provided in the formula editing interface. In editing the formula, the corresponding physical quantities, environment parameters, and coefficients, and operation signs (e.g., "exp", "log", and the like shown in fig. 2) corresponding to combinations of linear, nonlinear, or other operation methods, and the like may be selected and edited.
Hereinafter, a calibration method for calibrating a meter under calibration using the meter device 100 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 5, taking as an example a case where a physical quantity to be measured by the meter under calibration is a second physical quantity. The calibration method includes a measurement mode calibration and an output mode calibration. In the case where the physical quantity to be measured by the calibrated meter is the second physical quantity and there is no need to generate and output at least one standard value of the first physical quantity to effect calibration, measurement mode calibration is performed. In the case where the physical quantity to be measured by the calibration apparatus is the second physical quantity and it is necessary to generate and output at least one standard value of the first physical quantity for calibration, the output mode calibration is performed. Here, a multivariable meter is explained as the meter to be calibrated, but the meter to be calibrated may be a univariate meter. In addition, when the meter device 100 of the present invention is used to calibrate a meter to be calibrated, the meter device 100 and the meter to be calibrated need to be connected appropriately. Since such a connection is a conventional technique, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing the general flow of the calibration method of the present invention. First, the name of the second physical quantity to be measured by the meter to be calibrated is indicated by the user in step S1. Next, in step S2, the operation mode of the meter device 100 is instructed by the user or the meter device 100 automatically judges whether or not the generation and output of the at least one standard value of the first physical quantity is required to achieve the calibration based on, for example, the name of the above-mentioned second physical quantity, and when the measurement mode is instructed or it is judged that the output of the at least one standard value of the first physical quantity is not required, the flow proceeds to step S3, where the execution of the measurement mode calibration is started under the control of the control unit 60 in this step S3. When the output mode is indicated or it is determined in step S2 that the output of at least one standard value of the first physical quantity is required, the flow proceeds to step S4 where the execution of the output mode calibration is started under the control of the control unit 60 in step S4. After the end of any of the measurement mode calibration and the output mode calibration, whether or not the calibration is ended is instructed by the user in step S5, the calibration is ended when the end of the calibration is instructed, and the process returns to step S1 to wait for the next instruction of the user when the calibration needs to be continued.
In the above general flow shown in fig. 3, the case where the name of the second physical quantity to be measured by the meter to be calibrated is first indicated by the user, and then it is indicated by the user or automatically determined by the meter apparatus 100 whether or not the standard value of the at least one first physical quantity needs to be generated and output is described, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. Or the name of the second physical quantity to be measured by the meter to be calibrated may be indicated by the user after the user indicates the measurement mode calibration or the output mode calibration. In this case, the name of the second physical quantity to be measured by the meter to be calibrated may be indicated by the user after the measurement mode calibration or the output mode calibration is entered.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of the calibration method in the measurement mode (i.e., the detailed step in step S3 of fig. 3). As shown in fig. 4, first, in step S31, the storage unit 80 is searched for a conversion formula containing the name of the second physical quantity according to the name of the second physical quantity indicated by the user in the above-mentioned step S1, and in step S32, the search result and the formula editing interface of the human-computer interaction unit 70 are displayed on the display unit 40. At this time, if at least one conversion formula is stored in the storage unit, all the conversion formulas are displayed on a formula editing interface for a user to select and edit. If no conversion formula is searched, a formula editing interface is displayed to prompt the user to input the conversion formula. In step S33, a conversion formula is selected, edited, or input by the user through the formula editing interface, at least one first physical quantity corresponding to a second physical quantity to be input is determined, and a confirmation instruction is given after completion. When the user confirms the conversion formula to be used and the at least one first physical quantity to be input, in step S34, the value of the at least one first physical quantity is input into the meter device 100 via the physical quantity input-output unit 10.
In step S35, the physical quantity measuring means 20 is caused to measure at least one first physical quantity value relating to the second physical quantity input from the physical quantity input/output means 10, and the measured at least one first physical quantity value is input to the physical quantity allocation means 30.
In step S36, the physical quantity configuration unit 30 generates the value X of the second physical quantity from the measured value of the first physical quantity based on the conversion formula determined in step S33.
In step S37, the generated value X of the second physical quantity (which is a second physical quantity standard value for calibration) is displayed on the display unit 40 together with the name of the second physical quantity. A measured value R of a second physical quantity measured by the user and by the calibrated instrument0And comparing to obtain the difference between the two. Based on the result of the comparison, calibration of the calibrated instrument is performed.
