本实用新型公开了一种自清洁挤出机构,包括挤出螺杆、螺套、喂料斗、驱动电机、联轴器以及排污螺纹套筒,所述挤出螺杆设置在螺套内,所述驱动电机通过联轴器与挤出螺杆传动连接,所述螺套上设有进料口,所述喂料斗与进料口连通,所述联轴器设置在螺套内靠近进料口的位置,所述排污螺纹套筒设置在联轴器外部并能跟随联轴器旋转,所述排污螺纹套筒的螺纹旋向与挤出螺杆的螺纹旋向相反,所述螺套上位于排污螺纹套筒的排料端设有排污口,所述排污口可拆卸地连接有集污盒。本实用新型在挤出螺杆的联轴器上设置排污螺纹套筒,将挤出螺杆根部聚集的污物和杂质向与出料方向相反的方向排出,避免油污和杂色粉料从挤出螺杆的出料端排出,从而污染原料。

本实用新型涉及挤出机技术领域,特别涉及一种自清洁挤出机构。
背景技术
现有挤出机的挤出螺杆一般是通过联轴器与驱动电机的转轴连接,联轴器的另外一侧就是挤出螺杆,这样挤出螺杆在挤出粉料的过程中非常容易聚集在联轴器与挤出螺杆之间的角落里,不易清理出来;并且由于联轴器自带防锈油,这些防锈油容易溢出污染粉料;此外,当前后挤出不同颜色的粉料时,残留在角落里的粉料容易与其他颜色的粉料混合,从而影响粉料的色泽纯净度。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型公开了一种自清洁挤出机构,包括挤出螺杆、螺套、喂料斗、驱动电机、联轴器以及排污螺纹套筒,所述挤出螺杆设置在螺套内,所述驱动电机通过联轴器与挤出螺杆传动连接,所述螺套上设有进料口,所述喂料斗与进料口连通,所述联轴器设置在螺套内靠近进料口的位置,所述排污螺纹套筒设置在联轴器外部并能跟随联轴器旋转,所述排污螺纹套筒的螺纹旋向与挤出螺杆的螺纹旋向相反,所述螺套上位于排污螺纹套筒的排料端设有排污口,所述排污口可拆卸地连接有集污盒。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述螺套上位于排污口的两侧设有卡槽,所述集污盒两侧壁的上端面设有卡扣,所述集污盒与排污口通过卡扣和卡槽配合连接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述挤出螺杆的螺距大于排污螺纹套筒的螺距。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述挤出螺杆为螺纹齿宽70mm的矩形螺杆。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型在挤出螺杆的联轴器上设置排污螺纹套筒,将挤出螺杆根部聚集的污物和杂质向与出料方向相反的方向排出,避免油污和杂色粉料从挤出螺杆的出料端排出,从而污染原料。

如图1所示,本实施例的自清洁挤出机构,包括挤出螺杆1、螺套2、喂料斗3、驱动电机4、联轴器5以及排污螺纹套筒6。
挤出螺杆1设置在螺套2内,驱动电机4通过联轴器5与挤出螺杆1传动连接,螺套2上设有进料口7,喂料斗3与进料口7连通。
联轴器5设置在螺套2内靠近进料口7的位置,排污螺纹套筒6设置在联轴器5外部并能跟随联轴器5旋转,排污螺纹套筒6的螺纹旋向与挤出螺杆1的螺纹旋向相反。
从喂料斗3进入的粉料经挤出螺杆1的出料端挤出,而挤出螺杆1根部聚集的污物和杂质被从与出料方向相反的方向排出,避免油污和杂色粉料污染原料。
挤出螺杆1的螺距大于排污螺纹套筒6的螺距,挤出螺杆1为螺纹齿宽70mm的矩形螺杆,深宽的螺杆可以更多的把粉料输送进螺套2进行熔化、挤出;而螺距较小的排污螺纹套筒6既能将污粉和杂质排出,又不会造成粉料浪费。
螺套2上位于排污螺纹套筒6的排料端设有排污口8,排污口8可拆卸地连接有集污盒9。
螺套2上位于排污口8的两侧设有卡槽10,集污盒9两侧壁的上端面设有卡扣11,集污盒9与排污口8通过卡扣11和卡槽10配合连接。

1.一种自清洁挤出机构,其特征在于,包括挤出螺杆、螺套、喂料斗、驱动电机、联轴器以及排污螺纹套筒,所述挤出螺杆设置在螺套内,所述驱动电机通过联轴器与挤出螺杆传动连接,所述螺套上设有进料口,所述喂料斗与进料口连通,所述联轴器设置在螺套内靠近进料口的位置,所述排污螺纹套筒设置在联轴器外部并能跟随联轴器旋转,所述排污螺纹套筒的螺纹旋向与挤出螺杆的螺纹旋向相反,所述螺套上位于排污螺纹套筒的排料端设有排污口,所述排污口可拆卸地连接有集污盒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自清洁挤出机构,其特征在于,所述螺套上位于排污口的两侧设有卡槽,所述集污盒两侧壁的上端面设有卡扣,所述集污盒与排污口通过卡扣和卡槽配合连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自清洁挤出机构,其特征在于,所述挤出螺杆的螺距大于排污螺纹套筒的螺距。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自清洁挤出机构,其特征在于,所述挤出螺杆为螺纹齿宽70mm的矩形螺杆。
