技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种制水过滤装置,具体是一种反渗透电解除盐制水装备。
背景技术
水软化器是应用离子交换技术,通过树脂上的功能离子与水中的钙、镁离子进行交换,从而吸附水中多余的钙、镁离子,达到去除水垢(碳酸钙或碳酸镁)的目的。水软化器中装有软化剂树脂,这种人造的离子交换树脂上有软性矿物质钠,可以与溶解在水中的钙、镁等硬性矿物质发生离子交换反应,而钠不会以水垢的形式堆积在物体表面上,所以对与它接触的物体危害很小。树脂是一种多孔的、不可溶性交换材料,电除盐系统又被成为EDI(Electro-de-ionization,continuous electro-de-ionization)系统。是利用混和离子交换树脂吸附给水中的阴阳离子,同时这些被吸附的离子又在直流电压的作用下,分别透过阴阳离了交换膜而被去的过程。这一过程中离子交换树脂是被电连续再生的,因此不需要用酸和碱对之再生。这一新技术可以代替传统的离子交换装置,生产出电阻率高达18MΩ·CM的超纯水。
现有技术中,在一些特殊化工制备工厂里,需要用到特别纯净的水,现有技术中的制水设备难以满足需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供了一种过滤效果好,能有效去除水中的杂质离子,且能够快速进行加热,减少水中氧气含量的反渗透电解除盐制水装备。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案:
一种反渗透电解除盐制水装备,包括矿物质过滤罐,其特征在于:所述矿物质过滤罐的顶部设有出水管,所述出水管的下端伸入到罐体的底部,所述罐体的中心设有过滤腔,所述过滤腔内填充有树脂粒,所述过滤腔的左、右两端分别设有再生清洗管道,所述左、右两再生清洗管道连接盐水罐,所述过滤罐的侧壁上设有原水进口,所述出水管连接加工箱,所述出水管连接活性碳过滤筒,所述出水管的侧壁上连通增压泵,所述活性碳过滤筒的上端连接一级反渗透罐,所述一级反渗透罐连接加碱搅拌罐,所述加碱搅拌罐连接二级反渗透罐,所述二级反渗透罐连接电除盐罐,所述电除盐罐连通乙醚加热筒,所述乙醚加热筒的底部设有出水管。
所述加碱搅拌罐的顶部设有搅拌电机。
本实用新型在矿物质过滤罐顶部设有出水管,在出水管上连接活性碳过滤筒,这样能够初步过滤其水中杂质,再通过增压泵将水泵入反渗透罐内,再经过加碱装置进行加碱,提高了水中离子的中和,再经过二级反渗透罐进行多级过滤,提高了离子的过滤效果,且在二级反渗透罐下放到电解除盐罐内,提高了除盐的效果,最后经过乙醚加热装置,能够快速进行加热,满足加热需求,减少氧化 。

参见附图,一种反渗透电解除盐制水装备,包括矿物质过滤罐1,所述矿物质过滤罐1的顶部设有出水管2,所述出水管2的下端伸入到罐体1的底部,所述罐体1的中心设有过滤腔3,所述过滤腔3内填充有树脂粒4,所述过滤腔3的左、右两端分别设有再生清洗管道5,所述左、右两再生清洗管道5连接盐水罐6,所述过滤罐1的侧壁上设有原水进口7,所述出水管2连接加工箱8,所述出水管2连接活性碳过滤筒9,所述出水管2的侧壁上连通增压泵10,所述活性碳过滤筒9的上端连接一级反渗透罐17,所述一级反渗透罐10连接加碱搅拌罐11,所述加碱搅拌罐11连接二级反渗透罐12,所述二级反渗透罐12连接电除盐罐13,所述电除盐罐13连通乙醚加热筒14,所述乙醚加热筒14的底部设有成品水管15。
所述加碱搅拌罐11的顶部设有搅拌电机16。

1.一种反渗透电解除盐制水装备,包括矿物质过滤罐,其特征在于:所述矿物质过滤罐的顶部设有出水管,所述出水管的下端伸入到罐体的底部,所述罐体的中心设有过滤腔,所述过滤腔内填充有树脂粒,所述过滤腔的左、右两端分别设有再生清洗管道,所述左、右两再生清洗管道连接盐水罐,所述过滤罐的侧壁上设有原水进口,所述出水管连接加工箱,所述出水管连接活性碳过滤筒,所述出水管的侧壁上连通增压泵,所述活性碳过滤筒的上端连接一级反渗透罐,所述一级反渗透罐连接加碱搅拌罐,所述加碱搅拌罐连接二级反渗透罐,所述二级反渗透罐连接电除盐罐,所述电除盐罐连通乙醚加热筒,所述乙醚加热筒的底部设有成品水管。
2.根据权利要求1所述反渗透电解除盐制水装备,其特征在于:所述加碱搅拌罐的顶部设有搅拌电机。