In the above measurement mode calibration, actual physical quantities (pressure, temperature, electric signals, etc.) are input to the meter device 100 as a calibration device, a corresponding multivariable conversion formula (e.g., a functional relationship created through a formula editing interface) is selected, and the physical quantity configuration unit calculates standard values of physical quantities measured by the meter under test in real time according to changes in the input physical quantities and displays the standard values in real time. Therefore, the real-time output value of the measured instrument can be compared with the standard value of the calibration device, and the measurement mode calibration is realized.
Compared with the traditional calibration, the utility model discloses a calibration method directly perceived presents the value of final physical quantity, need not carry out loaded down with trivial details artificial conversion again at every examination point, and is convenient easy-to-use, has the high efficiency.
In addition, the method can be used for measuring and calibrating various multivariable instruments by using one universal instrument, has strong universality, and has the technical effects of expanding the application field of the universal instrument and reducing the cost required by calibration.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing the calibration method in the output mode (i.e., the detailed step in step S4 of fig. 3). As shown in fig. 5, in step S41, the storage unit 80 is searched for a conversion formula containing the name of the second physical quantity according to the name of the second physical quantity indicated by the user in the above-described step S1, and the search result and the formula editing interface of the human-computer interaction unit 70 are displayed on the display unit 40 in step S42. At this time, if at least one conversion formula is stored in the storage unit, all the conversion formulas are displayed on a formula editing interface for a user to select and edit. If no conversion formula is searched, a formula editing interface is displayed to prompt the user to input the conversion formula. In step S43, a conversion formula is selected, edited, or input by the user through the formula editing interface, at least one first physical quantity corresponding to a second physical quantity to be input is determined, and a confirmation instruction is given after completion. In step S44, the standard value R of the at least one second physical quantity is set by the user according to the measurement value range of the second physical quantity to be measured by the calibrated meter, or the meter device 100 is instructed to automatically generate the standard value R.
In step S45, the control unit 60 causes the physical quantity configuration unit 30 to generate the standard value of the first physical quantity from the standard value of the at least one second physical quantity set by the user in step S44 or the standard value R of the at least one second physical quantity automatically generated by the meter device 100 based on the conversion formula confirmed in step S43.
In step S46, the standard value of the generated first physical quantity is output to the meter under calibration so that it can measure the second physical quantity. Next, in step S47, at least one standard value R of the second physical quantity set by the user or automatically generated by the meter device 100 is displayed on the display unit 40, and a measured value R of the second physical quantity measured by the calibrated meter based on the standard value of the first physical quantity is displayed on the display unit 40 by the user0And comparing the difference value with a set standard value R of the second physical quantity to obtain the difference value between the two. Based on the result of the comparison, calibration of the calibrated instrument is performed.
In the output mode calibration, a corresponding multivariable conversion formula (for example, a functional relationship established by an inverse function editor) is selected for a certain second physical quantity to be measured by a calibrated instrument, a standard quantity of a certain first physical quantity of the instrument device 100 serving as a calibration device is output and connected to an input end of the instrument, and a real-time output quantity value of the measured instrument is compared with a nominal value through a change of the output value of the standard quantity, so that the real-time measurement calibration of the multivariable instrument output quantity value is realized, namely, the output mode calibration is realized (for example, the real-time output quantity value of the measured instrument is compared with the standard quantity value of the calibration device through a change of a standard pressure output value provided by the instrument device 100 serving as the calibration device, so that the real-time measurement calibration of the output mode is realized.
The output mode calibration realizes a multivariable standard device based on the measurement mode calibration method, which not only can carry out multivariable standard measurement, but also is not enough to carry out multivariable standard output. Obtaining a multivariable standard measured value through multivariable standard measurement, and obtaining a multivariable standard output value through the regulation control of multivariable standard output.
In the output mode calibration, can adjust multivariable standard output in real time, calculate the calibration in real time, thereby make the utility model provides a calibration method compares with prior art, has had the effect of real-time calculation, real-time regulation, real-time calibration.
Compared with the traditional calibration, the calibration method of the output mode can visually present the value of the final physical quantity, does not need to perform complicated manual conversion at each verification point, is convenient and easy to use, and has high efficiency.
In addition, the method can be used for measuring and calibrating various multivariable instruments by using one universal instrument, has strong universality, and has the technical effects of expanding the application field of the universal instrument and reducing the cost required by calibration.
