Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
The steps illustrated in the flow charts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions. Also, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a light source voltage closed-loop control module, as shown in FIG. 1, this light source voltage closed-loop control module includes: a voltage conversion circuit 11 and a constant voltage control circuit 12.
And the voltage conversion circuit 11 is used for converting the direct current voltage into a preset voltage required by the light source.
And a constant voltage control circuit 12 including a negative feedback circuit and a pulse width modulation controller.
And the negative feedback circuit is used as a peripheral circuit of the pulse width modulation controller, is respectively connected with a compensation node pin (namely a COMP pin) and a voltage feedback pin (namely an FB pin) of the pulse width modulation controller, and is used for configuring the working frequency of the pulse width modulation controller.
And the pulse width modulation controller is connected with the voltage conversion circuit 11 and is used for working according to the working frequency configured by the negative feedback circuit, so that the voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 is adjusted to a preset range taking a preset voltage as a reference by using the pulse width modulation signal with the duty ratio a, and the adjusted voltage is fed back to the voltage conversion circuit 11.
It should be noted that, when the voltage conversion circuit 11 converts the dc voltage into the preset voltage required by the light source 20, the voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 is not equal to the preset voltage due to the influence of external factors. The working frequency of the pwm controller is configured by the negative feedback circuit, the pwm controller can adjust the voltage actually output by the voltage converting circuit 11 to a preset range with a preset voltage as a reference, for example, the preset voltage is Vout, and the voltage output by the pwm controller can reach Vout ± 0.01v by reasonably designing the negative feedback circuit. The step of the pwm controller adjusting the voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 includes: the voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 is compared with the preset voltage required by the light source 20, the difference between the voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 and the preset voltage is compared, and the duty ratio a is calculated according to the difference. The voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 is adjusted to be within a preset range with reference to a preset voltage using the pulse width modulation signal having the duty ratio a. The pwm controller outputs the adjusted voltage to the light source 20 and feeds back the adjusted voltage to the voltage conversion circuit 11 to form closed loop control.
As shown in fig. 2, the pwm controller may be a chip with model number XTR30011, and includes a sampler for collecting the voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 and a comparator; the comparator is used for comparing the voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 with a preset voltage required by the light source, and comparing a difference value between the voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 and the preset voltage; wherein the larger the difference value is, the larger the duty ratio of a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal is; the smaller the difference between the voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 and the preset voltage is, the smaller the duty ratio of the pulse width modulation signal is. The pwm controller is connected to the voltage conversion circuit 11 through the PVDD port. J1 in fig. 2 represents a connector for connecting two circuits. VIN represents the input voltage and VDD represents the operating voltage of the pwm controller.
The negative feedback circuit between the COMP pin and the FB pin in fig. 2 may be the circuit shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3, the negative feedback circuit includes: the circuit comprises a first capacitor C8, a first resistor R22, a second capacitor C9, a second resistor R10, a third resistor R15, a third capacitor C15 and a fourth resistor R19.
One end of the first capacitor C8 is connected to the COMP pin of the pwm controller, and the other end of the first capacitor C8 is grounded via a first resistor R22.
The second capacitor C9 is connected in series with the second resistor R10 and then connected in parallel to two ends of the first capacitor C8.
The third resistor R15, the third capacitor C15 and the fourth resistor R19 are connected in series and then connected in parallel to a connecting line between the first capacitor C8 and the first resistor R22.
The other end of the first capacitor C8 is also connected to the FB pin of the pwm controller.
Further, on the basis of the corresponding embodiment in fig. 1, the light source voltage closed-loop control module further includes: the safety protection circuit 13, the safety protection circuit 13 includes overvoltage protection circuit, temperature protection circuit and overcurrent protection circuit.
As shown in fig. 4, the overvoltage protection circuit includes a diode unit U4 (i.e., XTR1N0415-D) and a voltage dividing resistor unit, and the diode unit is connected to the pwm controller and the voltage dividing resistor unit, respectively. Where the EN CHIP in the diode cell is connected to the EN CHIP in the pulse width modulation controller in fig. 2. The overvoltage protection circuit also includes a transistor Q1. The voltage dividing resistance unit comprises a resistor R16 and a resistor R25, an appropriate voltage protection threshold value is set by adjusting the resistor R16 and the resistor R25, and when the voltage is larger than the voltage protection threshold value, the voltage is reduced in a voltage dividing mode. And the temperature protection circuit is connected with the diode unit and is used for controlling the voltage conversion circuit 11 to stop working when the temperature of the voltage conversion circuit 11 is higher than a preset temperature. The Temperature protection circuit comprises a resistor R18, a Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistor R20 and a resistor R26, and an appropriate Temperature protection threshold is set by adjusting the resistor R18 and the resistor R26. Because the overvoltage protection circuit and the temperature protection circuit share one diode unit U4, the diode unit U4 is fully utilized, the use of devices is reduced, and the space occupied by the voltage stabilizing module is smaller.
