Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that embodiments of the invention may be practiced without one or more of these specific details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in order to avoid obscuring embodiments of the present invention.
In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the invention. It is apparent that the implementation of the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the specific details familiar to those skilled in the art.
The utility model discloses a cooking utensil. The cooking appliance provided by the utility model can be an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker, a food processor, a soybean milk maker, an electric stewpan or other electric heating appliances. Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the cooking appliance 1 according to the present invention may be configured to include a lid assembly 20 and a pot body 10. The cooker body 10 has a cylindrical inner pot receiving portion (not shown) therein, and the inner pot (not shown) may be fixedly disposed at the inner pot receiving portion, or may be freely put into or taken out from the inner pot receiving portion, so as to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot. The upper surface of the inner pot has a circular opening for containing materials to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., into the inner pot. A heating means (not shown) for heating the inner pot, etc. are further provided in the pot body 10.
The lid assembly 20 has a shape conforming to the pot body 10 and can be opened and closed with respect to the pot body 10. When the cover assembly 20 is closed on the pot body 10, a cooking space (not shown) is formed between the cover assembly 20 and the inner pot.
As shown in fig. 2, the cover assembly includes a cover 21, a pressing plate 22, and a face cover 23. The cover 21 is made of plastic, and may be formed by gas-assisted molding. Referring to fig. 3 to 4, a cavity opened upward is defined at the top of the cover 21, and a surface cover 23 is fixed to the top of the cover 21, covers the opening of the cavity, and is fixedly connected to the cover 21. For example, the face cover 23 may be connected to the cover 21 by a snap-and-snap connection. A process notch 211 is further formed at one side of the bottom of the cover 21, and various components can be disposed in the cover 21 through the process notch 211. The pressing plate 22 is fixed to the bottom of the cover 21 and covers the process notch 211 from the bottom side.
For example, in the present embodiment, the lid body 21 may be pivotably connected to the pot body 10 by a pivot shaft (not shown). Thereby, the lid assembly 20 can be pivotally opened and closed with respect to the pot body 10 about the pivot shaft. Wherein the pivot axis is arranged in the process notch 211. After the pivot shaft is assembled, the process gap 211 can be covered by the pressing plate 22, and the parts in the process gap 211 are prevented from being exposed. The platen 22 thus has a shape that generally conforms to the shape of the process gap 211. Preferably, a torsion spring may be further provided on the pivot shaft, the torsion spring applying a force to the lid assembly 20 to open it with respect to the pot body 10, so as to facilitate the opening operation. Of course, the above is illustrative. The process notch 211 can also be used to locate other components besides the pivot shaft.
Preferably, the process notch 211 is disposed on the bottom surface of the cover 21 facing the pot body 10. Therefore, the situation that a notch is formed in the outer surface of the cover body 21 can be avoided, the exposed surface of the cover body 21 is smooth and tidy, and a user can clean the cover body conveniently. Meanwhile, the product has good appearance.
According to the present invention, the pressing plate 22 is connected to the lid body 21 without using a third-party connecting member. Therefore, the connection mode of the pressing plate 22 is simple, screw holes and the like are not needed, the assembling process can be simplified, the cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. In one embodiment, the pressure plate 22 may be secured to the cover 21 by way of a snap-and-snap connection.
With continued reference to FIG. 3, in the illustrated embodiment, a snap 221 is provided on the pressure plate 22. Correspondingly, the edge of the process notch 211 of the cover 21 is provided with a fastening position 212. The pressing plate 22 is fixed to the cover 21 by the way of the fasteners 221 engaging with the fasteners 212 to cover the process gap 211. Since the size of the pressing plate 22 is small, elastic deformation is relatively easily generated. Therefore, by providing the catch 221 on the pressure plate 22, the catch 221 can be disengaged from the catch 212 by levering the pressure plate 22 using a thin sheet-like tool, so that the pressure plate 22 can be removed.
In particular, the pressure plate 22 is substantially rectangular in configuration. In the angle shown in fig. 3, the pressing plate 22 is provided with the catches 221 on both opposite sides in the up-down direction in the drawing. Each side all sets up two buckles 221 to be close to the left and right sides setting of clamp plate 22 respectively, so that clamp plate 22 atress is even. Of course, the number of the snaps 221 is not limited thereto, and the designer may set the number of the snaps 221 according to the size of the platen 22 and the like. The clips may be disposed on both the left and right sides of the pressing plate 22, or on both the four sides. As long as it is ensured that at least one pair of opposite sides is provided with a buckle.
Referring again to fig. 4 to 6, the catch 221 of the pressure plate 22 provided on the lower side is provided with a guide surface 222. The guide surface 222 is inclined with respect to the engaging direction, thereby facilitating the guide of the engagement of the catch 221 with the catch 212. While the catches 221 of the pressure plate 22, which are arranged on the upper side, have no guide surface 222. Thus, during assembly, the catches 221 on the upper side of the pressure plate 22 are first inserted into the corresponding catches 212. And then the lower side edge of the pressing plate 22 is pressed against the cover body 21. Due to the guiding surface 222, the catches 221 at the lower side can be easily slid into the corresponding catch positions 212, thereby completing the installation of the pressure plate 22.
It will be appreciated that a guide surface 222 may also be provided on each catch 221 to further facilitate installation. Of course, in this case, the process of assembling the pressure plate 22 will not be limited by the above-described sequence, and either side may be installed first.
As shown in fig. 4, preferably, a support rib 213 may be further disposed in the process gap 211. The support ribs 213 may function to support the pressure plate 22 after the assembly of the pressure plate 22 is completed, to increase the strength thereof.
According to the utility model discloses a lid subassembly and cooking utensil, owing to do not use the third party connecting piece such as screw, clamp plate assembling process need not can accomplish with the help of the instrument, and operation is simple. And no screw holes need to be provided. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced, the cost is reduced, and the production efficiency during assembly is improved. After the assembly is completed, the surface of the pressing plate is smooth, sanitary dead corners which are easy to accumulate dust do not exist, and the pressing plate is easy to clean.
