Abstract
一种能够对被加工物件表面进行清理，但又不损
伤物件表面的低硬度砂纸(布)，其“砂粒”由钢、铝等
材料所构成，它具有轻快地“干擦”玻璃等用途。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种机械加工工具和民用清洁用具，特别是用硬度较低的材料制成的低硬度砂纸（布）。
公知的砂纸（布）都是采用石榴石、棕钢玉、玻璃、碳化硅乃至金钢硼等硬度较高的材料，制成一定目数的颗粒，再用粘结材料粘合在纸（布）上制成的。它既能对被加工物件本身加以“打磨”，如表面抛光、精细研磨等，又能去除被加工物件表面的附着物，如铁器除锈等。但若仅仅需要去除被加工物件表面的附着物，而又不能对被加工物件的表面造成肉眼看得见的“划痕”等损伤时，现有砂纸（布）的硬度就往往显得过高。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种砂纸（布），既能去除被加工物件表面的附加物，又不至于损伤其表面。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现：采用比被加工物件表面硬度略低的材料制成砂纸（布）即可。因为硬度较低的材料不能对硬度较高的材料制成肉眼看得见的“划痕”。譬如对钢铁物件，可以采用铜、铝等材料制成的砂纸（布），而对玻璃物件，则又可以采用钢、铁等材料制成的砂纸（布）等。因此，在砂纸（布）“家族”中，除了现有的石榴石、棕钢玉、玻璃、碳化硅和金钢硼等砂纸（布）外，又可以增加钢、铁、铜、铝、镁、铅、锡、塑料、有机玻璃等诸类材料中的一种，或以其中一种材料为主所形成的混合物所制成的、颗粒大小在60－500目的砂纸（布）。由于采用以上方案，可以丰富机械加工工艺，还可对工业及民用中用途广泛的一大批制品的保养带来很大便利。譬如，擦玻璃、擦不锈钢餐具等，就可以既省水又省力，尤其是不用水和任何洗涤剂（粉）而能轻快地“干擦”玻璃，解决了人们长期以来未能满意解决的问题。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
图1是低硬度砂纸（布）的外观图，与普通砂纸（布）类似。
图2是低硬度砂纸（布）的剖面大样图，其中：1－－－－纸（布）；2－－－－粘结材料；3－－－－钢、铁、铜、铝、镁、铅、锡、塑料、有机玻璃等诸类材料中的一种，或以其中一种材料为主所形成的混合物所组成的细小颗粒。

1、一种低硬度砂纸(布)，由粘结材料把60-500目的、硬度小于玻璃的颗粒粘接在纸(布)上，其特征是：这些颗粒是由钢、铁、铜、铝、镁、铅、锡、塑料、有机玻璃等诸类材料中的一种所组成。