In the configuration of the plurality of physical quantities of the meter device 100, the pressure may be selected as the primary variable. In this case, the first physical quantity includes pressure, and the physical quantity measuring unit 20 includes a pressure measuring module that measures pressure. The meter apparatus 100 further includes a standard pressure providing unit connected to the standard pressure input/output interface 15 (see fig. 1A), which may include a pressure controller, a pressure generating unit, and a pressure pipe, and in the output mode calibration, the pressure controller controls the pressure generated by the pressure generating unit to a pressure corresponding to a standard value (target pressure value) of the second physical quantity generated by the physical quantity configuration unit 30 based on the set pressure value, based on the pressure in the pressure pipe measured by the pressure measuring module, and outputs the pressure to the external test device/system via the pressure pipe. The pressure generating unit may be provided in the meter device 100, or may be provided outside the meter device 100.
Furthermore, the physical quantity measuring unit of the meter device 100 of the present invention may further include: the device comprises a temperature measuring module, a current measuring module, a voltage measuring module, an on-off measuring module and a current output module. The pressure measurement module and the external module which are all the system are connected with the system through the aerial plug wire. The system provides two aerial plug interfaces (A/B), and each interface can be connected with a pressure or temperature measuring module. Therefore, modes of two-way pressure measurement, two-way temperature measurement and one-way pressure and one-way temperature measurement can be provided according to the needs of the system.
Hereinafter, specific examples of the present invention will be described.
Example 1: differential pressure flowmeter application case (measuring mode calibration)
The differential pressure type flowmeter is based on a Bernoulli equation and a fluid continuity equation, and according to the throttling principle, when fluid flows through a throttling element (such as a standard orifice plate, a standard nozzle, a long-diameter nozzle, a classical Venturi nozzle, a Venturi nozzle and the like), differential pressure is generated in front of and behind the throttling element, and the differential pressure value is in direct proportion to the square of the flow. Among differential pressure type flowmeters, the standard orifice plate throttling device has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost, full research and standardization, and is widely applied. Hereinafter, a case where the orifice flowmeter is calibrated by the meter device 100 of the present invention will be described.
Volume flow rate QfThe differential pressure value delta p between the front and the rear of the orifice plate satisfies the formula 2.
Qf: volume flow m under operating conditions3/s;
c: efflux coefficient, dimensionless;
beta: D/D, dimensionless;
d: the inner diameter of the pore plate is mm under the working condition;
d: the inner diameter of the upstream and downstream pipelines under the working condition is mm;
: coefficient of expandability, dimensionless;
Δ p: differential pressure value, Pa, before and after the orifice plate;
ρ1: density of fluid in kg/m under working conditions3。
In the present embodiment, the meter apparatus 100 is used to calibrate a differential pressure type flow meter as a meter under test. At this time, Δ p (differential pressure value before and after the orifice plate) is a first physical quantity, and in the present embodiment, for example, two pressure detection modules are provided to measure the pressures before and after the orifice plate to obtain their pressure difference value, QfThe volume flow (under the working condition) is a second physical quantity, and the rest physical quantities can be obtained according to environmental parameters and the like, and can be stored in the instrument device 100 in advance or input in a formula editing interface. For example, the following data may be used.
c:0.606209;
β:0.542035;
d:0.044417m;
D:0.08194489m;
:1.000000;
ρ1:911.9927kg/m3。
These data are substituted into the above (formula 2) to obtainIn calibration, the meter apparatus 100 is connected to a differential pressure type flowmeter as a meter to be measured through a known pipe. Then, the user indicates a volume flow rate Q as the name of a second physical quantity to be measured by the meter to be calibrated, the meter apparatus 100 performs the calibration of the measurement mode according to the flowcharts shown in fig. 3 and 4, the meter apparatus 100 detects the pressure before and after the orifice plate when the fluid flows, and Q as the second physical quantity is obtained by the above equation 2fThe value is displayed on the display unit 40 for comparison with the measured value of the differential pressure type flowmeter, thereby judging whether the differential pressure type flowmeter has an error or not for calibration.
In the present embodiment, the differential pressure type flowmeter can be calibrated in real time by using the meter device 100 as a general-purpose meter, and compared with the prior art, not only can real-time calculation and real-time calibration be realized, since a dedicated flowmeter for calibration can be omitted, but also the technical effects of expanding the application field of the general-purpose meter and reducing the cost required for calibration can be achieved.
In the embodiment, the case where the differential pressure type flowmeter as the meter under test is calibrated using the meter apparatus 100 is described, however, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. In addition to calibrating the differential pressure flow meter as the meter under test, the meter apparatus 100 of the present invention can also directly measure the flow rate as the differential pressure flow meter, which is self-evident. The flow can be measured by replacing a special differential pressure type flowmeter, so that the technical effects of expanding the application field of the universal meter and reducing the cost required by measurement are achieved.
