As shown in FIG. 2 , the cooking appliance 100 according to the present invention may be configured to include a cover body 20 and a pot body 10 . The pot body 10 has a cylindrical inner pot storage portion (not shown), and the inner pot (not shown) can be fixedly arranged at the inner pot storage portion, or can be freely placed in the inner pot storage portion or removed from the inner pot. The storage part is taken out to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot. The upper surface of the inner pot has a circular opening for holding the material to be heated, such as rice, soup, etc., into the inner pot. The cover body 20 has a shape adapted to the pot body 10 and can be opened and closed relative to the pot body 10 . The outer surface of the panel 32 is also formed as a flat attachment plane to facilitate the placement of the face sticker 33 as described below. Preferably, the buttons 321 and the panel 32 can be integrally formed by injection molding. This method of production is simple.

The surface sticker 33 is attached to the attachment plane of the panel 32 . It has indicative information such as text and/or patterns. According to the indication information on the face sticker 33, the user can control the switch state of the switch element of the display panel 31 by pressing the button 321 corresponding to the position of the indication information, so as to realize the relevant function.

Preferably, the surface sticker 33 can be made of the material of PET film. The indication information thereon can be set on the surface sticker 33 by means of ink silk screen printing. Preferably, although not shown in the figures, the surface sticker 33 may be provided with a protruding portion protruding outward at a position corresponding to each key 321 . Therefore, the user can easily perceive the position of each key 321 through the protrusion during operation, which is beneficial to the user's operation.

As an alternative, it is also possible to cancel the surface sticker, and directly adopt the in-mold decoration technology (In-Mold Decoration, IMD for short) to form a panel with indication information.

For the purpose of convenient installation and user convenience, the control device 30 can be installed on the pot body 10 or the cover body 20 . In the present embodiment shown in FIG. 2 , the control device 30 is provided on the pot body 10 and is located on the upper surface of the overall structure of the cooking appliance 100 . Such an arrangement is convenient for users to operate, and at the same time, it is also convenient for the display panel 31 to be electrically connected to components such as a power supply board in the pot body 10 .

In this embodiment, the pot body 10 is configured to include a base 11 , a middle plate 12 and an outer shell 13 . The pot body 10 is further provided with a heating device (not shown) and other components arranged in the pot body 10 . The middle plate 12 is disposed above the base 11 , and together with the base 11 forms an accommodating space for accommodating the inner pot. The middle plate 12 is usually made of plastic material and has a certain strength, can resist impact and scratches, etc., provides protection for the pot body 10, and can also improve the overall aesthetics of the cooking utensil. The outer shell 13 is wrapped around the outer side of the middle plate 12 to form the appearance structure of the pot body 10 .

The assembly process of the control device 30 of the cooking appliance 100 according to the present invention is as follows:

First, the required electrical connections for the display panel 31 are completed and the display panel 31 is placed in the installation position. Then, the panel 32 is pressed on the display panel 31 , and the panel 32 is fixedly connected with the middle panel 12 . The display panel 31 is located between the interconnected panel 32 and the middle panel 12 and is clamped and fixed by the two. Therefore, it is not necessary to perform a specific fixing arrangement on the display panel 31, so that one process can be omitted. After that, the surface sticker 33 can be attached to the attachment surface of the panel 32 . For example, the face sticker 33 may be attached to the panel 32 by an adhesive or the like.

Preferably, a recessed portion 121 is provided at the installation position of the middle plate 12 for installing the control device 30 . The control device 30 is disposed at least partially within the recessed portion 121 . In this way, the control device 30 can be prevented from taking up too much space, which is beneficial to keep the structure of the cooking appliance 100 compact. In addition, the middle plate 12 is provided with a support rib 123 at the installation position where the control device 30 is installed. In this embodiment, the installation position is the recessed portion 121 , and the support ribs 123 are arranged in the recessed portion 121 , which are used to support the display panel 31 , play a position limit function, and improve the firmness of the fixation of the display panel 31 .

Preferably, the front panel 32 and the middle panel 12 can be fixed by means of snap connection. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 , the front panel 32 is provided with a buckle 322 , and the middle plate 12 is provided with a buckle 122 on the inner side wall of the concave portion 121 . During installation, it is only necessary to align the buckles 322 of the panel 32 with the buckles 122 of the middle plate 12 , and then press the panel 32 downward to engage the buckles 322 with the buckles 122 . The operation method is simple and fast, which can improve the production efficiency. Of course, in other embodiments, the buckles may also be arranged on the middle plate 12 , and the buckles may be arranged on the front panel 32 . Alternatively, the panel 32 can also be fixed to the middle plate 12 by other connection methods other than snap connection, for example, a third-party fixing member such as a screw or a rivet is used for connection.

Referring to FIG. 3 , the backside of the panel 32 is further provided with a plurality of protruding posts 324 . In the assembled state after the panel 32 is assembled, the protruding posts 324 press against the display panel 31 to press the display panel 31 to prevent it from loosening.

According to the cooking appliance of the present invention, the mechanical keys are integrally formed on the panel, so that the structure of the key frame is omitted. This reduces costs and facilitates material control during production. In addition, the assembly method is simple, the operation is convenient, and the production efficiency can be improved.
