牙科手机是临床上用来对牙齿进行切削、钻孔和打磨的工具。目前,医生在使用牙科手机治疗患者时,需要一只手拿着牙科手机对患者的牙齿进行钻孔打磨、另一只手拿着口腔镜随时观察治疗情况。医生每完成一个治疗动作都需要采用口腔镜进行观察,这不仅给医生的操作带来了不便,而且频繁的使用口腔镜也给患者带来了不适。

本实用新型要解决的是现有的牙科手机在治疗过程中需要额外配备口腔镜进行辅助观察而导致操作不便的技术问题。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种牙科种植手机,该牙科手机包括种植手机本体以及设置在所述种植手机本体上的钻头,所述种植手机本体还设有图像采集器,所述图像采集器临近所述钻头设置、用于获取口腔内位于所述钻头附近的图像。

其中,所述种植手机本体的内腔中设有主动锥齿轮、从动锥齿轮和减速器,所述种植手机本体的顶端的侧壁上开设有插孔,所述钻头的第一端插设在所述插孔中、第二端向外延伸;所述从动锥齿轮设置在所述钻头的第一端,所述主动锥齿轮与所述从动锥齿轮啮合,所述主动锥齿轮通过传动轴与所述减速器连接。
其中,所述减速器包括电机、内齿圈、行星架以及设置在所述内齿圈中的行星轮和太阳轮;所述传动轴通过所述行星架与所述行星轮连接,所述行星轮位于所述内齿圈与所述太阳轮之间,且所述行星轮分别与所述内齿圈和所述太阳轮啮合;所述太阳轮通过转轴与所述电机连接。

可见,在整个治疗过程中,医生无需双手操作只需一只手拿着该牙科种植手机即可。并且,相比与现有的牙科手机只能在治疗动作结束以后借助口腔镜观察治疗情况,本实施例中的牙科种植手机可在治疗过程中实时获取钻头2附近的图像,进而医生在执行每个治疗动作时不仅能实时掌握治疗情况,而且还能根据图像采集器获取的图像随时调整钻头2的位置和角度,从而不仅能大幅提高治疗的精度和效果,而且还可以提高患者的舒适度。

优选地,图像采集器设于种植手机本体1的内腔中,种植手机本体1的两端分别开设有镜头孔1-1和连接孔1-2,图像采集器通过镜头孔1-1获取图像,图像采集器通过连接孔1-2与外部显示设备连接。当然,为了便于安装图像采集器也可设置在种植手机本体1的外壁上。
进一步地,再结合图3至图6所示,种植手机本体1的内腔中设有主动锥齿轮4-1、从动锥齿轮4-2和减速器,种植手机本体1的顶端的侧壁上开设有插孔,钻头2的第一端插设在插孔中、第二端向外延伸即探出于种植手机本体1;从动锥齿轮4-2设置在钻头2的第一端,主动锥齿轮4-1与从动锥齿轮4-2啮合,主动锥齿轮4-1通过传动轴4-3与减速器连接。更优选地,主动锥齿轮4-1的轴线与从动锥齿轮4-2的轴线垂直、以避免主动锥齿轮4-1与从动锥齿轮4-2相互啮合时产生轴向力。由于,主动锥齿轮4-1与从动锥齿轮4-2相互啮合,因此当减速器通过传动轴4-3驱动主动锥齿轮4-1转动时,从动锥齿轮4-2便会随之一起转动,进而就可带动钻头2旋转。
进一步地,减速器包括电机、内齿圈5-1、行星架5-4以及设置在内齿圈5-1中的行星轮5-3和太阳轮5-2;传动轴4-3通过行星架5-4与行星轮5-3连接,行星轮5-3位于内齿圈5-1与太阳轮5-2之间,且行星轮5-3分别与内齿圈5-1和太阳轮5-2啮合;太阳轮5-2通过转轴5-5与电机连接。由于太阳轮5-2与行星轮5-3相互啮合,因此当电机通过转轴5-5带动太阳轮5-2转动时,行星轮5-3便会在太阳轮5-2的驱动下一起转动,进而带动行星架5-4转动,而行星架5-4又可通过传动轴4-3带动主动锥齿轮4-1转动。
优选地,如图7所示,种植手机本体1包括手柄1-4和机头1-3,机头1-3的一端与手柄1-4连接、另一端设有钻头2;钻头2的轴线与机头1-3的轴线垂直。进一步地,为了使该牙科种植手机能够更方便的应用于机器人,机头1-3的轴线与手柄1-4的轴线共线。这样设置的好处在于:一方面、可减少钻头2末端位置坐标计算公式中的变量,使钻头2末端的横坐标仅需钻头2的长度这一个变量就可确定,同时使钻头2末端的纵坐标仅需手柄1-4和机头1-3的长度这两个变量就可确定,大大降低钻头2末端的定位难度;另一方面、可降低整个牙科手机的加工难度降低。

Claims (9)

1.一种牙科种植手机,包括种植手机本体以及设置在所述种植手机本体上的钻头,其特征在于,所述种植手机本体还设有图像采集器,所述图像采集器临近所述钻头设置、用于获取口腔内位于所述钻头附近的图像;所述种植手机本体的内腔中设有主动锥齿轮、从动锥齿轮和减速器,所述种植手机本体的顶端的侧壁上开设有插孔,所述钻头的第一端插设在所述插孔中、第二端向外延伸;所述从动锥齿轮设置在所述钻头的第一端,所述主动锥齿轮与所述从动锥齿轮啮合,所述主动锥齿轮通过传动轴与所述减速器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牙科种植手机,其特征在于,所述图像采集器设于所述种植手机本体的内腔中,所述种植手机本体的两端分别开设有镜头孔和连接孔,所述图像采集器通过所述镜头孔获取图像,所述图像采集器通过所述连接孔与外部显示设备连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的牙科种植手机,其特征在于,所述减速器包括电机、内齿圈、行星架以及设置在所述内齿圈中的行星轮和太阳轮;所述传动轴通过所述行星架与所述行星轮连接,所述行星轮位于所述内齿圈与所述太阳轮之间,且所述行星轮分别与所述内齿圈和所述太阳轮啮合;所述太阳轮通过转轴与所述电机连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的牙科种植手机,其特征在于,所述种植手机本体包括手柄和机头,所述机头的一端与所述手柄连接、另一端设有所述钻头;所述钻头的轴线与所述机头的轴线垂直。
5.根据权利要求4所述的牙科种植手机,其特征在于,所述机头的轴线与所述手柄的轴线共线。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的牙科种植手机,其特征在于,所述图像采集器包括内窥镜和光纤,所述光纤的一端与所述内窥镜连接、另一端用于与外部显示设备连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的牙科种植手机,其特征在于,所述内窥镜为光学内窥镜、光纤内窥镜、电子内窥镜、CCD视频内窥镜或CMOS视频内窥镜。
8.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的牙科种植手机,其特征在于,所述图像采集器包括光源和摄像机,所述光源临近所述摄像机设置、用于照亮所述摄像机的拍摄区域。
9.根据权利要求8所述的牙科种植手机,其特征在于,所述种植手机本体的侧壁上设有分别与所述摄像机电连接的分辨率增大按钮和分辨率减小按钮。