Example 2: application example of optical interference methane concentration measuring device (calibration in pressure output mode)
An optical interference methane analyzer is a portable instrument for quantitative analysis of gas components by measuring the change of gas refractive index, and the measuring range is mainly (0-10)% CH4And (0-100)% CH4Two kinds. (0-10)% CH4The tester is used for measuring the volume fraction of methane in the underground air of the coal mine to be less than 10% CH4The location of (1). The (0-100)% CH4 tester is used for measuring places with the volume fraction of methane in the air of the underground coal mine higher than 10% CH 4. The measuring device mainly comprises a circuit, a light path, a gas path and other systems.
The detector is tested by a pressure method. According to the working principle of the measuring device, when methane gas does not exist in the measured environment, the methane chamber and the air chamber of the measuring device are filled with air, the refractive index and the optical path are the same, and interference fringes in the measuring device do not move. When the detected environment has methane gas, the refractive index changes due to the change of the gas component in the methane chamber, the optical path of the methane chamber changes accordingly, and the interference fringes move. The amount of interference fringe movement is proportional to the methane volume fraction. By measuring this amount of movement, the methane volume fraction of the air can be measured. When the methane chamber is filled with air as well as the air chamber, and the pressure of the methane chamber is changed, the refractive index and the optical path of the gas in the methane chamber are also changed, and the interference fringes are also moved. The amount of movement of the interference fringes is proportional to the pressure applied to the methanic chamber. Under a certain temperature condition, the methane volume fraction and the pressure which cause the same interference fringe movement amount conform to the conversion relation of the formula 3.
P ═ x · 1.7665 · (273+ t) … (formula 3)
Wherein, x: methane volume fraction,% CH, corresponding to pressure P4;
P: at ambient temperature t, the volume fraction of methane in the corresponding measuring device x% CH4The pressure value of the point, Pa;
t: ambient temperature, deg.C.
In this embodiment, the meter apparatus 100 is used to calibrate a methane concentration measuring instrument as a measurement target. At this time, x (methane volume fraction corresponding to the pressure P) is the second physical quantity, P is the first physical quantity which is the pressure value to be output and is obtained by the back-calculation of equation 3, and t (ambient temperature) is the parameter or the first physical quantity. The above equation 3 may be stored in the meter apparatus 100 in advance, or may be edited via an equation editing interface of the human-machine interaction unit 60.
In the calibration with the meter device 100, the output pattern calibration is performed according to the flowcharts shown in fig. 3 and 5. The user may manually enter the value% CH of the methane volume fraction x4(percentage value), the meter apparatus 100 automatically calculates P (pressure value) from x according to the above equation 3, and starts pressure output (automatic control). When the pressure is stabilized, the measured value or the indicated value of the calibrated meter is compared with the standard value output by the meter device 100, and then the error of the measured meter is evaluated.
Error calculation formula: error (measured instrument representation value) - (standard value). The allowable range of the indication error is referred to JJG677-2006 optical interference type methane determinator and JJG 1040-2008 digital optical interference type methane determinator.
The following table 1 shows test data obtained by testing an optical interference methane measuring instrument at an ambient temperature of 20 ℃.
TABLE 1
In Table 1, the volume fraction of methane (% CH) in the standard values4) For the value (second physical quantity) set by the meter device 100, the pressure (kPa) is the passage% CH4And the pressure value calculated by the formula, namely the output value of the measured instrument; indication of the measured Instrument (% CH)4) For supplying the calculated pressure (kPa) to the meter device 100The indication value of the measured instrument during the measurement of the instrument and the indication value error are set methane volume fraction (% CH)4) Is a percentage of the difference between the standard value of (a) and the representation of the instrument under test. The optical interference methane analyzer can be subjected to error evaluation according to the test data, so that calibration is carried out.
In example 2, the measurement and calibration of the optical interference methane measuring instrument can be performed in real time, and the technical effects of real-time calculation, real-time adjustment, and real-time calibration can be achieved as compared with the prior art. Further, since the calibration of the optical interference methane measuring instrument can be performed by the meter device 100 serving as a general-purpose meter, particularly, the calibration can be performed by using the pressure generated and output by the meter device 100, there is a technical effect that the application field of the general-purpose meter can be expanded and the cost required for the calibration can be reduced.
