节能保温的目的。
Description
本发明属于家庭生活用锅类：
目前人们在家庭生活中使用的由金属薄板制成的锅，一般均是采用单层金属薄板。这种锅由于缺乏保温层，往往容易使锅内加热后的东西较早地冷却，使人感到不方便，另外在加热过程中还会有一部分热量外散，多耗能源，延长加热时间。
本发明的任务是在目前人们家庭生活中使用的锅的基础上，对其进行改进，使改进后的锅具有节能保温功能，让人在使用中感到有满意，方便之效果。
本发明的节能保温锅，其特征和结构是：
参照图1、图2。拎配（1）被固定在由二层金属薄板组成的锅盖（2）的外层上端，锅盖（2）的二层金属薄板之间填着保温材料（3），保温材料（3）要求耐温100℃以上。锅身（4）的侧壁是由二层金属薄板组成，在二层金属薄板之间，上部填着保温材料（6），下部填着保温材料（7）；下部尺寸D要求大于或等于上部尺寸d。保温材料（6）要求耐温100℃以上，可与保温材料（3）同材料；保温材料（7）要求耐高温，在空锅情况下，锅底遇明火片刻，其不被损坏。锅身（4）的底壁为单层金属薄板，手柄（5）被固定在锅身（4）的侧壁上。保温垫（8）垫在锅身底部，起保温防烫作用。
操作时，将物料放进锅内，盖上锅盖，对锅底进行加热，热量更从锅底向锅内传导，这时，锅内的热量不易通过锅壁、锅盖向外散发，并能缩短加热时间。当物料加热后，把锅放在保温垫上，这时锅内的热量等于处在一个保温的封腔内，热量不易被外散，即起到保温作用；当锅内需要冷却时，只要打开锅盖和拿掉保温垫就行。在空锅情况下，锅底遇明火片刻，由于底部尺寸D大于或等于d，因此锅遇明火片刻也不会被损坏。

1、一种家庭生活中用的节能保温锅，其特征在于锅盖、锅身侧壁带有保温层，起防止热量外散的作用。
2、按权利要求1所述的节能保温锅，其特征是：锅身下部尺寸D要求大于或等于上部尺寸d。
3、按权利要求1所述的节能保温锅，其特征是：保温材料（7）要求耐高温；在空锅情况下，锅底遇明火片刻，其不被损坏。
4、按权利要求1所述的节能保温锅，其特征是外配一只保温垫，垫在锅底下部，用于防烫保温。