As shown in fig. 5, the over-current protection circuit includes a Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) and a shunt resistor unit, where the Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (i.e., XTR20411 in fig. 5) is connected to the pwm controller and the shunt resistor unit, respectively. an Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) circuit 14 is connected to the voltage converting circuit 11, and is configured to suppress Electromagnetic Interference and ripples in the voltage regulator module.
It should be noted that the electromagnetic interference circuit 14 suppresses the power supply ripple and the electromagnetic interference, instead of using a simple LC network formed by using an inductor and a capacitor, so that the ripple coefficient of the light source voltage closed-loop control module is only 0.2%, which is much smaller than that of the similar light source voltage closed-loop control module, and the ripple can be effectively suppressed at a high temperature.

and the soft start circuit 15 is arranged between the electromagnetic interference circuit 14 and the pulse width modulation controller, and is used for controlling the voltage output by the pulse width modulation controller to the light source 20 to gradually increase when the light source voltage closed-loop control module starts to be powered on.
It should be noted that the soft start circuit 15 includes a capacitor, a comparator and a switching converter circuit, the capacitor in the soft start circuit 15 is charged to obtain a soft start voltage, and the switching converter circuit is switched from a start state to a normal operating state by the comparator in the soft start circuit 15, so that the voltage output to the light source is gradually increased, rather than being increased in a step manner when the light source is powered on, that is, the output voltage is not suddenly changed, thereby avoiding the light source from being impacted by the sudden increase of the voltage.
Further, on the basis of the corresponding embodiment in fig. 1, the light source voltage closed-loop control module further includes:
and the detection circuit 16 is arranged between the electromagnetic interference circuit 14 and the pulse width modulation controller, and is used for detecting the voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 and feeding back the voltage to the pulse width modulation controller.
The voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 is detected by the detection circuit 16, so that the constant voltage control circuit 12 compares the voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11 with the preset voltage required by the light source. The detection circuit 16 may be used to detect the current actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11, in addition to the voltage actually output by the voltage conversion circuit 11. In fig. 2, the HDrv pin and the LDrv pin of the pwm controller are connected to the voltage converting circuit 11 through the detecting circuit 16, respectively.
Further, on the basis of the corresponding embodiment in fig. 1, the light source voltage closed-loop control module further includes a rectification circuit 17, a filter circuit 18, and a shunt protection circuit 19.
The rectifier circuit 17 converts an alternating current voltage into a direct current voltage.
The rectifier circuit 17 may be designed as a full-bridge rectifier, and converts a sinusoidal ac voltage into a unidirectional pulsating dc voltage by using unidirectional conductivity of a diode.
And the filter circuit 18 is connected with the rectifying circuit 17 and is used for filtering the direct-current voltage.
It should be noted that the filter circuit 18 includes a low-pass filter formed by a capacitor-resistor circuit, and the filter circuit 18 performs filtering rectification on the converted dc voltage and suppresses voltage ripples.
And the shunt protection circuit 19 is connected with the filter circuit 18 and the voltage conversion circuit 11 respectively and is used for performing overcurrent protection on the rectifying circuit 17 and the filter circuit 18 in a shunt mode.
It should be noted that the shunt protection circuit 19 may include a resistor, which is connected in parallel to the output end of the rectifying circuit 17, so as to perform overcurrent protection on the power module by means of shunt.
Further, on the basis of the corresponding embodiment in fig. 1, the light source voltage closed-loop control module further includes:
the first red copper radiating fin is arranged on the metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistor and used for radiating heat of the metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistor.
Because the metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistor has large current flowing, the metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistor has obvious heating phenomenon and needs heat dissipation treatment. The heat sink made of aluminum is not effective, so that the heat generated during the operation of the device is conducted by using a material with good thermal conductivity. The red copper radiating fins with the thermal conductivity coefficient of 388-391W/(m.K) are selected and installed on XTR20411 in the figure 5, so that the purpose of rapid heat dissipation is achieved.
Further, the light source voltage closed-loop control module further comprises:
and a second red copper heat sink provided on the rectifying circuit 17 for dissipating heat from the rectifying circuit 17.
