The pillow with adjustable height comprises a pillow core and a pillow case. Generally, the pillow core is disposed inside the pillow case.
Fig. 1 is a schematic plan view of a pillow core according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the pillow core of the present embodiment includes a pair of shoulder supporting units 110, 120 and at least one main supporting unit 210, 220.
The pair of shoulder supporting units 110 and 120 are respectively disposed at left and right sides of the pillow, and support shoulders of a human body. Specifically, the pair of shoulder supporting units 110, 120 is constituted by the left shoulder supporting unit 110 and the right shoulder supporting unit 120. The left shoulder supporting unit 110 serves to support the left shoulder of the human body, and the right shoulder supporting unit 120 serves to support the right shoulder of the human body.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the at least one main support unit 210, 220 is composed of a hindbrain support unit 210 provided at a rear side of the pillow for supporting the hindbrain of the human body and a cervical vertebrae support unit 220 provided at a front side of the pillow for supporting the cervical vertebrae of the human body. The hindbrain supporting unit 210 and the cervical vertebrae supporting unit 220 are respectively disposed between the left shoulder supporting unit 110 and the right shoulder supporting unit 120. Here, although fig. 1 illustrates a case where at least one main supporting unit 210, 220 is composed of the hindbrain supporting unit 210 and the cervical vertebrae supporting unit 220, this is merely a preferred embodiment, and is not a limiting embodiment, and the main supporting units of the present invention may be provided in one, three or more numbers as needed.
In addition, soft ropes 300 for adjusting the tightness are respectively inserted into the above-mentioned units, i.e., the pair of shoulder supporting units 110 and 120 and the at least one main supporting unit 210 and 220, along the edges of the units, so as to independently adjust the heights of the units. Here, referring to the dotted line portion in fig. 1, when the flexible string 300 is inserted into the edge of each cell 110, 120, 210, 220, the flexible string 300 may be embedded into the string holes 111, 121, 211, 221 formed at the edge of each cell 110, 120, 210, 220.
Regarding the arrangement of the cord 300, fig. 4 to 7 show schematic plan views of the cord arrangement, which is exemplified by the back brain support unit 210 according to various embodiments of the present invention. Here, although the brain support unit 210 is described as an example in fig. 4 to 7, the arrangement of the cord 300 is also applicable to the other units 110, 120, and 220.
As shown in fig. 4, the cord 300 may be embedded in the cord holes 111, 121, 211, and 221 formed in the upper surface (surface facing the human body) or the bottom surface (surface facing away from the human body) of each unit 110, 120, 210, and 220.
As shown in fig. 5, the cord 300 may be inserted back and forth in a zigzag shape in a plurality of cord holes 112, 122, 212, 222 formed on the edge of each unit 110, 120, 210, 220. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the string 300 may be inserted back and forth in a zigzag shape into the plurality of string holes 112, 122, 212, 222 formed on the upper surface (body-facing surface) or the bottom surface (body-facing surface) of each unit 110, 120, 210, 220.
According to an embodiment, at least one main supporting unit 210, 220, such as the hindbrain supporting unit 210 and the cervical vertebrae supporting unit 220 in this embodiment, may be respectively connected and disposed between the pair of shoulder supporting units 110, 120 by a plurality of methods, such as a hook and loop fastener, a snap fastener, a button, or a zipper.
In addition, according to an embodiment, one of kapok, down feather, mulberry silk, buckwheat husk, cassia seed, rice husk, latex and gypsum may be filled in each of the units 110, 120, 210, 220.
Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of a pillow core according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, a string clasp 410 is provided at an end of the flexible string 300, and the string clasp 410 can be fixed at any position of the flexible string 300 by pulling the flexible string 300 for conveniently adjusting the tightness of the flexible string 300. The cord snap 410 may be implemented with various existing products commercially available.
Fig. 3 is a schematic plan view of a pillow core provided according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the flexible cord 300 is provided with a flexible cord tightness degree adjusting device 400, and the flexible cord tightness degree adjusting device 400 can freely adjust the tightness degree of the flexible cord 300 more conveniently by rotating. The flexible cord tightness adjustment device 400 may be implemented with various existing products commercially available.
Fig. 8 is a perspective view of a compartment base 500 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The pillow core of the present invention may further include a compartment base 500 for receiving each unit 110, 120, 210, 220, wherein the compartment base 500 has compartments S corresponding to the arrangement positions, shapes, sizes and numbers of the units 110, 120, 210, 220. Fig. 8 shows a case where four compartments S are provided in total for accommodating the left shoulder supporting unit 110, the right shoulder supporting unit 120, the hindbrain supporting unit 210, and the cervical vertebrae supporting unit 220 in the respective compartments S. When the pillow core includes the compartment base 500 and the units 110, 120, 210, 220 are respectively received in the compartments S of the compartment base 500, the arrangement of the units 110, 120, 210, 220 can be relatively stabilized, and the units 110, 120, 210, 220 may not be connected with each other. Here, it is preferable that the height of each compartment S is smaller than the height of each unit 110, 120, 210, 220.
Above, the structure of the height adjustable pillow according to the embodiment of the present invention is explained in detail. Next, a method of using the height-adjustable pillow will be described below, taking the pillow core shown in fig. 1 as an example.
Different people have different requirements on the height of the pillow, particularly people with cervical vertebra diseases need to carry out physical therapy through the height of the pillow. Therefore, the user can independently adjust the tightness of each unit by pulling the cord 300 of each unit 110, 120, 210, 220 according to his/her own request. When the soft rope 300 of a certain unit is pulled to be tighter, the hardness of the unit is increased, and the height is also increased; conversely, when a unit of the flexible cord 300 is pulled looser, the unit is reduced in stiffness and thus becomes lower in height. Therefore, the hardness and the height of each unit can be conveniently adjusted by a user in a mode of pulling the soft rope until the requirements of the user are met. Finally, the flexible string 300 is tied off so that the respective units maintain the final heights adjusted by the user. Of course, when the rope fastener 410 shown in fig. 2 is provided at the end of the flexible rope 300, the degree of tightness of the flexible rope 300 can be easily fixed by the rope fastener 410, or when the flexible rope 300 is provided with the flexible rope tightness adjusting device 420 shown in fig. 3, the degree of tightness of the flexible rope 300 can be more easily fixed by the flexible rope tightness adjusting device 420.
The height-adjustable pillow has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and very low cost.
The scope of the claims of the present invention is not to be limited to the specific embodiments described above. Various other embodiments of modifications or alterations that can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the technical idea of the present invention described in the claims should also be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