In example 2, the case where the ambient temperature is 20 ℃, that is, t is a parameter was described, however, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and the present invention can be implemented by the meter device 100 even when t is a first physical quantity, that is, a variable. In this case, the physical quantity measuring means 20 of the meter device 100 may be provided with a temperature measuring means for detecting the ambient temperature in real time. The case where the percentage value is entered by the user has been described with respect to the methane volume fraction x, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and the meter device 100 may be controlled by the control unit 60 according to the prestored formula 3, for example, (0 to 100)% CH when the user instructs to start calibration of the methane meter as the meter under test4Automatically sequentially generate a plurality of corresponding pressure values P to execute the (pressure) output mode.
Example 3: application example of valve position indicator ((Current) output mode calibration)
The valve is a control part in a fluid conveying system and has the functions of stopping, adjusting, guiding, preventing counter flow, stabilizing pressure, shunting or overflowing and relieving pressure and the like. Valves used in fluid control systems range in variety and size from the simplest shut-off valves to the variety of valves used in extremely complex autonomous systems. The valve can be used for controlling the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, slurry, oil products, liquid metal, radioactive media and the like.
A valve position indicator is typically used with a valve to indicate the valve opening (opening angle or percentage). The valves in the automatic control system include I/P converters (current/pressure converters), drive gas sources, actuators, valve bodies, and the like. The valve position indicator receives an external control signal, generally a current signal of (4-20) mA, thereby controlling the opening of the valve.
Hereinafter, a case where the valve position indicator is calibrated by the meter device 100 of the present invention will be described.
Equation 4 is satisfied between the valve opening d and the current C input to the valve.
Wherein, d: valve opening (degree);
c: current (mA) input to the valve;
I0%: a lower limit (mA) of the valve input current signal;
I100%: an upper limit (mA) of the valve input current signal;
d0%: the lower limit of the valve opening angle;
d100%: upper limit of valve opening angle.
In the present embodiment, the meter device 100 is used to perform the output mode calibration in accordance with the flowcharts shown in fig. 3 and 5, and the valve position indicator as the meter under test is calibrated. At this time, C (current input to the valve, mA) is a first physical quantity generated and output by the meter apparatus 100, d (valve opening degree, degree) is a second physical quantity, and the remaining physical quantities may be obtained from environmental parameters or the like, and may be stored in the meter apparatus 100 in advance, or may be input in a formula editing interface of the human-computer interaction unit. 5299 from Valwork corporation is used as the test device in this embodiment.
TABLE 2
In table 2, the valve opening (degree) of the standard values is a value set by the meter device 100 (standard value of the second physical quantity), the current (mA) is a current value calculated by the set standard value of the valve opening and a formula, that is, an output value to the meter under test, the indicated value (degree) of the meter under test is an indicated value of the meter under test when the meter device 100 supplies a current corresponding to the calculated current value to the meter under test, and the indicated value error is a difference between the set standard value of the valve opening and the indicated value of the meter under test. The valve opening degree as the standard value of the second physical quantity may be set by the user through the human-computer interaction unit, or may be automatically and sequentially generated within the range of the upper and lower limits of the valve opening angle by the control unit 60 controlling the meter device 100 according to the formula 4 stored in advance.
Therefore, the relationship between the input current and the opening angle of the valve position indicator can be easily calculated, when the meter device 100 outputs a corresponding current signal, the valve position indicator drives the valve actuating mechanism and displays the current valve opening angle, and the valve position indicator can be calibrated and tested by comparing the calibrated output signal (standard signal) with the indicating angle of the tested valve. The valve position indicator can be error evaluated and calibrated according to the test data in table 2.
In the above embodiment 3, the user only needs to store the formula in the meter device 100 in advance or input the corresponding conversion formula before calibration, and set the standard value of the second physical quantity in the calibration process, so that the operation is simple, the value of the final physical quantity is more visually presented compared with the conventional calibration, complicated manual conversion is not needed at each verification point, the reusability is strong, the user only needs to input the correct formula once, and the repeated input is not needed, and the working efficiency is high. Further, since the calibration of the valve position indicator can be performed by the meter apparatus 100 used as a general-purpose meter, and particularly, the calibration can be performed by using the current generated and output by the meter apparatus 100, there is a technical effect that the application field of the general-purpose meter can be expanded and the cost required for the calibration can be reduced.
In the above description of the embodiments, only one specific embodiment is illustrated, and the structure, connection mode, etc. of the components are not limited thereto, and all equivalent changes and improvements based on the technical solution of the present invention should not be excluded from the scope of the present invention.
In the scope of the idea of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can think of various modifications and corrections, and can understand that these modifications and corrections also belong to the scope of the present invention.
